Post Deathly Hallows: Part 2 NYC premiere to take place at Avery Fisher Hall on July 11

Warner Bros has revealed more information about the New York City premiere of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2, set to take place at the Avery Fisher Hall on the upper west side of Manhattan beginning at 5:00pm EST.

Amongst those set to attend are Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Emma Watson, Alan Rickman, Tom Felton, Matthew Lewis, Helen McCrory, director David Yates, producers David Heyman and David Barron, and screenwriter Steve Kloves.

Yours truly will be live on the red carpet for SnitchSeeker to bring updates on the event, so keep an eye out especially on our Twitter, as we will be live-Tweeting information and photos!

We will also be giving away something really grand to tie with the NYC release of the film, so keep an eye out for that!

Additionally, Comcast announced that its subscribers will once again get the chance to see exclusive features from the final film.
Starting on June 24, Comcast will begin to offer Xfinity TV digital customers exclusive looks at the final Harry Potter film on Xfinity On Demand, XfinityTV.com and through the Xfinity TV app. In addition, customers can now rent the first seven Harry Potter films as well as watch more than 100 free extras including interviews, deleted scenes, costume fittings, the creation of new characters and trailers on Xfinity On Demand and XfinityTV.com.

"We are giving our customers a VIP pass to special looks at the final Harry Potter film and other features that can't be seen anywhere else," said Diana Kerekes, Vice President, Xfinity On Demand, Comcast. "We offer our customers the most-current selection of entertainment choices and make them available on the TV, computer and other devices, so they can catch-up and keep-up with their favorite movies and series -- anytime and anywhere they want."

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2 -- the last adventure in the series based on the popular novels by British author J.K. Rowling and number one film franchise -- premieres in theaters on July 15. Leading up to the film's release, customers can watch three unique looks at the epic finale on Xfinity On Demand, XfinityTV.com and through the Xfinity TV app on the iPad(R), iPhone(R) and iPod touch(R). These include:

Available June 24 The Story: This featurette highlights what Harry Potter (Daniel Radcliffe), Ron Weasley (Rupert Grint) and Hermione Granger (Emma Watson) are faced with as they return to Hogwarts for the final battle.

Available July 1 Disguises: Thanks to "Polyjuice Potion," a potion that allows the drinker to assume the form of someone else, customers can watch as characters take the form of other characters in order to accomplish certain tasks.

Available July 8 Harry vs. Voldemort: It has taken 10 years, but the final battle is here in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2. Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter) and Ralph Fiennes (Lord Voldemort) spent weeks working on their last fight sequence in the final film. What did it take and how did they pull it off?

Yeah it's going to be great! I think that I'll be going pretty early that morning, maybe 630 or 7. I read somewhere that someone went at 9am and still got a good spot... Hopefully! See ya there! ))
