Picking up the last of the stuff out of her bag that she either needed or wished to keep ( including the nail polish that had rolled into the floor), she walked over to the nearest trash can, grabbed it and pulled it behind her to the end table. Placing the can at the end, she brushed all the left over trash into it. There done! Now all she needed to do was put all that stuff away... |

Watching as the older girl cleaning and categorizing her stuff also throwing away some, "How often do you do this operation?" She asked curiously, "Do you do it weekly, daily??" She added. It really reminded Cassia that her bag too needed to be cleaned because it's now filled with empty chocolate packets and candy bars wrapping. Maybe she and Emmanuelle could meet together and clean their bags in unison! Wow, Isn't that an awesome idea. She couldn't wait until telling the girl about it. |

Walking back into the common room, his hand still held the snitch that he'd caught. He was not giving that thing up. Heck no! It was his first ever catch! The shock still hadn't warn off and he appeared to walking in a daze, dropping down onto one of the sofas, Isaac sat staring both at the snitch in his hand and the fire not far away. Was this really real? |
Ian and Jeeessssssssss Bored. Bored. Bored. Bored. Bored. There was no other word for what Aurora was feeling right now. Psh. Studying for OWLs was just so dull. She was sat in the common room, ignoring the open Herbology book on her lap and staring at the fireplace. Hmm. So, she did not have faith in herself for these exams but hopefully she wouldn't need them for getting into the Academy... Right..? Maybe. But right now she wanted to actually talk to someone... Where WAS everyone? SERIOUSLY! She needed HUMAN CONTACT! |

Jonathan Kirk burst into the Slytherin Common room with a grin on his face and a letter in his hand. The boy had just come from the owlery, HE GOT A LETTER! Jonathan noticed Aurora sulking on one of the sofas. Things have been off a little since she got back. WE JUST NEED MORE BONDING TIME TOGETHER!!! Jonathan LEAPED onto the sofa next to Aurora. "NEED HELP WITH HERBOLOGY?!?!" Jonathan asked. "Don't answer, I DON'T CARE!!! I'M GOING TO THE HIMALAYAS THIS SUMMER!!!!!!!!!" Jonathan threw his arms in the air several times alternating each arm. "YEAH!!!!! I gotta go to a stupid wedding first, but whatever!!! HIMALAYAS!!!" |
Quote:
She was going to open her mouth to say hello but Jonathan burst into something... "No I-" But he interrupted her... Wait, what? "The Himalayas? Wow that's... AMAZING!" Aurora grinned and slammed her book closed, dropping it to the floor next to the sofa. "Stupid wedding..?" Hmmmmm... "You mean Aaron and Iris?!" Aurora's eyes lit up slightly. That was just one more thing to add to her list of things-to-be-excited-about this summer! "I'm going to thaaaat!!!" |
Lame post is lame, WOO! Quote:
"Yes, Aaron and Iris'...." Jonathan suddenly slumped, almost falling off the sofa. "I don't wanna GOOOOOO" he whined. Jonathan couldn't care less about the wedding. Blah blah, love, blah, blah, blah. "At least Dee has the privilege of NOT having to go..." |
Quote:
She stifled a giggle as he nearly slouched his way onto the floor. "Why not?" she asked, though to be honest it didn't surprise her that he wasn't exactly the wedding type. "Weddings are good places to cause chaos." A mischievous grin crossed Aurora's face as she said this, her brain already ticking and trying to think of good wedding pranks... though part of her felt terrible for thinking about doing such a thing at Aaronman and Iris' wedding... but hehe, why not? Oh. Of course Delilah wasn't going... Aurora nodded and fiddled with a loose thread on the cuff of her robes. "I haven't seen Delilah today, have you..?" Though Aurora hadn't exactly seen anyone lately, she'd been too busy panicking madly about her OWLs to bother trying to be sociable... Surely Jonathan had seen her..? |
Quote:
Aurora's evil smile was contagious and it spread to Jonathan's face. He let out a small laugh. I never thought about that.... Aurora's so smart... Not as smart as me... Suddenly all the evil plans just rushed into his head... A lot of explosives... But not all of them involved things erupting. There was one that involved a Cornish Pixie that Jonathan rather liked. "Hm. Maybe." He simply said, but his face was lit up and whizzing around like it was about to explode. SO. MANY. IDEAS. And then Jonathan thought about Delilah. His sweet, beautiful, Delilah. "No, I haven't, actually." He saw her the previous night, before they went to sleep, but normally they would be hanging out in the afternoon. "Oh, man, I'm getting worried. Where is she??? WHERE IS SHE??? WHERE?!?!?!!?" Jonathan pulled up his legs and turned towards Aurora. "Meh, she's probably fine." ... "BUT WHAT IF SHE'S NOT?!?!?!" |
She walked into the common room and sat in a corner she always found empty, she listened and noticed a few others in the room but she only shurged at their loudness. She pulled out a few grass leaves from her pocket and started fiddling with them. |
Quote:
Maybe? Well Aurora knew Jonathan too well to believe that he wouldn't take advantage of the idea. Her own head was buzzing with possibilities but she had an inkling that anything Jonathan thought up would be a little more interesting. "Any ideas yet?" she asked. After all, it wouldn't take long to form a plan. Hehe. It surprised Aurora how quickly Jonathan got worried... she raised her eyebrows slightly, waiting for him to calm down. But he didn't. Pfft. "Chill out, it's fine. She's probably just... reading. Or something." Like that fairy tale book thing that she had seen her with so often. "She'll turn up in a bit..." |
Quote:
"She must be in un-fathomable danger...." Jonathan said standing up. He dramatically paced away from Aurora. Then quickly turned back. "You're right, she's probably reading.... READING THE PAGES OF DEATH!!!!" Jonathan dropped to his knees in front of Aurora. "We need to go find her, Aurora." He let out a whimper as his face plopped on her knees. And suddenly he was a superhero, LEAPING TO HIS FEET!!!! "LET'S GO!!!!!!!!!!!" |
anyone? (: Danielle had been pretty much out of the loop lately, she headed into the common room and looked around slowly. She pushed her mass of blonde curl back from her face and smiled to herself as she headed over to one of the free chair nearby, she collapsed onto it and exhaled deeply, folding her arms over her tummy and looking around curiously. She wondered if there was anyone interesting around to talk to r wondering if anyone would approach her, she'd talk to pretty much anyone, she was just kind like that (sometimes). She'd changed a lot since starting school, meeting Dallas and all that jazz. Things had happened and she just wanted to be out of school, as much as she would miss it truly, she'd really miss it. |
Quote:
She raised her eyebrows as his head flopped onto her knees and just frowned in confusion as he leaped up again. Let's go..? "Jonathan... Calm down. She doesn't need rescuing." said Aurora, still frowning slightly. "I'm not going traipsing around the castle to find her sat reading another one of those weird muggle fairy tales." Nope. She was far too tired for that... or... well... lazy. And SO not in the mood for stupid games. Especially ones that involved helping Jonathan find his girlfriend... Pfft. "Anyway, she has to come back here to sleep." So no point running after her. |
Quote:
"What?" Aurora is ALWAYS up for adventures! Now, she suddenly doesn't want to HELP HER BEST FRIEND SAVE HIS BEAUTIFUL GIRLFRIEND FROM SOME SORT OF PERIL!!!! "I can't do it myself!!! I need you. You're my partner. Remember when we traveled to the factory in Antarctica to save all the orphans?!?!?!" Jonathan fell back on his butt. "Yeah, she'll be back soon, BUT WE NEED TO GO SAVE HER!!!!" |
Quote:
Save her? Ach. "I'm sure your girlfriend would probably prefer you to save her on your own." Aurora muttered, frowning a little and leaning down to pick up her Herbology book. "Show your masculinity or something." Ha. Insanity more like... not that his insanity was bad, she liked it. She just... um... she wanted... pffft. It didn't matter. |
Quote:
Not just "Jonathan" mad, but mad-mad. He took a couple steps across the common room when a look of disgust emerged on his face. "Geez, what the hell is your problem???" Jonathan said, truthfully. "I'm trying to have fun and you're..... just.... being a jerk!" |
Quote:
"I don't know about you, Jonathan, but some of us have to study really hard to even pass exams. And I need to pass them. It's a bit more important than chasing after Delilah to rescue her from another one of your imaginary villains!" Oops... She hadn't meant to shout... she hadn't even meant to get angry... she was just so highly strung right now. She just stood there, glaring at Jonathan, her face not betraying the tiny spark of guilt in her stomach that was trying to take over the flood of anger. |
You know what really wasn't fun at all? dropping your books in a puddle. She didn't know how to FIX that! Silly summer rain. The teeny Slytherin made her way back to the Common Room rather woefully, while holding the soaking wet books close to her chest. As she opened the Common Room door, Delilah was only slightly surprised to hear yelling and arguing coming from within the place she'd come to call home. What she WAS surprised by, was who was doing the yelling. And her name. WHY WERE PEOPLE SHOUTING ABOUT HER?! With a sigh, she squeezed through students; not really bothering to make use of her manners, in order to get to her friends. Before Delilah was close enough for either of them to notice her, she held her books out, and dropped them. Toes might have been hit, and muddy water probably splashed their legs, but she didn't care. They were arguing, or it sounded like they were, and she didn't really like that. Plus, she was already annoyed. "Hi." She added as an after thought; hands on her hips. |

Jonathan was now pacing, staring down Aurora. He was really unsure what to say. The tension between the two had been building ever since Aurora got back to Hogwarts, and it seemed all the conflict was spewing out right then and there... Over a stupid imaginary game. "This isn't about exams, why won't you hang out with me and Delilah???" Quote:
... Well.... They were rather stupid. Jonathan's body relaxed and turned toward Delilah. "Hi... We were just... um.... How are you?" Jonathan didn't want to look at Aurora. He just kept his sights fixed on Delilah.... Who was not amused. She looks cute not amused. "Exaresco," Jonathan casted the drying charm at Delilah's books. The water left them. |
Quote:
Aurora stared at Jonathan. What..? Of course this was about exams. It was all she'd been thinking about lately except... ...he was right. It wasn't just about exams... "Because... Because it's weird!" It was then that she noticed the books splat... Quote:
Quote:
And OF COURSE Jonathan knew the spell... he always had a bloody answer for everything didn't he. |
Quote:
Then... "Oh." Johnny'd fixed her books. How does his brain remember SO MUCH STUFF?! "... Thanks." Quote:
After a moment of silence, Delilah sat down on the floor, cross legged, and glanced up at the two of them. "What were you two arguing about? ... Specifically?" Because she knew her name had been said... |
Quote:
Jonathan stood in silence ashamed. It was his stupidity that started it all. I could have gone and saved her myself. The boy caught a peek at Aurora who looked MAD. Jonathan let out a laugh, and then shut his mouth immediately. Where did that laugh come from? I don't know. Must have been The Bloody Baron, or something... When Delilah sat down, Jonathan followed suit. "Well...." Jonathan began, "MeandAuroradidn'tknowwhereyouweresoIwaslike'Weneed togosaveher,'andAurorawasall'saveheryourself,'butI waslike,'ButIneedyourhelp,'andshewaslike,'hellno,m an.'SoIaskedherwhatherproblemwas, andshesaiditwaswe irdtohangoutwithus...." Jonathan paused from his quick rant. "OH! And you're pretty, do you want chocolate?" Chocolate always helps. |
Quote:
What were they arguing about..? Aurora scowled, "Nothing." But then Jonathan opened his big mouth. Seriously, why was it important?! She didn't want to think about this, she wanted to just get through these stupid exams and THEN she could deal with her... emotions. Quote:
She looked away from them as Jonathan began to talk. "Well I was trying to get myself through these stupid exams so that I can move to Austria!" she blurted, regretting it immediately. Damn. She was going to tell them later... when she decided. If she decided... "And it is weird to hang out with you guys now..." SEE?! She couldn't even have an ARGUMENT with them without... this. This couple-y thing. She turned and moved a few paces in the direction of the dorm... but no. That would be running away... and she had had enough of that. "It's just... weird." It was more than that... but that was really the only thing she could bring herself to say about it right now... |
