Bill rapped sharply on the large wooden door to announce his presence, before pushing it open and walking in. "Weasley, I'd like to introduce you to your new co-worker," said the Head Goblin from behind his large desk. Bill looked at the chair just to the left of the desk; in it sat a beautiful blonde who he had only ever laid eyes on once before. " 'Ello, Bill." |
(#57) Installment Two: The Earring “Wicked!” Ron gasped, staring intently at the small fang dangling before him. Bill had just returned home for Christmas after his first year of working for Gringotts in Egypt, with an addition to his person that his youngest brothers were in awe over. A fang earring. The twins and Ron couldn’t keep their eyes off it. Bill had always been cool, but this just made him even cooler. “Did it hurt?” Fred asked. “A little,” Bill replied, “But it was nothing compared to Mum’s punishments.” The young boys made a sound of understanding, while continuing to gape at the earring. |
Installment Three (#52) Installment Three: The Waiting Room Bill covered his mouth with his hand to conceal a yawn that was bursting to reveal itself to the entire room. This job interview was very important to him, but the waiting room was a real bore. He could not remember the last time he had felt this bored. He had resorted to counting the small ceiling tiles to prevent himself from falling asleep in his chair. “Eight hundred and seventy-two, eight hundred and seventy three, eight hundred and se-se-seventy-four,” he mumbled to himself, stuttering while trying to stifle another yawn. “Mr Weasley, if you would kindly follow me -” |
