They're not going to make as much money as they used to, now that Harry's gone. *self-sob* But I think they'll stay manage to cling to success, all the same.

I think that they'll do fine

Everyone is acting like Harry Potter were the first ever books to be made and that no one will ever write another book again.

There is a wonderful book series out, Septimus Heap by Angie Sage, its about magic but a totally different approach. Its on the third book, im waiting for the fourth book to come out.

Then Phillip Pullmans series, His Dark Materials (The Golden Compass, a awesome movie by the way) those are great books too.

Chris Paolini has an awesome series with the Inheritance Trilogy (well its going to be 4 books now) about dragons. Eragon is already out as a movie.

And anything by Ann Rice (queen of the damned, interview with a vampire)

I mean just because HP is done, please don't stop reading there are so many great books and wonderful authors out there.

But i'm glad that Blooms is going to give someone else a chance to attain the level of success that JK enjoys, bcuz there are tons of great authors out there

so please go out and read!

Blooms will do alright in the future. There's always something big being sold there bookwise.
