Enchanted Carousel
 

Raven saw her parents looking at the enchanted carousel and sadly got of the bumper broom to ride it with them.... There will always be another chance to ride a broom, she thought morosely. "Which animal do you want to ride?" Raven asked her mother. Victoria Sloan glanced around at the animals. "Do you think it's safe?", she asked her husband, Michael Sloan. Michael was spectating. He said with a firm tone, "I think it is, but there is no way to be sure. Let's ride!" Raven was utterly surprised. He hadn't been this excited since last Christmas! Raven wasn't complaining. Raven exclaimed, I think it's about to start! Let's ride on the sphinx! I think that's this one! Oh, yes! See here, it's labeled!" They all ran up and strattled the long seat. All three of them were able to sit comfortably. All right.... Hopefully it will be starting soon!

Beezus was just walking when she heard a wonderful music nearby. She decided to have a look, " A carousel !" she exclaimed. She immediately moved closer. She saw statues of griffins, unicorns, and even dragons seemingly walking and stomping around the carousel . She then remembered her sister, she wanted to ride the carousel !

Iris followed Fallon's lead. She wasn't really paying attention to WHERE they were going, as she was too absorbed in WHAT they were walking through. That ferris wheel! It's HUGE!! ... Iris wasn't even aware that Diagon Alley was big enough to house something that massive!

When Fallon spoke up, Iris realised that they'd stopped walking. Blinkblink.

WOW.

PSSHH. Iris just looked at Fallon, with an eyebrow raised and an amused grin on her face. "This is going to sound even more childish... but bagsy the unicorn!" Iris grinned and giggled at her best friend. Yes, they'd just graduated. But they were also at a CARNIVAL, which is where you let your inner child loooooooooooooose! So it was all perfectly acceptable. Hehehe.

Fallon let out a giggle as Iris called dibs on the unicorn. Yep. They were Hogwarts Graduates and they were totally mature. Not! "All right. Let's go then!"

She walked towards the carousel and looked at the statues. Iris had already called dibs on the unicorn. Fallon looked around and spotted a dragon! In her opinion: Dragons were way cooler than unicorns. They could breathe fire and fly. She walked over to it just as it spit out a burst of fire. "Okay, that makes it even better."

The blonde Malfoy skipped over to the Carousel. Oh how she always had wanted to be ride one!! Her parents hadn't let her on one because they deemed it Muggle technology so it was a no-no in their books. So the blonde had been deeply disappointed and ever since she was three, she had dreamed of going on one and riding around for hours and hours.

Impatiently, bouncing up and down on her tip-toes, Emma waited for Alice and Selena to arrive. Oh yes, she'd introduce her protegée and new friend to her bestie. This would be good. Both wanted to take over the universe, eat candy, and pull pranks. Plus, they both seemed to hate flying. All seemed well in her world. When would they come!?

any 'responsible' Hogwarts students want to accompany a seven year old? :3
 

"MUMMY! MUMMY!" Caroline squealed excitedly. "A carousel!" The little girl was rather fond of them. Especially after she had expanded her vocabulary learning what it was called. "Can we ride it? Pleeeeease?!" she asked. *PUPPYEYES* This. Never. Failed. As long as she kept her eyes nice and big and let her lower lip quivver a little bit, she'd be on her way to that revolving pack of ponies.

Ohh goodness. Lauren knew they'd have to stop as soon as she saw the carousel coming. And Caroline was going to beg until she got to ride it. >.< Unfortunately.

All this week the woman's allergies had been acting up, and a carousel was just what she needed to further add to her headache. "Sweetie..." she started. OHH. She couldn't do it! Her little girl was just so excited. And now she was pulling out her 'Big Eyes' as Elias liked to call them. There was no way she could turn her down. "Caroline, Mummy's head hurts really bad. And I can't let you go on it alone. Can you find a friend to go with you?" she asked. Or rather, Lauren would be finding a responsible Hogwarts student to take her daughter to ride around on a moving horse.

This was not a good idea...

Alice sauntered around, looking for the Carousel. The tiny little girl weaved her way through the crowd and finally reached it, where she was supposed to meet Emma and her scheming friend, Selena. She wondered if Emma would let her ride the Carousel afterwards. The little prankster decided that she would ride the dragon.

Alice finally spotted Emma nearby, standing on her tip-toes and trying to look over the heads of the passers. She really didn't need to do that, she was so tall already. "Emma," she called, walking over to her. "Is your friend here yet?"

Selena had her hair tied up today because it was hot. She skipped through the carnival, trying to find the carousel over the heads of so many tall people. The one she wanted to ride was a dragon, a mighty fearsome dragon that was tall. Just not too tall because she wanted to be able to sit on it and actually manage to... get off and get on. Yeah.

Finally, managing to find her way to her blonde friend she beamed. "EMMMAAAA~" Sel said with a bright smile, tackle-hugging her friend. Ah, finally. "Did you know there are loads of people here so it's easy to get- oh hi!" Selena started before she stopped when she saw another girl. That must be the other firstie Emma had told her about.

"I'm Selena Zabini-Riddle, I am awesome and I'm going to rule the world," Selena said seriously with a big smile. Was that even possible? She didn't care. She would make it possible. Because she was awesome. :mellow:

The blonde turned around to see Alice already behind her. Merlin! She was quick! "Hey Alice!" she began, giving the girl a friendly smile. "How-" Emma was about to ask her how she was doing and answer her question when Selena arrived and tackled her! :whaa:

She had missed being tackled and tackle-hugging Selena. Ahh... "SELENA!" she cried out and then hugged her back. Oh Merlin. The two had quick timing. "Oh yes, it's quite easy to get lost!" The Slytherin nodded and smiled at Selena's introductions. "Well, with the help of me," added Emma, with a wide smirk as she folded her arms. The blonde turned her gaze towards Alice and smiled as she looked back and forth between them. "Sel this is Alice," she said, briefly, waiting for Alice to introduce herself. Then they could go on the ride! Yipee!

Alice stared at the new girl. She was... short. Shorter than her. Much shorter than Emma. But she had the face of a fifteen year old. And then as she announced that she was awesome and was going to rule the world, Alice grinned. Yupp. This was Emma's friend.

"I'm Alice Fischer and I'm going to rule the world, too," Alice stated, beaming. "Except I'm not going to get there by being awesome. I'm going to get there with SuperGlue." Then she turned to Emma. "Can we ride now?"

Caroline stared at the carousel. watching it go around and around. Turning her head away quickly, as she started to get dizzy. The blonde had been on one of these in years. The problem was that you just couldn't get on one of these rides alone. You know? Where in Merlin's pants did her little brother go? She looked around who she didn't see anyone she knew around. So very relucantly she got in line. Mabye the next person in line would ride with her.

Sel smiled at Emma and giggled. "I'm short, I blame the tall people here," Selena said, waving her hand in the general area. Gravity needed to start to love other people more or people just needed to take more shrinking potions. Odd people. Hmph. "Right, of course, I can't rule the world without my bestie," Sel said with a smirk. She couldn't! That would just be wrong on all sorts of levels and she didn't like being wrong. She looked at the girl there.

"You're the first year," Sel said, pointing out the obvious... and literally pointing too. Because first years were taller than her! :whaa: What was the world coming too?!

Clearing her throat, because she was supposed to set a good example right? ". . . Alice, we'll get this clear, I'm going to rule the world and the universe, and without awesomeness you can't get anywhere, but you have ambition so I guess you're a little awesome, I'm still awesomer though," Sel said, smiling. Psht, Sel was ruling the world with her bestie. The firstie was just going to be a pawn like in those chess games. Sel was still ruling the world.

IT WAS HER RIGHT. It was written in the stars. Her world. With Emma. But still. Her world... her universe!

"Ooooh, I want a dragon!!!" Selena exclaimed, beaming. Yeah, a fire breathing one that ate tall people. :mellow:

Selena then stated that she was quite short and that she blamed the Tall people for making her get lost all the time. If only Sel wore heels sometimes that would probably help her but the Malfoy would never dare suggest that too her friend because she knew that Selena wouldn't appreciate it and that heels really hurt to walk in. Emma flashed her friend a happy smile when Sel said she couldn't rule the world without her. Of course. It was engraved in stone. Already engraved. T'was predicted.

The blonde Malfoy observed the two shorter girls converse and she listened, waiting patiently, rocking back and forth on her toes. Emma shook her blonde head a little as Selena proclaimed that she was awesomer than Alice. Oh Sel. And before the Malfoy could say anything else or blink, Alice was asking her if they could go on the ride? And then Sel wanted to ride a dragon. :whaa: Merlin, they were quick.

YES! THEY WERE GOING TO GO ON IT!! Finally!! :xd: The Slytherin smirked at her two friends and nodded. "Come on let's go on the carousel!" she cried and looked at the dragons and unicorns dance on the carousel.

Alice stared at the girl, trying to find a good response, but she couldn't pick one that was rude because Selena was Emma's friend. Finally, she spoke. "Well, maybe you can't get anywhere without awesomeness, but you also can't get anywhere without SuperGlue." And you have none, she thought. Yes, Alice was satisfied. SuperGlue solves everything.

She beamed at Emma. "I want a dragon, too! One that likes SuperGlue." Alice couldn't stand anything that wasn't fond of SuperGlue. People, animals, stationary things... you name it. SuperGlue or bust. She had a precautionary tube in her pocket right now.

"Emmaaaaa what are you going to ride?" Sel asked as she watched the carousel go round and round with its happy music. Sel laiked this music, she was tempted to jump up - oh, what the heck. Sel started to bounce up and down because she felt like it... and she COULD. So anyone who said otherwise was insane. Mmmhmmm.

She blinked at the girl with confusion. "SuperGlue is sticky, I got a bottle of it stuck to my hand once... I was five," Sel said beaming before reminiscing. That wasn't a fun time... ehh... whatever. "SuperGlue is good for fixing stuff though... but - SEL HAS AN IDEA! Emmmmmaaa we must brainstorm!" Selena exclaimed, beaming with excitement. Then she looked back at the carousel. "After a dragon ride," Sel said seriously.

"Emma, you should ride a dragon toooooo! Dragons are cool," Selena said excitedly. Yes, dragons were epically awesome.

Emma chuckled at Alice's response and shook her head slightly. Oh Merlin. Please no argument's right now. No the blonde was not in a mood for an argument. So, she waited to see what Selena would say back to Alice and she bit her lip. But first, Selena asked her if she wanted to ride a Dragon. "You know the Dragon's are pretty cool and if I rode a Unicorn and my brother saw, I wouldn't live to see another day, he'd be so ashamed," said Emma, with a wicked smile, weighing the two options in her mind. "Okay, I'm riding the Dragon. Cause Dragon's are cooler."

The blonde listened to Selena and Alice discuss the usefulness of SuperGlue. Merlin, she felt as if she was back in school already, in Potions class discussing a Potion ingredient and why it is necessary to the Potion. The blonde chuckled. "Sel, Alice has a whole stash of SuperGlue and think of the all the things we could accomplish with a bottle of SuperGlue, all three of us," said Emma as her cunning side of her brain started churning slowly. Oh yes. They could pull some of the best pranks that Hogwarts ever seen, well, since the Weasley twins graduated. The blonde's eyebrows raised as Selena said that they had to brainstorm after the ride. Emma nodded and smirked an evil smirk at my friend. "Does it have anything to do with getting revenge on my brother for thinking you were dating TallPerson?" she said as she walked towards the slowing carousel.

Turning to both of her friends, "Come on. Let's go on the carousel for a ride before its too late!" she exclaimed, her heart panicking at the thought of the carousel breaking down or suddenly the Carnival packing up before they could have a turn on the ride. Hopping on to the carousel, the blonde walked over to a free golden coloured dragon with green eyes and she sat in the seat with a huge grin on her face, waiting for the ride to begin. Oh Merlin..

Alice couldn't help but smile as Selena spoke of her troubles with SuperGlue. "Yes, it is very sticky," she said seriously. "That's why it's called SuperGlue." She beamed again, but her grin quickly faded as Emma started talking nonsense. TallPerson? She wondered how someone could get a name like that. Should I name you Bob? No. Samuel? No. How about TallPerson?

"I call the silver dragon," Alice exclaimed, jumping onto the Carousel after Emma. It was a beautiful silvery-white colour with one bright green eye, the other a piercing blue. "I'm going to name you 'The Thing'!" Yessiree. The Thing with two different coloured eyes that loved SuperGlue. What a dragon.

Selena beamed. Yes, dragons were epically amazing and Emma knew it. "Awesome, we can put it on powerful people's chair and make them stuck to their seats. But we can modify the structure of the glue so it's more powerful than it already is and we can find a potion to make it unstickable," Selena said with a smirk on her face. They'd have to find test subjects, sure, but there were enough birdies in Hogwarts for that... right? Sel's smirk grew wider. "He can be our first test subject," Selena said maliciously, rubbing her hands together in a way that only evil genius could. However, at the mention of the carousel Sel jumped on.

"I CALL THE GREEN ONE. I am naming you the Amazing Sparky Green Scales!" She announced as she climbed onto it. Oh yeah, her dragon had one of the most epic names ever known in history. Yeah, they were jealous. Because their dragons didn't have names half as awesome as her dragon's name. And Amazing Sparky Green Scales' nickname would beee... ASGS... or... yeah, she had nothing. :mellow:

[spoiler=quotes] Emma laughed as Selena thought of putting stuff on people's seats. Surprise! Mwaha. Now that was evil. Emma nodded. They could even use Lafay's help to find a potion. The blonde smirked. "Oh yes. Or we could use tallperson. I'm sure Sebastian would love that. We could glue him to a chair, so therefore he HAS to stay at Hogwarts," chuckled the Malfoy. The Malfoy turned to Alice and said, "Tall Person is Sebastian," she explained.

Now on her dragon, the Malfoy watched her friends chose names for their dragons. Hmm.. What should she name hers? The name dragon seemed pretty reasonable. But they had both chosen pretty good names. Hmmmmm.... "I'm going to call my dragon, Egost," said Emma who was making up random names.. Yep, Egost worked. Egost the Terrifying dragon. The blonde couldn't wait for it to start.

Aice adjusted herself on her dragon, listening to Emma and Selena talk about sticking people to their seats. "You don't need a potion to make it unstickable," Alice said. "It is already. Luckily, I have a mixture of ingredients to make a solvent. I keep a bottle of that with me, too." Alice nodded. Sebastian seemed like a more reasonable name. "I'm guessing Sebastian is tall and you don't like him?"

Fee made her way to the entchanted carousel,it was really insane how beautiful it was.It muste be sooo old and still it looked this amazing.The blonde couldnt wait to go on it and have fun.But doing that alone would be sooo boring.It didnt matter how much fun something it was,when you were with someone it was twice as fun.But how pathetic would it look if she waited here for someone?Noo wwaaay.

The girl really should have checked with her friends before she came here,but she didnt have anything to do today so this would be a nice enternainment.Standing in front of the carousel the Slytherin watched the people taking a ride and smiled.This was amazing and she would take a ride no matter if she had to do it alone.
