What's up, guys? My name is Zoe, and I will be one of your Mods of the Month this August!

I have been a member of SnitchSeeker for nearly four years now. I joined the site in November 2006 because I wanted somewhere to temporarily escape from real life and chat with Harry Potter fans around the globe. As you can probably tell, the site stuck on me and has become my home. Why wouldn't it, right? Since joining the site, I've held various positions in the fan clubs, served as a Hufflepuff prefect in the SS Hogwarts RPG, and been a writer for SnitchSeeker's Seeker of the Snitch [SotS] magazine. I have been a fan club mod for almost two years now and I have been co-manager of SotS since this past December.

Outside of SS, I am a university student who loves to read and write. As well as loving to read and write, I also love listening to music, drawing, going to the movies, and (because I can't think of anything else off the top of my head) much more. If I'm not on SS, there's a good chance that I'm doing one of those things or hanging out with my family and friends. And, in case you're just wondering, my favorite flavor of pie is banana cream.

That's enough from me. Now it's time for YOU to ask me some questions. I know that you want to.

How did I know you'd be one of the first to post here?

Hmm ... I think I was around four or five when I learned how to ride a bicycle. I really don't remember. That was ages ago!

But I do hope you learn how to master riding a bicycle. They're loads of fun!

Well, I know a lot of Rachels. Can I cheat and say that I love them all?

haha, I know. I was totally going to post it up yesterday, but I didn't get back from my trip to the beach as early as I thought I was. Ending up getting home really late last night. Oh well.

And I think you know the answer to that question. You are, after all, the one with my drawing of it in one of your SS albums.

Well it all starts with me watching Shark Week (yes it is on!

) and I need to know how many species of Sharks there are pronto!

Oh and what is your favorite music group our individual singer? (This thread is about you right?) xDD

Since the purpose of the Newbie forum is to acquaint and acclimatize us to the processes of the forums, finding topics of interest is important. I'd like to suggest a new topic - What would you like to see JK Rowling write now?

That should engender *significant* discussions here. This could be a discussion of what time period (e.g., during first six years, write the seventh year story, fill in the nineteen years) or perhaps a new story line completely. It would be interesting to learn about how well (or poorly) James and Scorpius get along. So many possibilities, so little space....

Well, Alright, asking questions, I'm confuzzled already =S AHA! I've GOT one! It's a deeply personal question that will surely bring you closer to more than a few of the members on the site. Here goes: Are you or Have you ever been.. In Love? =D There's a heck of a question for ya! ^^'

Personally I would answer a big YES to that question, My Girlfriend Karen and I have a very deep, emotional relationship and I'd like to hope that It'll stay that way. Anyways, That's all I really had to say, so Yeah, Hope ya have a nice day ^^'

Oh dear. I'm not exactly sure how many species of sharks there are, but I'm going to guess that there are 360+ species of them. Let me know if I'm way off or not, because that would be an interesting tid-bit to know!

As for my favorite music groups and singers, I'm going to have to say that my all-time favorites are Boys Like Girls, Coldplay, Chris Daughtry, Jon McLaughlin, Lady GaGa, Linkin Park, Nickelback, and The Fray. But that is just a little snippet of what all I listen to when it comes to music.

I'd really like to see J. K. Rowling write more about the Marauder era. I've always been interested in the Marauders and what all happened before Harry's time. Though, I totally wouldn't say no to anything Jo wants to write about. The woman is a genius, after all!

This is a pretty deep question, but I have no problem answering it. I've been with my boyfriend for almost three years now. Of course we've had ups and downs over the years, but that is what made our relationship stronger. So the answer to your question would be a big yes as well.

And you two sound so cute! I hope that your relationship lasts a long time as well.

My least favorite color? Hmm. Well, I'm not really a big fan of gray. I can live with it if there are other colors to go with it, but gray all by itself is not really my thing as I like bright colors and stuff. That would explain why I'm not a big fan of rainy days.

As for how the color makes me feel, I guess it makes me feel ... cold and bored. Maybe even a little lifeless, as there really isn't much to the color. It's just gray.

Interesting questions! You made me think on them for a while.

Marauders? I don't know about them (yet), so it looks like I have a little research to perform to learn a bit. I like your idea about writing pre-Harry, it's a successful process used by many authors. While it really doesn't matter what JKR writes since it will sell incredibly well, I also hope she does something in the Potter realm.

This question made me giggle for a little bit, lol. I'm not sure if you meant the characters or the actors, so I'll answer to both.

To be perfectly honest with you, I had a little thing for Ron Weasley and Charlie Weasley and Viktor Krum. No idea why, though Ron is one of my favorite characters. As for the Harry Potter actors, I've crushed on Rupert Grint (still do, sort of

), Freddie Stroma, and Tom Felton.

I completely agree with you.

Oh! And this reminded me of your question, which made me think of another "Potter time period" I'd like to see Jo write about. I've always been facinated with the Hogwarts Founders. We really don't know a whole lot about them and it'd be interesting to know how Hogwarts came about, the fueding, etc.

I haven't. But I want to go really bad. From all of the images and videos that I've seen, the Wizarding World looks really amazing. One of these days I'll get down there, and I am sure that I will be walking around with my mouth open the whole time.
