Gryffindor Table https://s26.postimg.cc/qrvbl2v15/gry...ble-banner.jpg For those who belong in Gryffindor House, on the left side of the Great Hall is where your table awaits. Red banners containing an embroidered golden lion float above the polished table in honour of the brave Godric Gryffindor. Already placed on the tables are silver plates with accompanying cutlery and goblets. All that is missing right now are the mountains of food and pitchers containing your favourite beverages. |
Rose was in a good mood as she entered the great hall, tomorrow summer break started. Time to be with her siblings and parents and possibly go to some fun summer camps. That Gryffindor had won the Gobstones cup and finished second in both the Quidditch and House cups was amazing. The sixth year took a seat for herself in the middle of the lion table waving and saying 'Hello's to those already seated before she pulled out her latest issue of the witch weekly magazine and began to read the article on what everyone was buzzing about in the wiz world for younglings. Maybe there was a new candy she could try in Diagon this summer? |

Before the speech was made, Diego came in all dressed nicely per usual, but he had a guest, holding his stuffed raccoon, Bubba. It was always near the end of the term that his feelings of homesickness returned, being so close to seeing his parents and little brothers got him in the feels. Vi did help cheer him up too. "Hi, everybody!" He smiled. His eyes glistened from the release of long-held feelings, but it appeared as though he was overcome with happy emotions. "I can't believe we won Gobstones two years in a row!" And he had a lot of fun playing... when he wasn't on the bench as a Reserve. "What are you reading?" He too, noticed Rose reading her magazine. Sitting by Kara, "Thanks for making my time on the Gobstone team easier." Benchwarming with Elliot and Jailah wasn't bad, but they spent more time making inappropriate jokes. "Are you going to try out for the U-17 team this summer? It'd be neat to play all together again especially for Rose's last season." Oh, there was the speech! Sure, they didn't win the House Cup again and were down in Quidditch, but at least they weren't at the bottom! Bubba would agree if he were living. Diego immediately grabbed some drumsticks to add to his plate. One-handed of course, he didn't want Bubba to get all greasy. |
