Broom Closet
|
This was a perfect place for a hideout, yep. He was going to claim this for himself. Now if he could just figure out how to make it invisible to others. He wasn't good at charms yet so she couldn't just wave his wand and say some words. Well, he could, but that spell was a bit more advanced than a second year really could do, so, for now, he just would make it as gross as he could on the outside so no one came in. Opening the door he looked around. He could use the bucket as a seat and the brooms wouldn't get in his way if he pushed them all to the one side. Yes this could work out nicely. People in his room were always talking and he didn't like to share information all that much, so this was going to be his new place to hide. Pulling Charles out of his pocket he set him down on the ground so he could slither around and explore. "Maybe some mice will come by not realizing you are here." It was a closet so they would think it was dark and empty. |
Ciara was heading up to the library. She had borrowed a few of the potion books from there and was going to go return them. She was on a mission, looking for a certain potion recipe that she hadn't seen in a long time. She was sure in was in one of the books in the library. Maybe it was damaged in that fire, and didn't get replaced it. Or she just wasn't looking hard enough, either way she hadn't successfully found it yet. She was heading toward the staircase when out of the corner of her eyes she seen something that was rather odd. She clip clopped her way over toward the broom closet. She was starting to rethink wearing heels, it was so much harder to sneak around and see what these kids were up too. Ciara stuck her head around the corner, who was in the broom closet. She knew it wasn't a couple up to no good nor a house elf. "Hello Mister Blaze What are you doing in the broom closet?' She hardly doubted the second year was going to take it upon his self to clean. Merlins beard, wait was that a snake. "Wait... a snake there is a snake in the closet." She didn't think that anyone had the permission to have a snake and not inside the castle definitely not. It must have gotten in somehow. That was fine the potions professor wasn't afraid of removing a little snake. She got her wand and levitated it, no ways was she going to pick it up. "Let's put you back outside, shall we?" |
Eddie had just found the perfect spot for him and Charles to work when he heard the clipping and clopping of feet. Noooooo the door was open and he hadn't made it look old and dirty for people not to want to come in yet. IT WASN'T READY!!! He scrambled to try and get things picked up like his parseltongue book and just as he was reaching for the snake... "NOOOOOOOOO" That was his snake! HE FOUND IT! Finders keepers and all that jazz. Jumped for it and got his hand around it. Pulling it to him he cradled it like a baby, "I found him near the lake Professor and he was injured and now I'm taking care of him." Okay he wasn't injured, but he wasn't giving him up either. He tried to look super pathetic when he looked up at the professor. Big puppy eyes and just sad because he had to get the professor to feel sympathy that he was trying to save the snake. |

Ciara was shocked at the nature of Mister Blaze's actions by pulling the snake away and back to him. Then the manner in which he was holding it. "You found him injured near the lake? Did you not take him to Professor Wayland?" She watched the Slytherin with the snake carefully. What were kids these days thinking? She hardly doubted that he had permission for the snake as pet. She would wait for an explanation from him first before, deciding what to do with him and the snake. She was not buying just anything. Something was up, and the Slytherin boy seem to be up to no good by the looks of it. He was hiding with a snake in a broom closet. |

"The closet it a perfect place for him, because it's darker and colder in here. The mice roam in here, so he helps the castle by eating them." Maybe some of them could have been pets of students, but how would he know, they wouldn't want a mouse problem if too many were running around. "Please Professor, don't let me give him up just yet. I don't want to let him go." Pushing out his bottom lip he made his face look as sad and pathetic as possible. |
