Harvey listened to Justin as he instructed him in how he could bring Justin down. So he did just that, he pushed harder as if Justin was hurting his hand and wanted him to get off. But that was not proving to be enough, so it was time to try bringing it up from his guts? How was he supposed to do that? Well he could try. So he tried to bring up some extra strength from his guts, tried a few times and nothing as always but like the 7 or 8 time he managed to push Justin away even if he didn't bring him down the way he wanted to be brought down, but that was good right cause that meant that his strength was increasing or Justin was going easy on him and that was not good.

" Well done, Harvs... 'Bout time though , Mate." he said as he saw his friend out of breath. " Ya look tired , Mate... you alright? " he teased.

Harvey pumped his fist into the air as Justin acknowledged his accomplishment, and teased him a little "Yeah I know I guess my strength must be increasing which is good. Tired? me? Dont know what you on about! I never get tired" he said still trying to catch his breath after that. Why he had said that he never got tired he didn't know, was he trying to be strong in front of Justin or something? He didnt know.

" Yeah, I see that you're a regular Ironman alright..." Justin laughed. Clearly Harvey was out of breath and shakey at best on his feet right now. But Justin had a plan and that was to motivate his best bud to start working out on a regular schedule... " Want to go for a run with me?"

Harvey chuckled and nodded "Yup that's me, my nickname the Iron Man, but I dont tell many people that don't want people getting the wrong impression" he joked, it felt good to joke around with Justin even if Harvey was a little tired. Wait! Whats this? He wants him to go for a run? Oh boy.. He thought about it before finally conceding, didn't want Justin to call him a wimp or something else that he would call him if he didnt do this. "Ok sure let's do this Iron Man is always ready for a run" with his trusty sidekick he added in his head for obvious reason.

" Come on , you marshmellow.... Let's see if you can keep up.... " Justin chuckled as he jeered his best friend. " I'll whip you into shape in no time..." he called over his shoulder as he began a to run at a nice slow pace at first.... There was no rush to the workout... Today was about seeing how much he could do.

Jory nodded in agreement. "Yup, then we'd be able to travel all over the world without worrying about understanding their language. Have you ever been to a country where the people speak a different language?''

The Puff nodded understandably. "I don't blame you for getting upset. I was after what had happened with my dad, even though we had no idea how his sneakers laces got all tied up back then,'' he said. "Of course, now we all have a good laugh at it,'' he added.

"hello" nicki said looking up from her book " nice to meet you Sam, I am Nicki Second year to." she said finishing. Then stood up. She released Sam had no shoes on "why aren't you wearing shoes." she said.

"Nice to meet you too Nicki. ." Sam said.
"well I was about to let them bite my toes. . .that's kinda fun . .you should've try it"
He said pointing ducks. . .

Nigel was just coming down to the duck pond to look at the ducks, read a book, and perhaps if he wanted to do some homework.

But he gets distracted easily.

He took out some cookie crums out of his bag and threw them into the pond. He hoped the ducks liked cookies.He started to walk around the pond and see what was here.

When,UH-Oh he tripped and fell flat on his face. He got up and spotted a hufflepuff staring at him. It looked like it was another first year like him. He walks over to her, waves and says "Hi, I'm Nigel" . hoping he did not get too dirty.

Kaitlyn had been stood near the duck pond, whispering things to the ducks. Yes, she was very normal! Then she looked a little further round the duck pond and saw a boy, who looked to be in his first year like her, fall over.

She rushed towards him, but he got up and brushed himself of and started walking towards her. He introduced himself as Nigel, cool name. "Hi, I'm Kaitlyn," she said with a smile, "you can call me Kat if you'd like."

She would have asked if he was alright, but he seemed to be perfectly fine.

Nigel was glad he was not that dirty and he met someone new today. He thought he saw her earlier talking to the ducks but he was not sure because he was busy throwing the cookie crumbs.

"Ok Kat, sorry you had to see me fall, it was embarrassing. I was just looking around at this cool duck pond and must have tripped on something."

He guessed he could have tipped or forgot to tie one of his shoes. He looks down and checked. nope shoes are tied.

"It's fine, are you sure you're okay?" She asked anxiously. She thought she wasn't going to ask him, but her nice nature took over.

"So, Nigel..what house are you in? And I'm guessing you're a first year?" She said, smiling at him. Woo, new friend!

"Oh, i am fine Kat, thanks for asking."

Nigel was actually pretty good after he tripped. Nothing seemed wrong and his bag did not break, which was a plus.

"Yeah you are right, I'm a first year Ravenclaw. Are you a first year too?"

Nigel did not know to many first years. He met West at the Quidditch game and knew about Blue from him and he knew some older hufflepuffs and Ravenclaws, but that was about it.

"Do you want to talk to the ducks after and maybe feed them some cookies i have in my bag?" They were at the duck pond after all.

"No problem, I'm glad you're alright," said Kat with a smile.

"Yes, I am!" she said and grinned at Nigel, then added, "I'm in Hufflepuff! How are you liking Hogwarts?" She then asked curiously, she was likely him already, he was nice.

It seemed that Kat might just have made a new friend! That made three friends in total, all in first year. Two Ravenclaws and one Slytherin. Blue, Nigel and Theodore.

"Ooh, yes. That sounds fun! Do ducks eat cookies?" Kat asked, laughing lightly at Nigel.

Nigel was wondering what house she was in, but he forgot to ask about it before. It was cool that she was in Hufflepuff. Come to think of it, Nigel knew more Hufflepuffs than any other house. But whatever, He kept his smile on and said

"Awesome, and i'm liking Hogwarts so far, the classes are fun even potions though Professor Lafay scares me a little. How do you like Hogwarts so far Kat?"

It was true but he knew he would get over this fear after the second class was over. But now he could focus on Kat and the ducks.

" And I don't know if the ducks like cookies, but it would be cool to see if they eat them or not."

Desiree laughed lightly, "Oh no, it wasn't anything really.." she was a terrible drawer, even if she had had real paper. She noticed him taking out some bread, that was smart why hadn't she thought of that? Well she hadn't really known where she was going.. "Do you mind if I take some?" she asked before taking a little piece and throwing it in. That same duck she had been drawing swam over and scooped it up, she smiled.

She looked back to Gary, he seemed confused as to exactly why he was here too. He just wanted to spend time alone.. hmm sounded like her, "That's pretty much why I came." she shrugged, "I just needed to clear my head." The whole thing with Raven.. she just couldn't even wrap her mind around it. Zhenya? He didn't know? Desiree was sure he saw her more than she did nowadays. Or when she wasn't there she just assumed she was with him, maybe she had been by herself..

Des frowned, unsure what to say, "Well I think she's ok, but she's been acting a little different lately.. you know with.." her voice cracked, she didn't want to say her name. "..Anyways I think it's gotten to her." And me, she wanted to add, but didn't. He was obviously worried about Zhenya. "She probably just needs a little space. I haven't seen her that much lately either" She was trying to be helpful, and wished she could tell Gary more, but that's all she really knew. Basically Zhenya was probably feeling the exact same way Desiree was right now.. She let out a small sigh.

"That's cool," Kat replied then admitted, "Professor Lafay scares me a bit too!" Only a bit though, Kat was tough. Yes she was. "Hmm, it's good, I've been making some new friends, good friends. I really like it here!"

Yeah, Kat was enjoying Hogwarts. She didn't know why it had taken her so long to realise it.

"Okay then, let's get a little bit closer to the ducks," Kat half-whispered to Nigel.

Nigel was glad that he was not the only person afraid of Professor Lafay. Nigel agreed and nodded with everything she said because it was true. Making friends was always fun and Hogwarts is awesome.

Now she was whispering to him, maybe we should do this quietly to not alert the ducks. "Okay, here are some crumbs." Nigel half whispering back to her pulling some crumbs out of his bag and handing them to her.

They walked quietly to the pond and started talking to the ducks. "Here are some crumbs duckies" Nigel said as he tossed his share of crumbs to the ducks in the pond.

Harvey did a mock surprised face at being called a marshmallow, he listened as Justin called over to him over his shoulder. Harvey shook his head as he saw that Justin had already started running, so Harvey ran after Justin and managed to catch up to him "I am n..no marsh..marshmallow." he said to Justin as he kept pace with him. Well he seemed to be doing well keeping up with Justin but he figured that Justin was going slow on purpose to let him catch up.

" 'Bout time you caught up.... " Justin joked as he kept the same pace as they rounded the first turn of the pond.

"Of course I was going to catch up, it wasn't that hard to catch up." he chuckled a little as they rounded the first turn, yeah look he was doing well keeping up with Justin, so maybe this workout would not be too difficult to do and he was avoiding it cause he thought it would be too hard to do.

" the key to working out is to pace yourself, Mate... I don't go balls out when I'm working out. I do everything as long as I can... That's it. No more. No less. " Justin smiled as he patted his friend on the back.

Harvey listened as he kept pace with Justin "Yeah that is true and in my case I haven't done much so just finding out how long I can go on for. " he chuckled almost losing his balance when Justin patted him on the back. "You did not see that happen! " he chuckled a little, didn't want people knowing that just a pat on the back nearly floored him.

" Don't worry , Harv... If you fall it'll be from exhaustion... Better get used to it.... But it does get easier as ya go.... I'll take it easy on ya." Justin told his best friend as they started to round the second turn.
