Ducks, fifteen in all and quite possibly already named, live in this pond. Go on, take a seat on the rocky ledge and dip your feet into the water! Rest assured, these ducks will not bite, but if you just so happen to have any type of bread or cookies on you at the time, the ducks have been known to take without asking.
Waylon keeps a good eye on the pond and the ducks, so no funny business.
A ship in harbor is safe — but that is not what ships are built for.

Then suddenly he remembered at the first time he met Zhenya in Diagon Alley. "She is my first friend in here, then one day she said to me that she liked me just as her good friend."
He didn't know if Victoria was a right person to know about this, but he couldn't keep this by himself alone. The blonde guy didn't have many friends in Hogwarts.
"Well, I don't think that she likes me." He sounded a little bit pesimistic. But from her gesture, her reaction when he did something to her, from.. where again? He could realize that she was not an ordinary friends. He didn't know much about that. Gary was not a 'girl' expert. Believed it or not, Zhenya might be his first love.
What a sensitive guy...so the girl he likes made a good choice to like him just as a friend....What is she doing? Isn't Victoria suppose to be helping him??
"Then, stop being a whimp then." Victoria thought that was a bit harsh, but it came out before she stopped herself. Well it was true, the way he acts about his tragic love story and his gloomy, sensitive actions. If he really was a guy worthy to be loved, then he must have confidence in himself...and have a strong heart within. "I mean...stop being what you are now and start being a guy a girl would fall in love with...okay??"
The best Victoria can do right now is to get Gary to open up more and be like a real man. He does look burly and confident on the outside, but inside, he's still an immatured child, unready for the harm of love.
"And besides," Victoria continued, smirking a little. "You just can't rely on what you think, you have to know the truth." Victoria threw another handful of bread crumbies to the duckies, making sure they're never going hungery. "How do you know she doesn't like you? How do you know she doesn't feel the same way about you? What you think is not what it really is. Remember that, Gary, remember that."
From they way Victoria's making this conversation, she felt as if she's like one of those mind doctors, trying to heal and mend one's troubled mind. It felt nice doing this, a pleasant and cool experience for Vic.

When he asked her if she wanted to feed the dog, she nodded absently. Then turned her gaze into the ground and slowly, she asked him. "Whose...fault was it? Were you the one who broke up with her?" She tried to say every word in the most gentle way she could muster, hoping against hoping that he'd give her some answers.
Lend an ear?
Jonathan snorted. That's just really funny. Lending an ear. He knows what it meant but just the literal point of that is just hilarious. But he just nodded, holding his laugh to himself. Yeah, Beezus wouldn't get it. She never gets his jokes or his sarcasm, really. Jonathan is just at awe with that. She should loosen up some more. Jonathan didn't know how she described fun. Weird kid.
Their could be 20,000 questions apart from that, to be asked at him and yet she goes beyond that number. Jonathan was feeling tired. It's the same obvious questions. How it happened? Why it happened? What happened? When it happened? Where it happened? BLAH! BLAH! BLAH! It was too repetitive it's like a piano piece just hone utterly wrong. So instead of giving a moment to answer her curious questions, Jonathan is not going to answer her with anything.
NO means NO.
Ash is one of the reasons why Jonathan hasn't been bored that much. He's been completely helpful since the start of the term. Thank you Jeanne for the cute little crup present. She's always gave Jonathan live gifts instead of a normal hat and a couple of Slytherin stuffs, Jeanne decides to go with a crup. Jonathan's eyes shifted over to Beezus when she asked the 'whose fault is it?' question. Jonathan rolled his eyes, avoiding that question too. His eyes then went back to Ash and smiled while fumbling his cute ears and making faces at it.
But then when she shot another question, Jonathan cocked an eyebrow and looked at her. He wasn't mad at Beezus, he's just mad for asking that question. Is it fault? Does everyone in this school just automatically think it's his fault? What is this about? House discriminating? "Thank you. That made me feel even better" he said in the most sarcastic tone with his eyes narrowing at her. If she had more questions about this then, she can go look the answers for herself because Jonathan is never... EVER... going to answer further questions.
Oakey was going for his typical stroll around the grounds when he came to the duck pond. Something seemed off, he looked at each duck wearing pretty pink dresses, and there was Laura not to far from it all. Assuming it was her idea Oakey came walking up to her. Laura, did you put those outfits on the ducks? His tone of voice sounding stern Because that duck over there is a guy duck! He looks so ashamed of himself! He jabbed his finger in the direction of a duck with a green head and a ring around his neck. Along with Laura's pink outfit she put on the poor mallard.Removing his wand from his robe he cast a transfiguration spell on the poor duck and gave him a nice white suit and tie. PERFECT! He said. A second look at the duck said otherwise. The Duck's feathers had almost been turned completely Black aside from the feathers underneath the really nice suit and tie combo.
Laura looked at Oakey. "Perfect." She gave him a quick hug, and thought about giving him a peck on the cheek but decided against it. "Well anyway, now we just need to do something to make them all happy." Laura thought hard. "How about we have a display of some sort." Laura really wanted a fireworks display but she was sure that she would get into loads of trouble for that so what other displays where there.

Before Will knew it he was lost in his own thoughts. It never was hard for the boy to have a million things going on inside his head. No matter how hard he tried to her push her from his thoughts though he couldn't help but come back to penny. Simultaneously as he was thinking 'women' one of the ducks next to him quacked. "I hear you mate" He said to him with a nod of his head as he tore off another piece of bread.
It was just then that he felt someone trip against his legs. Without even thinking he reached out his arms to catch whichever damsel in distress was falling. At least he hoped that it was a damsel because it would be awkward otherwise. It was then that he was looking into the all too familiar face that hadn't left his thoughts in days. Once again there was her southern american accent. "Zdrasti" He said to her, telling her hello in his own foreign tongue with a smile. "Long time no see, Miss Penny"
It amazed her how fast his arms had snaked out to catch her. His arms were strong and steady though and she had to admit she kinda liked it. A blush worked it's way up her face and she was pretty sure it matched the color of her hair.

Penny gave a nervous giggle and shrugged. There was no use trying to deny it. She was tan but it never helped cover up her blush. It was kinda hard to not see when her face turned the same color as her hair. Her dad had always found it funny and strived to make her blush.
The Ravenclaw accepted the pieces of bread handed to her and broke off a few crumbs and dealt them out to a few of the ducks. She listened as he explained that it wasn't home. She couldn't sympathize with that. Penny smiled as he asked about her and cracked a joke.
"Oh it's been hard without your sharp wit to keep me entertained but I've managed somehow." She nudged him playfully. "It's gone well so far. Classes have been a bit frustratin' with all of the pair and group assignments."
Penny handed out a few more crumbs while she studied William. "It'll get better ya know? Just give it time. This castle tends to grow on ya."
Justin walked down to the duck pond hoping that he might see Ariana. He was kinda nervous that she may not show. He sat on the bench and took out some bread and started ripping it up into little pieces and tossing it to the ducks that were still addling around in the water.

Ariana jumped a bit when he grabbed her face but when he kissed her she felt like she was flying and surprisingly kissed him back and slowly smiled afterwards "well i sure hope you fell better after that one mr. wellheart
