Tay smiled, "That is good that you have so much fun together. Your welcome, it is the truth, you two are cute together." Taylor chuckled. To the Damon and her thing, she smiled, "Thanks, Mins." Tay nodded, "Yeah of course the invitation is still open." SHe smiled, "It will be fun to have you and the party will be more amazing than ever now!" She was excited for Christmas break now. "Yeah this is now my second year of Christmas without my father.... my father died in August last year...." Tay frowned and felt a tear fall down her face. |
Text Cut: Ellie Joćo was really going to throw up if this stupid talk would go on some more. Yes, maybe he made a deal out of his name, but he really liked it because only the Latin people could pronounce it and it was much more special than a simple 'Ellie'. Shrugging at last, he said impatiently "I'll take that into consideration, thank you." Now, could they move on? He actually wanted to be nice to someone for a change and see how it went. But if she was going to be wise, he'd just pass it, thank you. He chuckled, but didn't move away. On the contrary, he got even more comfortable on his spot. He wasn't moving anywhere to let the Ravenclaw captain work on tactics. No way. "Your choice," he simply stated opening his hands wide open with an amused smirk and waited to see if she moved away or simply stayed in his nice company. |
Text Cut: Hehehe Ellie could tell Joao was annoyed, she could. And she...sort of...didn't care? It was his own fault for being so impatient. She was just trying to be helpful for Merlin's sake. So it was almost sarcastically that she replied, "You're welcome." But, really, really, it was just food for thought. He didn't have to take her advice. But he didn't have to argue about it either. And....right. He wasn't leaving, it seemed. Sigh. The redhead was going to be stubborn, then. He's annoyed her enough to do so. Not that she was particularly not stubborn...just not to strangers. But Marcelo was hardly a stranger at this point. He was an obnoxious member of a rival team. Even if he wasn't actually on the Quidditch team. She wouldn't know. Smirking, she shoved Jacob's binder back into the bag and carefully slipped the tablet safely between it and the other binder. "I choose to stay under my tree and enjoy the view." Treyen had always said it was the best. He'd always been right. She should have brought her camera. For him. Then again, Marcelo would probably find some way to ruin that for her, too. |
Text Cut: Ellie Oh, now she was being sarcastic, was she? Joćo died to answer back, and words were just at the tip of his tongue, but he kept himself in the end. No. He wasn't going to argue with people any more. He was going to get along with them, to some point. So, instead, he shrugged and eyed some distant point on the tree. He didn't even move when she put away her binder. He wasn't moving for sure. If she wished, she could. ...and apparently she didn't wish, either. He suspected this was just a pschological test to make him feel uncomfortable so that he would leave in the end. That was just not going to happen. Raising his eyebrows at her as if to say 'Is that so?' at 'my tree' comment, he said "Alright," again. If she was going to stay, they should at least converse or something. She succeeded in making him feel uncomfortable, alright?! Was she happy? Did she feel accomplished? Studying her for a moment, he finally said "Which lessons are you taking for NEWTs?" So as to talk about something. Anything. |

"You really are a Ravenclaw, aren't you?" Making her THINK and such. "First of all, I'd never set foot in a tropical forest unless there was an expensive resort there." Yeaaaaaaah! "And why wouldn't I have my wand? I always have my wand." All smart witches and wizards did! |

Her first answer made him laugh. Snort, actually. He snorted quietly. She was definitely a girl. And her second part of her answer made him grin. "You're a smart girl." Much smarter than most girls in that blasted castle. Okay, now it was time for a more normal question. "Alright... What's your favorite color?" |

Finally! A question that did not involve soul searching or thinking too hard. Not that Taryn was dumb, on the contrary, as he had just pointed out, she was smart. "I bet you already know the answer to that question." She raised an eyebrow at him. Did he know? |
for anyone who wants it Okay so maybe it was a bit cold to be wandering around the grounds but one Ella Bishop was feeling a little out of sorts. The small second year hoped that some fresh air would do her some good, maybe help her sort things out a bit. All she felt at the moment was sad. And that was definitely not like her. Before she knew it, the girl found herself standing an appropriate distance from the Whomping Willow. She thought this a funny thing since it was the same spot she had sat in when she wrote her mother at the end of last term. A lot had changed since then. Sitting down with a sigh, the second year watched as the angry branches of the willow swayed back and force. |

Oichi headed out toward the grounds and heard beautiful music playing. She followed the sound to it's origin and it was not till she got there that she realized she had just walked into the territory of the whomping willow. Her heart started to race. She soon spotted Taylor playing an instrument and took a deep breath and walked right up to her and said, "That's a beautiful song. What is it? It's so calming even in this tense environment." |

Damon walked up, he'd sworn he'd heard his and Taylor's song. He looked around, well, whatever it was is gone now. He started to turn when he saw Taylor and the younger girl from the protest sitting together, Time with her, or run away because I hate talking to most? After debating a moment he walked over to her, taking a seat next to her, "Hello, mi amor." |

Ronnie skipped down to the Whopming Willow, singing a song as she went. She was very happy today, because it was getting closer and closer to SNOW! She plopped onto the ground by the Whopming Willow, watching it sway. She sighed and smiled, and slowly leaned back onto the ground, looking at the sky, wishing snow was falling from it. But soon, there would be! She smiled at the thought of having snowball fights. |

Taylor laughed and smiled, "Hmmmm you are just very danerous, arent you?" She teased her a bit more. Tay nodded, "Yeah, I did but I am only a reserve." She blushed with the compliments, "I am not that amazing or brave." |

And... he didn't even get an answer? To the simplest question on earth? Milton looked at her with pursed lips. Okay, he was usually pretty good with girls. Just not figuring out things about them. They were complicated beings. BUT. Pink was always a good guess, so... "Pink?" |
What the heck was up with this tree?! :whaa: Still kinda new to Hogwarts, Edric had never gotten used to the Whomping Willow. Aside from rainbows, that was the other thing that scared him the most. He vaguely remembered a nightmare he'd had on his first night at Hogwarts, where the Whomping Willow was the star. He shuddered at the memory. There were TWO good things about the Whomping Willow, though: with all its moving and waving around, the evil tree was creating a nice, soft breeze that the freezing-cold-weather-loving lion quite enjoyed. The tree's other good point: not many people wanted to be near it. So. Perfect place to avoid classmates. And we all know Edric's all about avoiding humanity. Making sure to keep a safe distance from the grumpy old tree, the boy laid down on the grass, in one hand a book and in the other an apple. Yeah, he was always eating apples. Hoping to keep the doctor away. |
