A set of paths, some stone, most dirt, link the wooden bridge to almost every other area of the Hogwarts grounds. You will more than likely use these pathways at some point to reach your grounds-based classes, to visit other outdoor locations, or simply to take a walk and clear your head. This is a quiet area of the grounds with the soft sound of leaves rustling in the wind or lightly crunching below your feet. Doesn't the air just seem fresher around here somehow?

Walk with a friend, sit and relax on one of the many benches placed in intervals along the numerous pathway routes, climb a nearby tree, take a moment to appreciate the great outdoors in this breathtaking part of the country. Just be careful not to trip on loose stones or roots as you go. The groundskeeper does what he can to keep the pathways maintained, but he can only do so much.

Molly felt as if she had been let loose at a funfair when out on the grounds of Hogwarts. She had grown up around such beautiful sights throughout her life, but there was a certain magic about Hogwarts (well, duh), and she wanted to soak in every second of it. There was a little nip in the air but it was warm enough for her to wear one of her favourite white dresses that she paired with bright yellow tights with little daisies embroidered into them, and, of course, a cardigan because she wasn't a complete lunatic. She opted to not wear a hat but she soon regretted that decision as her hair was doing a lousy job at keeping her ears warm.

It was nothing worth complaining about, though!!!

The redhead skipped down the pathways until she found some large stones that BEGGED to be jumped upon. Molly continued to jump from stone to stone until she saw a precious little froggie fellow hiding underneath a pile of leaves. She crouched down to greet it, speaking a little quieter than she wished because she didn't want people to think she was shouting at the rocks, or something. Again - no lunatics here. "Be careful, little frog, I almost stepped on your home." Or perhaps SHE could take it home and give it the life it deserves.

It was her second year at Hogwarts and Natasha still managed to get lost. It was a HUGE place ok, not her fault. She'd meant to go to the garden but somehow ended up at the pathways.. internally sighing, the slytherin decided to head back to the castle - might as well hang out in the common room - when she noticed someone talking to a.. frog? She paused mid-step, curiously watching.

It wasn't WEIRD to talk to creatures, you know.

Molly didn't have much else to say to the frog after her warning to it, and once she caught wind of someone staring at her, well, she felt a little embarrassed. She stood back upright, still balanced on the stone to assert dominance in height, apparently. "The frog told me a secret just now - want to hear it?" She said to the girl.

She jumped down from the stone and bounced right up to her, whispering in her ear. "It's rude to stare." TEEEHEEEE.
