Spider Post 5 and leaving Just stay there Mr. Spider. Just let me get a better shot at you. Benny needed another chance, and another spider for his collection like the professor requested of them. Taking a deep breath, the Gryffindor tried to gather himself and increase his focus so that the spellwork would work better next time around. Continuous casting wasn't going to do him any good in the long run and likely tire himself before the arachnids stopped themselves. "Diminuendo!" he cast finally when he felt himself ready which judging by the results he had been. Another shrunken spider for his collection. Ben had just managed to get it into his jar when the professor dismissed the class. Perfect time it seemed. The fifth year went back to his spot and gathered up his belongings, making sure the jar of arachnids was with him since the man hadn't mentioned leaving them and he wasn't about to question it. "Good day Professor," he said simply as he headed out of the classroom. Back to a more relaxed atmosphere. |
Cilla packed away her things and left the classroom with a small wave and a "Goodbye, sir." It had certainly been an interesting lesson. |
*waves goodbye to Tia* Zander was EXTREMELY relieved that class was over. Extremely was even an understatement at this point. But who'd blame him, really? Not only was the class completely chaotic, but his best friend had managed to get himself locked into his first detention of the year. AND not to mention, his CoPrefect got one too?! ALL IN THE SAME LESSON?? Merlin. If the class had gone on any longer, Zander was sure that Kevin would somehow figure out a way to land himself in even bigger trouble. It was like a ticking time bomb, he was. Sigh. And this also meant the fourth year would be relying on a break out. Which also meant that Zander would have to try to plot a break out despite his new badge and looming responsibility. Would he get a detention for trying to get his friend out of detention? If this Caretaker/Professor guy was involved, then surely. If not... Well, maybe Professor Flamsteed would take pity on him? The man had proclaimed himself a fan of the Kevin/Zander bromance friendship after all, right? Zevin? Kander? ANYWAYS. The fifth year started packing up his things, trying to forget about the traumatic spider-in-shirt incident. As he slung his bag over his shoulder he smiled at the Ravenclaw who had sat herself next to him and gave her a wave goodbye. Ravenclaws were nice. He liked them. Now. How exactly to break someone out of detention? That was the real concern here. |

"Sorry professor for any trouble I caused you. It was a good lesson" Domino said to him glad the opertunity to appolijize came. She grabbed her backpack, the only muggle thing she owned and walked out of the classroom not wanting to nothee him anymore. |
Zhenya felt she hadn't yet completed her task, but as she looked to the clock she saw it was time the lesson was ending. And just as her eyes glanced the clock, she overheard Zeke's question, then listened sadly as Professor Quigley dismissed them. Her shoulders slightly slumped, disappointed in herself. First not getting her spells right, secondly teaching first years something wrong, and thirdly not being able to finish with the spiders. Still, the time was right, and there was no point dawdling behind just to get her spiders in the jar. She packed up her belongings and walked out, saying a quick "Goodbye Professor," to Quigley before she left. It was certainly one of the most interesting lessons she'd been to. And not academically speaking. |
Relieved that the lesson was over she uttered a soft sigh, this had NOT been a lesson she would remember as a funny first lesson! Looking around her she saw that some other students were packing their stuff she quickly repeated them, eager to leave this stupid classroom! Now that her desk was empty again and all her stuff in her back she quickly left the classroom and that while she didn't looked at the teacher nor spoke to him! Stupid teacher! |
Oh. Were they leaving now? Dima couldn't go yet, though. First he slipped his name tag out of his pocket and murmured "Adhaero," while tracing the outline of the thing in case it had lost its stickiness. Then, after examining the picture one last time, he stuck it on Professor Quigley's desk, right next to some suck up's big shiny apple. It was divided in two halves. On the first, a sketched picture of Hogwarts, lines done in black and colored with a variety of shades since Self-Coloring Quills didn't really give him any choice. He'd doodled a little owl post stamp on the corner. The second half was meant to be the back, and it was very plain- black lines and a to and from section. And, to save the lazy guy the trouble, he had already addressed the homemade postcard to Grandma Quigley from Maddox. Then? He was outta here. And hopefully, time until next Charms class would feel like an ETERNITY. |
Leaving <3 Quote:
"Thanks for a good lesson Professor, have a nice day." Hady offered quietly turning to leave the classroom, gently tugging on Zeke's hand since she hadn't let go of it yet. Was he coming along with her? |
They could go? Awesome! Not that Adi hadn't been enjoying himself. He had familiarised himself with his caught spiders and he thought they seemed to be listening to him every time he spoke to them because they would go still. Hehe. Were they supposed to hang onto the jar of spiders? Adi decided he would hang onto it just in case. "Bye, Professor!" he said as he headed over to the man after he grabbed his stuff. "Sorry your first lesson was so er chaotic." The Puffer did feel sorry for Professor Feline. "But the activity was super cool! Hope you like the apple flavoured candy I left you. See you next time!" And with that Adi headed out of the class. |
Can we keep spiders as a pet, professor? Was it just her or was the professor a bit strained? AJ eyes him for a moment. Nope, he was definitely strained. In fact she wasn't even sure if that was a strong enough word to use for his mood. Anywho, all her spiders were caught, but she still had an important question. "Professor, may I keep the spiders as a pet?" They were so cute and little, and she needed them. "I promise I'll take good care of them." Making them big again didn't put them in any spidey danger. |
SPOILER!!: AJ! <3 Adi was almost out of the door of the classroom when he heard AJ ask Professor Feline about the spiders. He started laughing as he turned back to go get his girlfriend. Leave it to her to ask about keeping the spiders as a pet. Coming up beside her, he said, "You just want to put them back to their normal size to make them go find unicorns for you,'' he told her. Really, that was the kind of thing AJ would think of doing. LOL. |
Uuuuhhh.. yes, right, go.. they could go? Was this a trap? A guilt trip? Or were they REALLY free to go? Zeke was finding it hard to tell, but considering the Professor then VANISHED clllllll of the other spiders, he was thinking that YES they should get out of there VERY quickly, or they'd be next. Cranky man be cranky. "Thanks for the lesson, Professor, just ignore the others, I do," he said with a small salute before turning back to his Lady Snake. She was keen to go, wasn't she? Quote:

SPOILER!!: Adiiiii Shhhh. Adi. "Don't go giving away my master plans like that." What if someone beat her to the punch. That would be a nasty fight over the majestic beauties, and she didn't want her horned babies witnessing such barbaric behavior. "Besides, I would totally ride the spiders on this quest. No way I would let them all of the fun without me." Not to mention that nobody would mess with her in the forbidden forest with giant spiders. "Maybe I can teach them to attack." Surly, the professor didn't make them all wimpy. Animal instincts were still under all the pansy fluff. |
Keep the spiders guys, don't lose them ;) Quote:
"Yes, yes keep the spiders. Take care not to lose them Miss Valentine." A vain hope possibly. These students made it hard to have faith in them--some of them. |
Oooh, they got to keep the spiders? Evie would build a little home for them, then, since he said not to lose them. Evie put her wand away and put the rest of her things back into her school bag. Then she picked up her jar of spiders, slung the bag over her shoulder and hurried towards the door. "Thanks for the lesson, sir," she said on her way out. Because she wanted to be on his good side, unlike half the students in her class. |
