Alexa had misheard him when he was talking about Toodles. "No-no I only wanted ask Toodles a question or two, but he's not here so." Oakey had lost track of what Alexa was doing because his attention was fully on Ariana at the time and looked over at the Grffindor girl when she commented on his kiss. "It's a just a p...ALEXA! That's not Professional at all." Was there even a Professional Ice Cream Eating League. Stupid thought... anyways back to Alexa. "I'm sure a pro would use there spoon. You've got a little something on your face." Oakey released one hand from Ariana and gestured it around his whole face as and example."I assigned you to test the Ice Cream Alexa. I'm not touching that stuff. Taste anything out of place, like if it makes you want to hurl?"

Ohhh, just a question or two for Toddles--Ugh. Kisses on the cheek then the word 'babe'? It wasn't the food that was making people sick. The cause was standing right in front of her. Could she sneak that on to Oakey's parchment when he wasn't looking??? Yes? No? SHE WOULD.

Wait. What? Not professional. Snort. "I'm an expert at this ice-cream eating stuff. I happen to know that the fastest way to get this all down and enjoy it the most is to stick your head in and feeeeeel the ice-cream. It's legit, you should look it up sometime." And was he trying to give her ice-cream advice? PFFFFFFT. He didn't even eat the stuff. "Spoons are slow, I won't get enough of this stuff into my mouth. We're looking for progress here. I get eager while I'm eating and want it all eaten at once if I can help it."

So yes, she DID know there was ice-cream all over her face. It gave her a nice, fuzzy feeling on the inside.

She licked at the ice-cream again while he spoke, reminding her of her duty. "The ice-cream's just fine, like I told you. The only thing that's gonna make me hurl is you and that girlfriend of yours." Geddit?

And wasn't there some kind of rule on how long people were allowed to be touching before they separated??? THERE SHOULD BE.

He wondered how long she had sat on that stool before the sorting hat screamed SLYTHERIN. Probably half a second. He sighed though, and actually fell for the innocent look she was sending him. "I won't make your hair blue, i promise" he held both his hands up to show he hadn't crossed his fingers.

Taking out his phoenix feather core wand, the Slytherin rotated it between his fingers and looked at the twelve year old. "Do you only want pink highlights in your hair or do you want your hair to be completely pink? Cause i can do that too" Yeah, he was awesome , he knew~

Also, they should begin cooking now right?

Was he believing her innocent look? Or did she needed to lie better the next time? Professor Botros hadn’t believed her when she had tried to fool him, so she was a little hesitant. But… Daichi didn’t seemed to bright so she could hope that it worked! And again, when she looked at Daichi she started to smile because he was REALLY cute with his pink apron! She was prettier, of course, but he was also cute! She grinned and giggled while she wondered how HE would look like with his hair pink! She stared at the older boy but hesitated, pink was not a color for a boy and… If Daichi would paint his hair pink, than she was no longer special because she wasn’t the only one with pink in her hair, if he really wanted to do it and didn’t fooled her!

So no, she was the only one who was pretty enough to wear pink!

She looked at Daichi while he told her that he wasn’t fooling her and watched him careful to check if he really hasn’t crossed his fingers or anything else. But when she saw that he was honest she clapped in her hands and yelled with a excited look in her yes, “pink, I want pink highlights!” but she stopped and realized that he also had asked if she wanted to have her WHOLE hair pink! Yes, she liked that idea and she wasn’t worried about her parents, they were fine with everything she did as long as she didn’t brought her family name to shame. But… now she thought about it, if she only would take highlights she knew that they would be more noticeable between her darker hair… Hmm, difficult question… “I still only want highlights, thank you!” she grinned again and was so curious about her new hair color!!

“Oh, Daichi, when you are done with my hair, will you bake the meat while I’m preparing the vegetables?” She looked at the piece of parchment she had with her and read what she needed to do to prepare the muggle recipe she had found in the library.

Not that Juliet is the biggest fan to be in the kitchen to bake or cook something but the cute first year did ask her nicely. So, why not? She loves to help out with her punishment-- although she knows that she will insert some scolding in the middle of their bonding today. Why oh why did she get herself in trouble in the first place anyway?

After changing, Juliet walked up to the kitchens to meet Sonea. Immediately spotting the first year, Juliet walked towards her. "I hope I'm not too late" waving a 'hello'. "I'm starving for something sweet!" she added smiling to her. Yup, she's so ready for this!

The second year old stood still in the middle of the kitchen, with her face covered with her pink cloth when the door opened behind her. Oh no, I hope that she wouldn’t be too disappointed with me because I have lost some house points AND because I’m double punished by professor Botros, I not only need to do all this work but he has ALSO covered my face with this UGLY, stupid mud! I’m too pretty to be like this! This is NOT FUNNY and she hated professor Botros for this, this was all his fault, he and that stupid boy from Hufflepuff have done this to her! She narrowed her eyes when she thought about that stupid boy and wished that she knew how she could take revenge on him, but this time she didn’t wanted to get caught! She only needed to over think this and to make a good, working plan! But not now, not now that she needed to work, euhg… she HATED working! She had refused to do something good for somebody else than the students from her own house, she only wanted to help those people who were worth it and only the Slytherin students were good enough. But… if she was honest she didn’t really knew the girl she had asked to meet her here, she had only met her a few times before but they weren’t really close or something like that. But she needed somebody so he had just asked her.

And now she turned around to the older girl and saw that she wasn’t wearing her school uniform like Sonea did. She didn’t wanted to get dirty while she tried to bake the cake and she didn’t cared much about her school uniform, but her own clothes were expensive so she wanted to keep them clean. But, she also tried to not get too dirty with her school uniform either, she wore a pink apron with hearts all over her apron so that she would not get too dirty.

“Oh, thanks for coming!” she spoke to the girl but still tried to hide her face behind her pink cloth, “which cake do you like? Strawberry, vanilla of something else?” she tried to avoid it to speak about why she had been punished like this, she REALLY hoped that the older girl didn’t would ask her about it, so she tried to speak about something else.

Alexa Cambridge was an idiot. There it's out there. The Slytherin just kept an arm around the head boy and eyes the two of them as they spoke, real mature, Really Alexa, not. The little lion has her face planted into the gown of ice cream and Ariana was surprised the girl didnt suffocate of something.

She was just going to leave and let them go back to what they were doing infill she said something that made her just give the lion a look followed by a smirk. "how could we make you hurl, Were just adorable" she said going up on her tip toes and giving the boy a kiss again. See no hurling anywhere. Immature!Ariana was Immature. .... he was aware of this. .... anything to make Alexa Cambridge uncomfortable though was just fine in her book

They were talking about casting not very nice spells on boys? She still didn't get why really, but maybe they just knew more than she did. It was totally possible, considering she knew something awfully close to next to nothing.

Feeling her cheeks flush slightly at Laura's suggestion, Eliza shook her head twice, quickly. "Oh, no...no, I-I don't think I need one." But then she paused to think. Or maybe I do? I don't know! She shuffled on her perch on the countertop momentarily and peeped out, "I mean, I guess if you want to it couldn't hurt? Maybe?" She liked lists and ideas, so maybe this would be sort of fun to read? Or mortifying.

Eliza's eyed the wonderful pancakes that Laura had made for them. "Thanks Laura, these look great!" she congratulated as she scooped up two onto a plate to eat with some more ice cream. She plopped a big scoop of cinnamon vanilla onto the pancakes and watched it melt and slide on the hot food. She took a few bites and let out an exaggerated, " M'mmm m'mmmmm m'mmmmmmmmmmmm!!" It was breathtaking really, the beauty of it all.






With this nice food in her belly and being around friends, she stayed pretty chipper about this whole conversation, even though it was sort sad. "Gosh well I'm awfully sorry she got sick in the first place, but that's super duper good that she's doing better now!" She tried to let her positivity shine right onto Nerida and into her bones, cause positivity could do that right? She was pretty sure. "Oh, you're welcome! You can talk to me anytime, really! About yunno, whatever you want!" She grinned at her and had another bite.

Eliza listened intently to Nerida's boy talk, cause she needed to learn things. She nodded slowly, starting to understand, sort of. "That would be nice if he could come here," she started. "But...why wouldn't he know you exist? Have you talked to him? Because I think...I mean, I might be wrong...but I think if you like him you should tell him, right? Cause I don't think boys pick up on much without our help." That was the impression she got anyway. About some people.

Eliza burst into a fit of giggles when she pictured a triple date and the three of them trying to escape from it. "Well I hope we wouldn't need to escape but," laughing as she spoke, "but it would be funny!" She laughed again and took another bite. Speaking with her mouth slightly fully of ice cream she mumbled out, "Oh wyeah, pwuffesserrrr Knoxth would lovf thdat!" She swallowed her bite so she could laugh more thoroughly. "And while we're at it, maybe Truebrige and Lafay should have some too - cause it always makes me smile and they should smile more too."

Getting back to the boy topic, Eliza raised her eyebrows at Laura and said, "So Laura, did you make a list for yourself too?" It was a fair question.

Pink highlights only? Daichi nodded. He could do that, it was a little more difficult to do than coloring the hair completely but if he focused like Professor Magnus always said he could do it.

He stopped rotating his wand in between his fingers and stepped closer to the second year. He closed his eyes to , you know, visualize the picture of Sonea having pink highlights in her black hair. He frowned a little until he had the image in his head and opened his eyes again.

"Ristaris" he said and tapped the girl on the top of her head while keeping the look he wanted in his mind. After he had tapped her on the head, the area began to glow a pinkish color. Good, atleast it was pink! He concentrated more and found out that it was still pretty difficult to do this to another person. Actually, Sonea was the first person he had performed this spell on.

As he watched, the strands of hair to be highlighted looked like pink drops of ink were gliding over her hair, it actually looked pretty cool if it wasn't for the aweful color and he wondered if Sonea could see it as well.

"Done" he said with a grin that looked rather proudly He placed his wand back in its holster.

Bake the meat.........eeeeeeeeeeeh?

YA! He had never baked anything in his life , how was he supposed to do that?! He turned to look at the meat in the bowl that looked really yummy and placed his hands in his sides, fingers touching the fabric of the pink apron he was wearing. A clueless expression was on his face but since his back was against Sonea she probably couldn't see it.

And then it hit him, he had to use fire to bake the meat right?

Feeling extremely uncomfortable, the Slytherin turned around. "No" His answer was right to the point. No, he did NOT want to bake anything. He was okay with using fire during potion classes because it were low fires ...baking fire was probably huge and ..no..just NO. "I'm way better at cutting the vegetables!"

Okay, Daichi was pointing his wand at her hair, that was good, he needed to use his wand to give her her highlights, but why, o why did he close his eyes? She looked a little panicking at the older boy, WHAT WAS HE DOING? She just wanted to open her mouth and to call Daichi, she wanted to know why he had closed his eyes while he tried to use his wand, AT HER! She was afraid that he would do it wrongly and she wanted to ask him what he was doing, but just at that moment he opened his eyes and spoke the spell he wanted to use.

“Aah! That hurt, why did you do that?” She looked annoyed at the older boy, did he really needed to TAP with his wand on her forehead? PFFFF! She rolled her eyes and she brushed her hair over her shoulder. She was a little suspicious about her hair and if Daichi really had done it good because she had needed to wait REALLY long before he had been done with his spell.

And WHEN Daichi had told her that he was done, the first thing she did was grabbing her pink hand mirror, shaped in a cute heart and she checked if her hair really was pink, and not blue, purple of even yellow, she HATED yellow, it was a awful color and she DIDN’T wanted to have her hair yellow! But… she didn’t needed worry, Daichi had done it good and she really liked it! “Thanks! I love it!” She smiled and felt a LITTLE sorry about Daichi that he was going to eat a duck after he had helped her, but… she didn’t needed to worry about it, she was helping him, right? He just needed to taste a duck and then he will love it too!

When Sonea was done with admiring how her hair did look like now she watched Daichi and… why did he look so uncomfortable? Was there something wrong? Had she done something wrong? Oh no, did he knew what she wanted to do, he was looking at the meat, next to the fire pit. Eh… did she needed to say something? Tell him that it was not a duck they are going to bake but a chicken, would he believe it if she would tell it him?

No… what? Why did he say no? what was he talking about? She was relieved that he didn’t talked about the duck she wanted to let him eat but why did he say no? to what? Did he wanted to cut the vegetables? Why? Okay…….. She grinned suddenly and looked with her most and well practiced fake (innocent) look up at Daichi and spoke. “Okay, you can do that, but you need to do something for me in return! I want you to taste the, eh… chicken first when I’m busy with baking it!”

It hurt?

Daichi stared at the twelve year old as if she was crazy. It only had been a tap on the head, nothing more. For such a big mouth that Sonea had she sure was whimpy. He shook his head with a sigh as he looked at her looking in her pink hand mirror. Pink...again...ugh...

"I've gotten a bludger in my face, breaking my nose and jaw. I've accidentally flown in to the stands during a quidditch match in my first year and nearly died three times in my life" he said. "Don't tell me that tap hurt" there.

Now...where was he? Oh right, the food. Daichi looked at Sonea's hair once and had to admit that the pink highlights looked good in her black hair. "Giiiiirl you look faaaabulous~" he snapped with his fingers while holding one hand on his hip and then laughed.

Ah..he'd always wanted to do that, he didn't know why though....

"Of course, of course!" he agreed with her deal to taste the "chicken" first after she was done baking it. What kind of deal was that even? That wasn't a deal! it was a win for him....hehehe win for him...that rhymed~!

He walked away from the table to the vegetables and decided to cut the carrot first. Pointing his wand at the root vegetable and said "Diffindo!" The carrot cut in half instantly and the Snake turned it around so that he could cut it in to further pieces. As he was cutting, using the "Diffindo" spell, a thought came over him and he decided to practise the spell non-verbally.

He grabbed another vegetable since the carrot was done and pointed his wand at it. 'Diffindo!' he said in his mind and slashed his wand at the vegetable...nothing happened. 'Oh come on! I did it before...i can do it now!'

Diffindo! ..nothing....Diffindo! ...nothing Diffindo!..."ARGH! STUPID SPELL!"

'DIFFINDO!' White light came out of the wand as it cut the vegetable in half. Daichi smirked at his yet another attempt of a non-verbal spell and decided to try again. 'Diffindo' another cut... 'Diffindo' and another. THIS WAS EASY, YO!

When he was done, he proudly showed Sonea the cut vegetables. "Did you already wash them or not?"

Laura smiled at Nerida. "That would be awesome except for one thing." Laura stopped short and blushed, actually they didn't need to know the story so she wouldn't tell them, it was important that they didn't find out, because she didn't want anyone knowing what was going on. "Nothing was said there." Laura giggled and turned to Eliza


"I think it would be a great idea." Laura giggled, "You know lists are important no matter where you come from, they can do wonderful things." Laura giggled, she couldn't wait to write a list for Eliza. "We'll have to find 3rd year boys for the list." Laura was sure her friend was in her third year, she couldn't remember much though.

Laura ate one of her own pancakes and then she looked at Eliza. "List, I don't need a list, when I was a firstie I did one, but now I don't need a list." Laura wasn't saying anything else on the subject though.

Boring, boring… BORING……! that was all where she could think of when she listened to the older boy. Of course he had been injured before, he was a boy, and boys were… they were just boys! She turned around while she was busy with baking the duck, chicken meat and rolled with her eyes. “Yes, I know that that you have been hurt before, but I AM A GIRL and girls are more delicate than boys and I am more prettier than you are, so you need to be careful with girls, they are really important and you need to tread them with care!” She pointed with her finger at Daichi and narrowed her eyes a little. “And don’t exaggerate everything, you ARE a boy, or at last, I hope for you that you are a boy…” she eyed Daichi for a short moment, he sometimes acted more girlish than a normal other boy would have done… “And… Boys are stronger than girls, so don’t do that again, okay!” She pointed now with her spatula at the older boy and narrowed her eyes again, to show him that she was serious.

But… she wasn’t really angry at him, no, she only wanted to have a excuse to talk bossy toward him, and yes, she liked it to act that way, she really felt important now, especially because he, a prefect would accept it that she acted this way! She turned back around and started to work with the meat she was baking, she wanted that Daichi would taste it as soon as possible! Yes, that would be really fun! She was really sure that Daichi would like it to eat the duck and she KNEW for sure that he would be thankful that she had helped him, yes, she was helping Daichi to overcome his fear to eat a duck. Ducks were food, so it was time for him to try it!

She turned around when Daichi started to talk again and… her mouth dropped open! She had thought earlier that he had been a little girlish but what did he now? She grinned and started to laugh a few minutes later. Daichi was sometimes so funny! Did he do this to make her laugh? Or was he really this funny? “Hahaha!!” She laughed harder and removed the meat from the fire pit, she didn’t wanted to burn the meat black now that it was already cooked and ready to eat. “Thanks, and you are right, I AM fabulous!” she felt really proud now after this compliment, but he had been right, she WAS really pretty and with her new pink highlights she was now even more prettier than normal!! And while she watched how Daichi started to cut all the vegetables, using a spell she had never tried before she couldn’t help herself and she grabbed per pink and mirror out of her pocket and looked at her pink highlights, again… And she needed to confess that Daichi really had done a good job!

“I really like them Daichi, thanks!” she had told him before that she liked it, but she loved it so much that she wanted to say it again, it was always good to tell somebody that he or she had done something good, right? “Yes, they are already washed” told Sonea while she had put her hand mirror away and looked with a BIG grin at the older boy. “The eh, chicken duck is ready, so you can eat it now if you want! But you need to tell it me if I have done it good and if you like it, okay?” She gave Daichi a fork to eat with and did a step aside so that Daichi could pick a piece of meat he liked to taste.

Although Sonea was right about men having to treat women with care, he did not agree with what she had said about them being more delicate and fragile. That was basically a stereo-type that people labelled women as but Daichi had seen a lot of girls who were far braver, smarter and tougher than him so no , girls weren’t delicate and or fragile all the time. As of her comment of being pretty, the Slytherin simply chuckled and wanted to pet her hair for being an adorable little second year with a pretty big ego. But he refrained from doing so and placed the cut vegetables on a plastic plate.

“I’m not really exaggerating” he answered after placing his phoenix feather wand back in its wrist holster. “I was just telling the truth, if I HAD been exaggerating I would have added a few things” for example… “Like, that the Healer couldn’t cure my broken jaw or that an elephant suddenly walked on the pitch and did the hula dance in a pink tutu” Why…why was he even thinking of that? Shrugging his shoulders, Daichi looked at Sonea as she checked her reflection in her little hand mirror again. A bright, genuine smile appeared on the Prefect’s face when she told him that she loved the pink high lights and he wondered how Professor Magnus would have reacted if she had still been here at school. He would have definitely told her about this because he had been horrible during the lesson when they had learned that spell.

Wait….she was laughing…why was she laughing?!

Daichi raised an eyebrow as he wondered why the young Slytherin suddenly bursted out laughing. Had he done something funny? Was there something on his face? ….WAS HIS HAIR NOT LOOKING GOOD?! The seventh year touched the spikes of his hair , nope it was still alright, phew! Not knowing what he had done to make her laugh out lou---ooooh! The hand gesture! Daichi began to laugh as well when he realized , a high pitched dolphin like sound filled the kitchen. It was strange but it had been a long time since the Slytherin laughed a REAL laugh.

“No problem” Daichi said as he smiled at Sonea after she told him that she liked her new colored hair. He had to admit that it did look good, even if the color was just AW-FUL. If she had asked for orange it would have been PER-FECT….’cause orange was such a beautiful and meaningful color. I mean, DUCKS~!

FINALLY THE FOOD WAS READY! Daichi’s stomach had been growling annoyingly ever since he had heard that he could be the first one to taste the chicken that Sonea had baked. He took the fork from the girl’s hand and looked at the meat on the plate. He was nearly drooling at the sight and even as he looked at it he thought it would taste AMAZING.

Pricking his fork in a piece of meat, he lifted the “chicken” to his mouth and smelled it. Hmmm…it smelled differently than what he was used to. He looked sideways at Sonea, the “chicken” still hovering near his mouth. Did she….add a secret ingredient? Like a spice? Yes, he was determined to find out what it was by tasting the “chicken”.

If he had been a cartoon figure, the world would have been in slow motion right now as he put the piece of meat in his mouth and chewed on it. But in reality he had bitten on it fastly after his stomach made another irritating noise. He chewed on it as he thought about how this was the weirdest chicken he had ever tasted. Still…it was…GOOD!

“This is really good, Sonea!” he said with his mouthful and pricked his fork in another piece of meat before eating it. “You should try it too!”

THIS WAS DELICIOUS!

“Yes, you were exaggerating!” Said Sonea while she folded her arms. “Boys are stronger than girls so you need to be careful with us! We are cute, pretty and delicate so don’t be rude!” Yes, she was not like a boy who did all those dangerous dings, she hated it to be reckless and to be hurt! But now that Daichi told her about the elephant who was wearing a pink tutu she started to laugh. I want to see that! But I think that the elephant is a little too big to just walk inside and that the door is too small for it, but I like to see that!” The second year old stopped with laughing and looked now serious again. “But…… You are trying to change the subject by making a joke, sooooooo…. I KNOW that you are exaggerating and if you want to know HOW I know this…” The second year old placed her hands on her hips while she looked proudly at the older boy. “I am a girl and I know myself, and you are a boy and REALLY different, (sometimes) than a normal girl, so I know better where I’m talking about than you are!” So, she had told him the truth and she was SURE that she had been right and that Daichi was wrong, so he needed to say that she was right!

But when Sonea tried to look serious she thought back and saw again how a elephant with a pink tutu was dancing before her and she started to laugh again! Hahahaha! The second year old bend forward and needed to hold her side, so hard she laughed! “Daichi, is it possible to let a elephant do something like that? Or maybe a duck at the lake, a cute white duck with a pink tutu!” Yes, she definitely wanted to see something like that! But a elephant, she had never seen one before, only pictures in a book, so she liked the thought to see one dancing! Yeah, she really liked that! But… She tried to calm down a little and to stop with laughing, she had things to do and she needed to help Daichi so that he would like to eat ducks from now on. It was just strange that the older boy didn’t wanted to eat something what everyone was eating, dusk were just food and it was strange that he didn’t wanted them. So… it was now time for her to show Daichi that there was nothing wrong with eating them! She was sure that Daichi would be happy if he knew that ducks were delicious, but she also knew that he would be shocked at first, so she was not sure if he wanted to tell it him right away, maybe later… when she was safe and in the presence of other people… Yeah, that was better and smarter! She gave herself a mental pat because well,, she was really smart and she knew that!

She looked around her and grabbed a glass water, she was thirsty from all the laughing but when she saw that Daichi felt with his hands if his hair was still good she grinned, what was he girly!!! She smiled but didn’t laughed out loud this time. But, what did she hear? How sounded his laugh? His laugh was like a dolphin, she once had heard a sound of it on the radio and she remembered it now that she heard how Daichi laughed! “Hahaha! You are so hilarious!” Laughed Sonea that she almost choked while she had still some water in her mouth. How was it possible that the older boy was making such a sound? Was he part animal? Had he played too much with his ducks and did he now look like a animal himself? Was that possible? “You are really funny” was all what she said to the older boy when she had successfully wallowed her water without choking in it.

“Do you want to drink something, I can get you a glass water if you want” offered Sonea while she was recovered from all the laughing, she had really a lot fun today here in the kitchen with Daichi, she never had expected that she would have so much fun with him, she normally only used Daichi for her own good and if she want him to do something for her, but now she had really fun and she wasn’t even mean to him! And no, she didn’t thought that it was mean to let him eat a duck, she was helping him and doing something good for him!

Her eyes started to sparkle when she saw that Daichi was eating the duck and… HE LIKED IT!!!!!!! Oh, yes, her plan had worked, he liked it and she had done this! She wanted to hug Daichi because he liked the duck, not that she was surprised about it, everyone liked it to eat ducks, but she was now SO happy! BUT, she didn’t hugged him, she only grinned like a little child who had found her Christmas present earlier than what was planned. “Okay!” said Sonea and ate also a duck chicken. “I like it, it’s tasing really good!” She smiled and grinned, now she only needed to tell him what he had eaten today.

Quickly she gave Daichi a small envelope, still closed with pink a seal and did a step backwarts. “This is a present for you because I like you so much, but promise me to open it when I’m away and you need to count to fifty before you’re opening it, because it’s a present and you need to open it when I’m away!” She smiled again at Daichi en did another step away from him.

Oh?! a duck wearing a pink tutu? Daichi grinned as he imagined the image in his mind. "I think its possible" he nodded as he decided to ignore Sonea's talk about girls and boys and whatnot. He knew he could never win against a twelve year olds mind that was over imaginative. He sighed when she mentioned the white duck. He missed Floppy so much!

As he chewed on the 'chicken' meat in his mouth, the Slytherin raised an eyebrow when the girl began to laugh out loud again. REALLY?! WHAT WAS SO FUNNY?! Oh...he was funny? "eh..thanks?" odd compliment at a time like this because he hadn't said anything funny had he? Truly not getting she was basically making fun of his laughter, Daichi shrugged his shoulders and took another bite.

With his mouth full, he waved his hand to refuse the offer of some water to drink and then watched Sonea as she too finally tried the 'chicken' meat and wondered what she would think of it. And when she said it was delicious he smiled and continued eating as well. It really WAS delicious~ Sonea would become a good cook if she decided to go through with it later. Daichi would surely go to her restaurant if she ever opened one.

As finished eating, the Slytherin waved his wand and cleaned up the working area until everything was in their rightful place again. He was about to tell Sonea he had to go now because he still had to study for his exams but a letter was being pushed in his hands.

With a confused look, Daichi nodded and waited till she was away like she told him. THIS WASN'T A CONFESSION LETTER RIGHT?!

And count till fifty? whyyyyy?

Not doing what she was saying, the Slytherin opened up the letter immediately. His eyes were looking curiously as he read the beginning...they widened when he was in the middle and then he narrowed them dangerously when he was at the end.

He...had just....eaten....a...duck.....

In a flash, the Prefect ran towards one of the sinks on the other side of the room and began to vomit. His stomach cramped in disgust as he thought about how much he had liked the meat and threw up again.

He stood up right and turned around, his eyes flashed a mixture of anger, confusion, dissapointment and disgust as he began to search for the girl.

"SONEAAAAAAAAA! GET BACK HERE RIGHT NOW!"

Blue was rather happy and proud of herself. She wasn't able to produce a corporeal yet - Merlin, she was only fourteen. But, technically she was able to cast a patronus. It only lasted for a couple of seconds but it still counted in her book. Blue reached out and tickled the pear, looking for her dinner of sorts. She never ever went to the Great Hall any more. It could be riddled with man-eating zombies and she wouldn't know. You couldn't pay her. Well, you could. And then maybe she might be able to afford getting into the stupid room for a meal.

Even after a year of seeing a house-elf-less kitchen, it still looked WEIRD. Blue paused, trying to decide what she actually want to eat and then just went over to one of the dusty tables in a corner. This was her corner. She always ate here. Nowhere else. She brushed away a couple of crumbs and the like from the surface before pulling out her book on patronuses. A whoooole book dedicated to them. A Ravenclaws dreeeeeeeeam.

After that trip to the Owlery, Elise was pretty sure that she needed something in her belly to calm herself down. The nerves were crazy business and the feeling that she just had to go back to one of her favourite spots in the whole castle was really quite overwhelming. So to the kitchen it was. Her left hand had a pretty solid grip on her wand, even as she tickled the pear and entered the kitchen. With the number of dementors around, who knew when she might have to run into one.

Entering the kitchen always made Elise miss the house elves a little more than she usually did. Which was a lot, by the way. Making her way over to the FOOD, she took a container of fruit yoghurt and tried to figure out where she could eat her comfort food in peace. Spotting one of her favourite Ravenclaws, she walked over to the table and kind of just stood there for a while, watching the younger girl read. "Mind if I joined you?"
