Once she sets her mind to do something it makes no sense trying to stop her because her brain won't even process what you're saying. Over the years she's taught herself to disregard everything unless she finds it interesting, entertaining or useful and once you're not agreeing with her she generally won't acknowledge what you say without some opposition as she's not one to take things sitting down. Her drive and determination cause her to do some pretty over the top things from time to time but even with the disapproving looks of others she typically isn't affected because she doesn't care what others have to say. Alexa can be considered shameless because of this. If she wants to do something, the last thing she'll think about is the reaction of others; she'd much rather think of how much fun she'd have or how satisfying it would be. He’ll always stand by the fact that music is the only thing he’s really any good at - except for kissing of course. He holds himself in very high esteem, mainly because he decided nobody else would find him as awesome and gorgeous as he deserved unless he really believed it himself. He has no time for people who disapprove just because he wears ‘girl’ clothes or make up or whatever - he is firmly set in himself, and knows who he is, caring little (if at all) for anyone who says he’s wrong to act the way he does. Even though he’s adamant of his own beauty, he easily recognises it in other people, and is firm in the belief that pretty much anyone can be beautiful if they believe it themselves. When it comes to schoolwork, Phoenix is lazy. He knows what he’s good at, and gets frustrated to easily when he struggles with things. He claims to know in his soul that his destiny is music, and refuses to work hard at things he’s not going to need in life. History: Phoenix was born on the island of Euboea, Greece, to Giorgio Toros and Helena Elias on the fifteenth of May, 2069. He was their second child, and everything seemed great until his older brother started showing signs of magic. Helena, being a muggle, had no idea that Giorgio was a wizard until this point, and on his explanation of Rufus’ magic, Helena became overwhelmed and angry that he hadn’t told her before. She left him, feeling as though she didn’t know her own family anymore, and Giorgio took the boys to England where he then worked as a music producer at Steel City music studio in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. Giorgio threw himself into the music scene, and fully accepted the wrock and roll lifestyle. Unfortunately, he died seven years later, leaving nine year old Phoenix to be cared for by his brother, who had graduated from Hogwarts that year. Rufus and Phoenix have stuck together ever since, and are fiercely protective of one another. With Giorgio’s career as a music producer, Rufus and Phoenix both were very interested in music, and picked up the family talent. Rufus stuck to bass guitar more or less, and joined a band at Hogwarts called Agromantula. Phoenix was far more indecisive when deciding which instrument to learn, and has subsequently developed the ability to pick up almost anything put in front of him. He was always encouraged with his music, and never pushed too far at things he didn’t want to do. Music has remained an escape and a joy for him because of this, and he worked hard at it off his own back rather than other people’s nagging. His dream is to be a famous musician, but he is adamant not to use his brother’s success to further his career when he gets older. He wants to do it all for himself, and become successful in his own right, rather than being known as “that guy from Agromantula’s little brother” for his whole life. Phoenix’s personality is almost as big as his hair. He is sickeningly optimistic and has a strong faith in himself and his “legendary” good looks. Not only that, but he’s pretty adamant that everyone should be convinced of their own beauty as well as his. Cause where’s the fun in thinking you’re not hot, right? Obviously, he considers his musical talent and his looks to be the main cause for appeal to other people, and keeps the rest well hidden unless it’s completely necessary. For example, his utter inability to concentrate or work hard on things that he doesn’t understand, or that don’t mean anything to him. He had been learning from a tutor back home until his fifth year - since he made his brother promise not to send him off to school when he was eleven. But his last tutor finally snapped after months of silliness, disobedience and pranks. He wasn’t the first to quit, but Rufus was adamant that Phoenix was going to have to be taken in hand eventually, and making his tutor’s eyebrows so long that they obstructed his viewing was the last straw. Now that he’s fifteen, he’s not too bothered about going off to school, after all, if you don’t try stuff you never find out if it’s fun, right? And Phoenix lives to have fun. He’ll try his hand at anything that presents itself to him, just to see if it works out, cause it does more often than not... and when it doesn’t..? The experience is usually worth it - at least you’ve got a good story to impress people with... might even get you a snog or two. |

Biography- Ceorlic only knows of his mother by name, and stories of his Father told to him by his Older Half Brothers. Since he was at least 3 he could only recall being raised by Caelan, and Cullen, though they both tell him they picked him up from his Muggle Mother earlier than that. He is the 3rd of 2 half brothers, with 1 more younger half brother, Calenhad. Caelan, and Cullen have been (as he puts it) "brainwashing" them both to hate their Father, that the man had abandoned each of their Mothers. Once he learned their child had magical talent he would abandon them and move on. Devastating the muggle Mother. (The story makes no sense to Ceorlic) Ceorlic does not feel hate for his father, but rather would like to confront him some day. To ask him what truly made him leave. He has not told Caelan, Cullen, or Calenhad this yet. He started his Schooling in Beauxbaton, for a while when they each lived in Geneva, Switzerland. Teresa had a fling with a man that she hadnt known was a wizard. When she got pregnant, she tried to find him but couldnt. He had been very mysterious. Chance grew up with his mother, not knowing he was a wizard. Teresa was a waitress and worked too many hours to support her and him. So Chance was on his own alot. He had a great imagination and when strange things happened, he figured it was his imagination going a little bit out of control. Teresa ended up marrying another Muggle, Michael when Chance was about 8. They had two children, both muggles, and both girls. So when the owl flew into the house to deliver the envelope for Chance to go to Hogwarts, Teresa didnt quite believe it. She didnt want Michael to think they were crazy, so she told him he was being sent to boarding school because he was a little different. So when Chance was eleven, he was sent off to "boarding school" aka Hogwarts. → personality Chance is overly fond of food. Its because he had to teach himself how to cook, because his mom was never home when she was a waitress, so the food at Hogwarts was immensely better that than the food he had created. Both Aaron and Daniel have wild and LOUD personalities. Zander had always grown up as the outspoken child and being the youngest certainly didn't help. His parents didn't necessarily neglect him, but he isn't given as much of their time as Aaron and Daniel. The two trouble makers CLEARLY need more attention. Yet, Zander's mother does seem to notice the passive role that Zander has taken on over the years. xSo Far// First Year [not RPed] Zander's first year at Hogwarts was in lack of better words, weird. He didn't ever socialize and mostly kept to himself. He spent most of his time huddled up in his room going through old superhero comics given to him by his father. The adjustment to a world of magic was also extremely difficult considering he was a muggleborn and didn't have any friends to help. Second Year [not RPed] His second year was spent much like the first: in his dorm alone. This time, it wasn't because he didn't want to make friends, but because he didn't know how. Instead of making friends with other students, he became quite familiar with the Hogwarts house elves, chatting with them every now and then when they came up to the Gryffindor Common room to clean. Third Year Over the summer, his mother had a huge talk with him about making friends. When his mother found out about the passive role he was taking on at school she was absolutely livid. She made him promise to put himself out there or else threatened to take him out of school. Zander reluctantly agreed, but wasn't sure how to go about this. His first attempt at being more social was shot down by none other than Zahra Kettleburn. But soon enough, he began to make more friends and even began to participate in classes over time. This was the year of the eternal Hogwarts winter and so Zander spent most of his time thinking up conspiracies involving Defense Against the Dark Arts specialist, Professor Romanos. |
