Girls Dormitories

Where are all the girls at? :) Final year! It was here! She was beyond excited and exhausted. She had done her duties on the train, at the feast, after the feast, and now, now she was ready to have some fun. Headed into her dorm and started talking before she even headed in. "Alright who is ready to have some fun?" She was ready to bring in the new term with the girls in style. Opening her trunk she pulled out her bag of goodies and her bags of chips. "I have snacks and music." Of course she had music. She always had the music. Pulling out her radio she flicked her wand and charmed it to turn on. Turning it up so the volume was loud enough the younger girls could hear and come in if they wanted. |
"Did I hear snacks??" laughing she grabbed some that were just laying all over Nats bed. "thanks" she winked at her.. "ohh didnt get a chance to say it, but congrats on the head badge" she knew that even though she was head girl, they wouldn't stop having fun. Walking over to her bed she placed the snacks down and kicked off her shoes.. "you'd think they would ever give us more fashionable shoes" looking down at the almost loafers she laughed.... "only one more year right....." it didn't sink in....yet atleast. |

"I know, but at least we don't have to wear them all the time. Just classes." She had to wear them with her duties to, but she could always transfigure them if needed. "Yes, one more year. This is it." It excited her to think about. "Know what you are doing after this?" |

as promised ;) The first thing Elle had expected to do once she’d gotten to Hogwarts was most definitely not ending up splashed by both glitter as well as the slimy frog goo that had ended up on Colt due to the poltergeists she hadn’t exactly forgotten but had hoped would have known better than to take on Slytherins. Sadly, she’d been wrong, and therefore her first stop after the feast had been the bathrooms to take a shower and clean up. Plus, Marvin had gotten a bath too in case he’d gotten splashed too. Either way it was a wet-haired blonde who had finally made her way up to the dorms to hear music already spilling from her room. Contrary to the rest of it, that actually wasn’t a surprise at all, and she’d smiled as she’d entered. “Trying to make up for the feast?,” she asked lightly, going over to her bed to place her hedgehog on the covers before digging around in her trunk for a hairbrush to deal with her hair. “I could definitely see you doing something related to fashion, Echo.” She figured Nat’s plans were almost a given. |
With the music on Nat grabbed a bag of cookies and sat on her bed. She looked at Echo and smiled. "I'm glad I'm good for something." She knew that everyone was use to her making cookies and brownies by now. Nat loved being in the kitchen and she loved cooking for her roommates, but tonight was just snacks. There was never a day she wasn't prepared. Seeing El come into the room she smiled as Storm and Snowball seemed to be excited to see their friend and went to jump on her bed. "We had to do something after that mess happened. I'm going to be getting glitter out of my hair for a week." She hadn't taken the time to shower yet so her hair sparkled as she moved. When a TDK song came on she jumped onto the bed. "I love this song!" Were they sick of her and TDK yet? No? Good she was glad if they weren't. Bouncing around on the bed she began singing. Only barely hearing the response from Echo. "Fashion would be amazing. Remember Dot? She is amazing at fashion. You could probably ask her about it and find a good place for school and stuff." Dot was going to design all her clothes when she was on tour and things with the band. She couldn't wait. "Me? Going to be making The Sirens famous of course." |

Elle laughed as Echo had responded to her half-rhetorical question. Not in a mean way, just in amusement at how the whole situation had obviously devolved once certain poltergeists had gotten involved at the feast. “Oh, I don’t think the ghosts had any control over the situation,” she commented. She hardly believed that the ghosts sanctioned the poltergeists’ antics. “We definitely should thank the Baron for that.” Aside from the part where the frogs had gotten dumped after his arrival. “I’m not sure I managed to get all the glitter out,” she continued, in response to Nat’s comment. “Besides, I was more bothered by the slime than the glitter anyway.” She had nothing against amphibians in general, but getting splashed by their slime was definitely unpleasant, and she felt so much better after cleaning herself up. Settling on her bed with Marvin crawling into her lap, she’d laughed again as Nat’s pets had chosen to join her as well. She didn’t quite understand why she’d suddenly ended up with a bed full of animals, but she didn’t mind. Instead, she’d turned back to Echo, a smile on her face at Nat’s reaction to the song and everything else. “Oh, I’d love that. Either one.” Or both. Anything to get a respite from her sister’s rules, although she was fully intending on trying to gain more independence now that she was technically an adult. |
This was her jam and she danced around the bed while the other two girls were talking. "Dot's amazing. She is so brilliant with her sense of style too. I can't wait to see the outfits she comes up with for me." Her thoughts went to award events where she'd be all dressed up and get to say to the magazine writers that she was wearing and Original from her friend. With the change of song Nat jumped from the bed to grab some of her chips. This was going to be so fun, "Anyone know where Kelly was?" Their other dormmate was missing in action, but she'd come sooner or later Nat was sure of it. Plus had the other girls not heard the music or were younger girls afraid of them? Well more food for them. "Those stupid things, I don't know why this school allows them to stick around. There has to be away to get rid of them." She couldn't stand it. The world was bad enough with just Peeves and now there were two more. There had to be something they could do. "I wasn't near the slime thank goodness. I just got hit with the glitter." She moved her head around so they could see it sparkle in her brown hair. |
