According to the Daily Herald, a new Harry Potter-themed tour has been opened. HP Fan Trips, the company hosting the tour, has been doing this for four years, and has two different options for this specific tour.
The $999 tour:

The Edinburgh three- and four-night packages feature high tea at the Balmoral Hotel, where author J.K. Rowling wrote the final pages of her series; a Potter-themed banquet; choice of excursion to Alnwick Castle (featured as Hogwarts school in the first two movies) or to an owl encounter, where fans will be able to interact with owls; a tour of Edinburgh; and several meals.
