Idk for me its keeping me accountable to get moving and just take more frequent stretch breaks. Especially now that I have a "desk job", sometimes I forget how long I've been sitting staring at the computer

It’s also helping me to get moving more. And also just in general when I have days where I don’t want to even get out of bed at all. It gets me to do the most basic care for myself when I feel like even moving is a lot. Also the affirmations can make a difference.

ALSO I just made my 200 day streak, so I’m proud of myself for that.

The routine that has had the most impact is starting the day with morning stretches. I really love that there are three filters available (sitting, kneeling, and lying) and an actual person doing the stretches. This kind of morning movement is really important for my body - especially post op and still working towards full flexibility and mobility in my elbow - so I've attached it to egg hatching a new pet for a little extra motivation.

I am curious where everyone's Finch is currently exploring I just finished up the Amazon Rainforest and just started in Bergen, Norway.

I will say not really a fan of some of the AI aesthetics that seem prevalent with the app, but its still cute and the traveling bits are nice, since sometimes travel isn't the easiest

Thank you, Kath! I am! Just started day 220 which is a lot for me. I’m generally horrible at sticking to things like this for so long. More than once I’ve almost forgotten to start a new day until it’s late. But I always manage to check off what I’ve done in a day. I’m glad that the stretches are helping you gain full flexibility after you’ve had surgery.

Haha! Tamagotchis really were everywhere. I even had one.

Currently I’m in São Paulo (Brazil), and before that I was in Bali (Indonesia). Just over half way finished with that location. I do agree that it’s fun travelling without actually having to take a plane.

Agreed about the AI. And I miss when that wasn’t prevalent everywhere, but what can you do.
