Beth the narcissist Greyvson was calmly pacing around the armour gallery for the longest time. Why did this part of the book have to seem so old…so dated, so just god awfully boring? It felt like the wizarding equivalent to having teeth pulled.

”oh…blundering blunderbusses” she snapped as the blond kicked out her foot, the toe of her shoe connecting with a spot of rough stone wall by one of the pieces of armour. ”whats should I do tin man?” she asked even though she knew full well that he wasn’t made of tin – it was a magical piece of armour that did something.

Why couldn’t…why couldn’t they do something now? The girl huffed as she climbed next to one of the pieces of armour and looked inside its helmet, ”I’M BORED ARMOUR…YOU SHOULD HELP ME,” she practically yelled into the poor dear’s ear. "pleaaaaaase, show me what happened in the Great War...i'm ready my body is ready! i'll even hold a shield and defend this school!" she told the suit before stomping on the ground once more.

It was like they weren't l i s t e n i n g to her. Those jerks.

The blonde simply leaned out from her little area and watched as Tippin seemed to flail her tiny arms. ”Hi, there” she smiled kindly at the little house elf. Maybe she could help her out…house elves had magic.

”if we help you – uh…polish these would you help me?” she asked, pleadingly as she tried to make herself look just as innocent as she ever could be. Which was hard, she wasn’t exactly the most innocent, she had very nearly kicked a set of armour earlier…but hadn’t, luckily. ”could you bring one of these to life - so we could talk to them? For history of magic reasons?” she asked pleadingly, ”and I promise, truly to polish them with you without magic of course…” she was using her go-to kind smile and was even kneeling down so she was closer to Tippin’s height.

Maybe, just maybe her posturing and kindness would help? Maybe, just maybe she wouldn’t have to be bored out of her skull.

Talking to suits of armour yes, and asking if the house elves would help her reenact the battle of Hogwarts, but not touching the suits…if she had, well, then she would have likely climbed her way into one of the suits…that was how, after all, small limbed creatures did this right?

They tried to put on the hard to maneuver metal plat armour - because that was what most of it was right? Or at least, that was what the suits looked like…if only Quinn were here to help – Quinn was good at the convincing house elves she was being innocent thing. ”I won’t interrupt your work…but you can’t help me a little by say telling me that my theory is right…they walk right?” she asked excitedly.
