Hi guys! Welcome to SS! Welcome to April!

I'm Tegz, I'm a mod right here in the newbie forum, as well as in a few other parts of SS (love me the RP!). I've been around for a long time now, and plan to stick around for a billion more years! I'm a student at university in New Zealand (the place with the hobbits!). I also work part time at a bookstore and I'm a book fiend and a movie fiend and hey ask me questions! I'll index in this post all my answers so keep an eye on whats here and try not to repeat questions okay guys? Remember the questions need to be to/about me and not about site rules and such!

a) I broke my leg when I was ten and was on crutches for EIGHT MONTHS.
b) I totally judge books by their covers
c) There's an orc in the first LOTR movie who gets hit with a frying pan, that is my ex-boyfriend
d) I met Peter Jackson and didn't recognise him whoops

1. Are there actually crazy big spiders in New Zealand and Australia like they tell us all?
2. Have you ever visited one of the Hobbit houses they made for the LOTR's movies?
3. Working at a bookstore must be awesome. Over the time you have worked there what HP book has been the most purchased in your opinion?
4. Here in America we see a lot of Deer all over the place. Do you see Kangaroo's and Koala Bears all over the place in New Zealand and Australia?
5. Have you ever been to the Sydney Opera House?

3. Fielding! I am totally a fielder. Hah. I used to play in high school. I liked wicket keeping actually.

Hi!!

1. Australia yes, New Zealand NO. We don't have scary things here!!!
2. Yes I live forty minutes from Hobbiton actually Here is my mum in Hobbiton overlooking the lake. Party tent on the right, Bag End in the centre at the top of the hill under the tree. We also stopped in at the Green Dragon for a cider .
3. For any series the first book is usually the one purchased most, but honestly they are ALL still bestsellers. Currently our best selling HP book is the illustrated hardback version of Philosophers stone
4. There aren't Kangaroos or Koala bears in NZ except in zoos! They're totally a thousand percent Australian We have our own unique fauna however, mostly birds and harmless lizards
5. I last visited Australia when I was six XD I think we went there but I don't remember if we went inside or not hehe I was probably bored!

1. I just finished Julie Kagawa's Blood of Eden series that was good.

Also I want to be surprised on the first page and ALSO if they write in first person and that person describes their reflection in the first chapter I just... no.

Ravenclaw! I am one, and originally was one on Snitchseeker. I'm doing the rounds though, spent ten terms in Ravenclaw, and ten in Slytherin and now 2 and a bit in Gryffindor!
