Rather than make their way down to the carriages, the now-graduated students are to take a slight detour down a passage that will take many of them on a trip down memory lane. After taking the passage down to the boathouse, it is very clear what is to happen -- those who had been at Hogwarts since their first year would be ending their journey the way they originally came. Numerous boats have been docked for this special occasion and await to be used. Though were the boats always that small? How in the world did they fit FOUR of you years ago?

Once everyone has taken a seat in the boat of their choosing, the boats all move at once and begin slowly gliding along the dark tunnel and through a curtain of ivy. The warm sun shines brightly as the boats slowly glide across the lake. The journey will take about fifteen minutes, so enjoy your final glances at the castle. Once the boats to a halt and you trek up a steep, narrow path, remember to grab your trunk (which had been taken down from the castle for you) from the holding area and step onto Hogsmeade Station.
