Harvey decided to take a walk after hanging out at the willow and being confused there, so as he walked and walked until he came to the pathways. After some time of walking along the pathways he noticed someone he thought he knew, was that.. Taylor? yes it was but she looked so different! He walked upto her "Taylor? is that you? whats wrong?" he asked her as he got to her, she looked so sad.. then he remembered that she and Damon had broken up "Aww Taylor" he said sitting next to her

"Hey there Van" Witsy tucked her her camera away. She was no longer in the mood for picture taking. William used to accompany her and now well--yeah. Witsy waved her hand playfully, "everything's fine" she gave her sis a hug, "awwww really, that's so sweet "

Tay glanced up hearing her name, "Hey Harvs..." She sighed and wiped at her tears. Taylor didnt even bother hugging him or kissing his cheek. She didnt even get embarrassed at being spotted like this. "Damon says it is my fault that he is dating someone else." Tay pouted, "Does that even make any sense?" Taylor sighed and glanced away, "It makes no sense to me..."

He watched as she wiped her tears, and noticed that her usual hug was missing from their greeting.. a simple hi was all that was there. She then started talking about Damon as Harvey listened to what she had to say knowing that she was very upset. "What exactly happened? tell me from the beginning" he said so that he could understand what had gone on from both sides of the story, it was better to make judgment once he knew what they both had to say

Tay sighed and nodded, "Okay." She took a breath and looked at him, "Okay so at the beginning of the term, I was under a potion and not acting like myself... Damon and I split up and whenever I saw him, the worse came out of me despite my best to try to stop it... well I finally realized what was happening, and with Maxwell's help, I got out from under the influence of the potion but then Damon says that he loves me but has a crush on Ariana and I dont see how that is possible..." She trailed off and took another breath, "So I told him to give me a couple weeks to straighten out my head from the potion and to try to get used to the fact that he loves me but is crushing on someone else then before I know it, Ariana and him are dating..." She sighed and let out a whimper, "Ariana and I had become friends before that and I kinda of told her that Damon had a crush on her..." Tay grimaced, "But anyways, Damon and I ran into each other and he told me that they were dating and how it is my fault that they were since I told Ariana about his crush... he said that when he asked me to wait two months that I could of dated someone else so i shouldnt be hurt that he decided to date someone else when i asked him to wait for two weeks... he said that it isnt his fault because I was a brat too him for a month despite him knowing that for that month I was under a potion's influence..." Taylor trailed off completely and looked away.

Harvey listened to Taylor telling him the full story from her head of what had happened, after she was done. He realised just how much had happened and he hadn't known, "Aww Taylor, I am sorry all that happened to you, I hope you don't mind me asking a few more questions, if you do just stop me right away" he said cause he understood how much it would hurt to break up with the person you love so badly. He had felt this exact same way when he and Mins broke up.. both times but he had gotten past it and he would help Taylor do the same. Now for a question of his "What made you tell Ariana that Damon had a crush on her?" he asked cause he could instantly see that this whole thing could have become a big thing from the point that Taylor had told Ariana that. It was possible that had Ariana not known about Damon crushing on her, she would not have realised that she too may or may not have felt the same. Had she not realised she would not have started dating Damon, but he wasnt about to say it outright that it was her fault cause it may not have been.

"Mm well sometimes thats what happens when you wait, you lose that person. When I started liking Mins I told her right away.. well actually she tickled it out of me!" he chuckled at this memory "And whenever I have mentioned to Mins that I may have liked someone she had told me to tell them right away. Cause even in your situation waiting can be a wrong move." he smiled "Yes I know you wanted some time to get yourself together, Taylor look I will tell you something someone once told me" he couldn't remember who it was now "If Damon is supposed to come back to you, then no matter who he is with whether its Ariana or some other he is with. Then he will end returning to you, I know this is a bad example but even after Mins broke up with me the first time I still loved her the way you love Damon, I just tried to get past that since she dated someone else, and I did too. But.. we returned to each other again and we were happy.. before she broke up with me again. People do return you just gotta give them time to realise that, that they are missing the one person they left. Do you understand what I mean?" he asked cause he had rambled on a long time and wondered if she got what he meant.

Tay sighed, "It is a long story... but it started out with Ariana and I being friends..." She looked away, "Yeah, I understand what you are trying to say Harvey I just wish that he would of said it nicer instead of making it seem like I am the lowest piece of scum that ever lived." Taylor frowned and a single tear trailed down her face, "He blamed me for everything even what I couldnt control..." Taylor frowned still, "I just wish I never dated him..." Yeah, she honestly felt that way right now, "Why is all my break-ups destined to be horrid?" Tay sighed, "I mean Max and I, when we broke up, he thought I was two-timing him since I said I didnt love him anymore because I love Damon... and now Damon thinks I should be blamed for everything and that I am despicable." She looked at Harvey, "Am I really that horrible of a person, Harvs?" Taylor had tears in her eyes as she looked at her friend who was like her brother.

Harvey nodded, yeah she probably didn't want to tell him another long story. He listened as Taylor continued, as she talked he couldn't help but think that maybe Damon could have been just a little nicer to Taylor. Not that he was taking sides or anything he just wanted to help them out, he watched as a tear trailed her face. He hesitantly wiped it away cause thats what brothers did. "Ok.. he may have been wrong in blaming you for things that were out of your control, if he knew that you were not in control of yourself. " he smiled a little before he was shocked at what she said "Never wish that Taylor, never wish that about the person that made you as happy as I saw you. Just think of how happy he had made you when you were dating, it will make you feel a liitttllee better." thats what he had done "Dont think of anything negative that had happened only the positive" cause that could bring a smile to people's faces including Taylor. He saw her look at him, he shook his head "No Taylor you are not horrible, they were probably just saying that in anger and fustration. People say alot of things they don't mean in anger. So no you are not horrible, you are a good person!" he smiled as he looked at her, he was just sad to see her go through what he had happened to him a few times over the four years that he had been here.

Taylor knew that he wasnt taking sides and she was okay with that. She sighed, "Harvey, I can only see the negative right now..." Tay frowned, "I wish that I never met him..." Taylor glanced away, "I'm glad that at least you think I aint horrible." Tay sighed silently, "Maxwell and I are close and go to each other with our problems since we are stepsiblings... and I guess he understands as well as I do about everything between Max and I..." Taylor looked up at Harvey, "Sorry... I must be annoying you with my sadness..." Tay did a spell, turning her clothes into a cute dress instead of sweats. Her hair and make-up, as well as her nails were done... but then a few seconds later, after she tried to pretend to be in good spirits, the spell wavered and stopped. Taylor sighed, "I guess I cant even pretend to be happy."

Harvey was sad to hear everything she was saying cause not long ago this was the very girl that would blush at the slightest mention of Damon and now this. "I know you can only see the negative cause its still early, you have only just broken up. You will feel like the world is crashing down around you, you will feel like there is no good in the world anymore, you may hate the person you once loved so much, you may even cry for hours and hours and feel like happiness has left you completely and that you will never be happy again. But Taylor all this will go away even if it doesnt seem that way now, and thinking negatively about Damon could effect the both of you later on even when you are happy." he took a break to let her process this before he carried on."If I had thought negative of everyone that I dated that left me, then I would not be the happy Harvs you see here. One thing you dont know is that Mins offered to stay out of my life so that I could be happy again, but I told her to stay cause I knew that my happiness was with her even as friends.. I was also happy with my other friends.. slowly I started becoming the Harvs you know" he hoped that the Taylor he knew would return "Soon all this will be over, it will" he smiled trying to reassure her, he then shook his head "No you are not annoying me, I have been where you are right now so I understand how you feel Taylor, I really do" he watched as everything about her changed except how she was feeling "You don't need to pretend to be happy, you just need to cry and get all those hurt feelings out of you sometimes. I have heard that crying helps the healing process." so sometimes she just needed to give herself time to cry and let it all out to feel better.

Taylor kissed Harvey's cheek, "Thank you for everything, Harvs... you truely are super, ya know?" She hugged him back but instead of letting go, she kept her arms around him and leaned into him in a sisterly way, "You are right and you are amazing." Tay smiled and looked up at him, "Sorry for my whininess..." Taylor sighed and glanced away then back at Harvey, "Can I ask you something?" Tay was wondering it since the start-of-term feast.

Harvey smiled as she seemed to cheer up a bit, as she kissed his cheek and thanked him "Its ok Taylor no need to thank me, I am just trying to help you our the way you might have helped me if I were in the same situation. " he smiled as she hugged him but didn't let go, there was the sisterly hug that was missing but she hadn't let go yet. Well if it was comforting to her then he didn't mind at all. "I am not amazing, I am just... me. I have just been through all these things and dealt with them on my own with help from friends too, so I know how you feel" he most certainly did "Dont apologise, it's understandable you are going through a lot right now." he said as she asked him a question, he nodded "Sure Taylor you can ask me anything " he smiled wondering what it was that she wanted to ask him, since she had never asked him that before.

Tay let him go from the hug and smiled, "But you are amazing, Harvey, that is why you are called Super Harvs." She giggled and looked at him, "Thank you for everything. You helped me a lot." Now, to the question, "I know that technically it isnt any of my business but since she is my sister and you are like a brother to me, I am a bit curious but are you and Ameliah broken up? Like, I mean were you broken up before school started?" Tay looked at him, "Oh and you dont have to answer if you really dont want to..."

Harvey felt her let go and wondered why she did, it was then answered as she told him again how he was amazing and that he had helped her a lot "Amazing or not I am glad I could help, I guess it helps that I have been through this before" cause that way he was able to understand why she felt like this, how sad she was and everything. He then listened as she got to the question part, and the moment she said sister he knew it had something to do with Ameliah, and he was right. He nodded as he began his explanation "No it's ok you have a right to know, her being your sister and stuff. " he said smiling as he understood why she would be curious "Yes we are broken up, well ... that's where its a bit weird. I got an owl not long before the feast from her best friend telling me that Ameliah wanted to break up with me, and that she as in the best friend hadnt had a chance to tell me in person and so was sending an owl." there that was his story "So there you go, we are not together anymore. Harvey Watson is single" and ready to mingle, he wondered what Tayloe word think of this.

Taylor smiled, "Yeah, I guess so..." She listen to what he had to say about her sister and the break-up, "Okay, I thought you two had broken up but the way you did is disgraceful, a letter from a best friend, not even herself or even in person? You deserve better and I am sure that you will find a girl soon enough with your charms and looks." Taylor smiled at him and chuckled.

He nodded before she went onto talk about his breakup, he shook his head "Nope not herself or in person. Owl from her best friend" he smiled as she went onto say that he deserved better. He was surprised that she said this given the fact that it was her sister they were talking about, he chucked as she mentioned ther he would find another girl soon. He couldn't help but go a tiny bit pink when she talked about his good looks and charm. "Thanks Taylor, No charms, not amazing. Just being me that's all." he said to her wondering why people were complimenting him like that, cause he wasn't anything they said. He wasn't charming or amazing, that sounded more like Maxwell. That was the thing he needed to think about, was the thing that Minnie was trying to tell him true? Did he like someone? And that too so soon after his recent breakup, or from before his breakup. That was why he had come on his walk, to think.

Tay smiled as he went a little pink, "Oh my gosh! I got you to blush!" She squealed in delight and threw her arms around his neck in excitement. "Any girl would be lucky to have you as their boyfriend, Harvs." Taylor grinned, "Soooo is there a lucky gal that you have your eye on? Am I being too nosy?" Tay giggled in happiness, completely forgetting Damon as thoughts about trying to figure out who Harvey likes if he likes anyone.

Harvey shook his head as he tried to get his normal color back "No you didn't, you see anything! " he insisted cause he still believed boys.did.not.blush that was a girls thing, blushing. He couldn't help but smile as she threw her arms around him as she said any girl would be lucky to have him, though he himself was not sure this was true. He should have guessed that question was coming, he chuckled as she asked it. He wondered how to answer the question "Weeelllll I would say no I don't, but other people" like Mins and Justin "Will say that I do, so I... I was thinking .... about that as I was ... taking a ... a walk " cause he needed to figure it out, and if they were right what the next step would be.

Tay giggled, "You blush, just admit it, Harvs." She smiled at him, "Sooooo there is a girl but you dont know what to do or how you feel?" Taylor raised an eyebrow, "May I ask for a name or at least the house and year?" Tay sooo wanted to know who Super Harvs is crushing on. Could it be Mins? Ronnie?

Harvey shook his head "Boys don't blush, you must have been seeing things he said chuckling knowing that she hadn't cause he had felt his face warm up the moment she complimented him. Next she was connecting the dots and from what he had said she now knew tha there was in fact a girl in his mind, he couldn't help but nod since he had just told her that he was thinking about something. "Yes there is and yes it's quite confusing, so trying to find it out." he said a little hesitantly not knowing what Taylor would make of it. Next she wanted to know who the girl was?!?!?!?! He looked at her "Since nothing is certain yet I will give you the house and year, but no name for now." he looked at his hands that were in his lap before looking at Taylor again "Well people" again Mins and Justin only "think it's a third year hufflepuff" there he had told her, but then he thought of something "Taylor please promise me you won't go looking for the girl now that you know her house and year, I need to figure some things out first. Once I have it figured out, I will tell you myself but until then please keep it to yourself" he said almost begging her to keep quiet about this. That was the last thing the poor girl needed right now, people following her around or people throwing rumours around as to who the girl might be.

Taylor laughed, "Is that it?" She smiled and her eyes widen. The only third year puff she knew was, "Is it Ella Bishop?" Tay wanted to know but she would back off if he wished it. "I wont say a word to anyone about you having a crush on a third year hufflepuff. I promise, Harvey because after all you are like a brother to me." Taylor smiled again and hugged him. "But did I guess right?"

Sutton let out a sound that was something between a sigh and a laugh. That made her feel better, that Edmund didn't think it would make any difference. She had this silly idea that being a Muggle-born would somehow make her not as good at magic. "I don't know... It's been hard, I guess, but in a way I suppose I always knew I didn't belong there," she responded as she brushed her hands through the leaves on the tree nearby. "So... what do wizard teenagers do for fun?" she asked, looking to change the subject.

Without further ado, Ari just nodded at Jory's question and suggested they go for a walk on the pathways. On their way out, she was uncharacteristically silent, trying to put her thoughts in order before they passed the noisy crowds and found themselves quite alone.

How should she start? How was your day sounded so inappropriate, not to mention cliché. But she couldn't start with I like you, either. 'I've been meaning to talk to you ever since we met that day on Diagon Alley last August.' Good. Doing well so far.

'I suppose you remember how I reacted when you admitted to not having a girlfriend?' Cringeworthy moment, that was. She had almost yelled Good, before making some excuse about spending more time with him and blah blah. Still, it was the logical place to start. 'Do you know why I reacted...the way I did?' How difficult was this going to be?

He likes you, Gwen said so. Ari kept repeating in her head, to try and stay positive about the outcome of this conversation.

Her reaction made him smile. She was obviously worried about being muggle born and the view others took of that fact. "You shouldn't worry about what others think." He gazed down at her, imparting his wisdom. He gave her an understanding, but not sympathetic smile. He was sure she didn't want sympathy.

"I dunno about the others, but I enjoy a good game of chess, gobstones or a run through the grounds." He shrugged, his thoughts on his morning workout of a run and then some press ups followed by throwing tennis balls at targets. It helped him stay in good shape, and helped his quidditch skills. "What do you enjoy doing?"

Sutton crinkled up her nose at the thought of sitting around playing chess. That didn't sound like fun. And she had no idea what gobstones were, but she figured it must be a wizard game, like Quidditch was. "Hmm... well, I like to run, too!" she said with a smile. In general she was not exactly an athletic girl, but she liked to run to clear her head. "Well, Muggles do a lot of stuff for fun... I would... go to movies and dances and sporting games. Or we would go swimming, play board games..." finally she shrugged. "So, I guess that's the kind of stuff I like to do... I like being with people, doing things with them... whatever it is," she said, smiling at him as they continued their walk.
