Harvey looked at his hand as she squeezed it.. he had a big smile on his face as he looked at her.. it was a natural reaction for him.. "Oh yeah .. I remember that day.. yes it does seem like yesterday that we met. " he chuckled "I agree with you.. we will make the bestest of that time. Though it shouldnt be too hard being in the same house and all" he smiled.. that day they met.. was the reason they were here today.. side-by-side.. hand-in-hand.. and it all had happened soo quickly!!

"You and Taylor... Potions, potions, potions... I've never liked the class personally." He chuckled, "I've been big on some of the history classes they have here, but if it had to be a magic class I'd be best with Charms."

Minerva laughed "You have yourself a deal. The more people I have helping me gang up on Harvs the better." she winked at Harvey trying to hold back her laughter.

Minerva smiled "I like charms too. To be honest there isn't a class I really hate, well ok yes there is. History of Magic, but it's not really the subject, but well the professor I'm not a big fan of."

"But youre favorite will always be potions." Damon said with a chuckle, "And the professor isn't that bad... But then again, most the things they go over I already know..."

Ameliah grinned. "No, it shouldn't be that hard. We can hang out in the common room a lot. Maybe you can finally hear me sing and play guitar..." she couldn't stop smiling. This had to go down as the best day of her life, she was so giddy, then....

Her hand erupted in flames.

WHAT THE BLUDGER???? She stared, awestruck, as her and Harvey's intertwined hands were surrounded by a warm fire..... but they weren't burning at all. Quite the contrary; if felt like a warm tingle...WHAT JUST HAPPENED???????????

"Not bad.. Not bad, he took points from me and acted like I was on a date last term when I was doing homework. He never gives benefit of the doubt, he has a chip on his shoulder, and he is full of him self." she didn't mean to let the nerd Min come out, but points were a big thing to her and having that professor not like her she just couldn't think about it so she shook her head. "He's just not my favorite I guess, probably doesn't help that I knew nothing about magic before coming to school."

He shrugged, "You have to remember at the same token though. That like I said I know everything he has to teach. So he doesn't really bother me. I've always been the quiet one that actually did my work and enjoyed doing it, just because I'm a history nut."

"Okay now it's my turn to say can we change the subject. Thinking of classes and studying makes my stomach turn." she didn't know why she was dreading it so much. She use to love to study, love going to classes, now she just wanted to hide from it.

Harvey nodded and smiled a big smile as she said that he would get to hear her sing and play the guitar... what was it with the girls he knew.. now 3 of the girlfriends that he has had know how to pay the guitar.. "Yeah I would love to hear you sing and play the guitar.. maybe you could teach me how to play.. that way we can play together.." he smiled... when he saw her face and saw that she was staring at their hands that were now engulfed in flames.. and it didnt feel hot at all.. nothing like it should feel.. he looked at Ameliah questioning what was happening.. she must know.. but the look on her face told him that she also was clueless about this "Er.. Ameliah.. what is that?" he said pointing to their hands.

Damon nodded, "Whatever you want to talk about... Besides my love life." He smirked at her, though he was serious, he didn't want to talk about Taylor anymore.

Minerva looked at him and thought for a second and something that had kept her up last night came to mind, she had pushed it out all day until he told her to leave him alone on the train. "I know you said except your love life, but I want to ask you a question and it isn't about the plan or if Taylor says yes or no, well not fully at least." she hoped he would give her a chance to ask.

"I-I don't know...." Ameliah stammered, confused. She took her hand off and studied it. "It...doesn't burn." she said. She couldn't believe this!!!!! "I didn't even touch my wand..." she watched as the flame centered in her palm, creating a fireball, then spread again. "M-Minnie? Did you do this as a joke?" she asked Minerva in a shaky voice.

Just a bare squeak came from Ameliah's throat. Trust me, you don't know scared untill you watch your hand spontaneously flame. "H-Harvey..." she just barely made out, "This...this isn't normal. Not for a-a witch. We need wands to do this...this thing. Righ-right?" she stuttered, trembling. "It's like...like a whole new power."

Now if only she could control it!!

Jory looked around as he heard the excited voice calling his name. "Sophie!" he exclaimed pleased to see her. She was one of the new friends he'd manage to make last year via CoMC class. "It's good to see you again. You've gotten a bit taller,'' he noted. "Yup, its good to be back. I think I was beginning to get Hogwarts sick,'' the boy joked. "I had a quiet summer, had lots to catch up on in the Muggle world, you know. But I enjoyed it. How was your summer?

Just then, another Puff spoke to them. "Hey, Alyssa! It's great to see you too,'' Jory replied. "You ready to be the top point scorer for Hufflepuff this year again?'' he asked grinning. "And you are going to try out for the Gobstone and Quidditch team too? Honestly, you were like superwoman last year,'' the Puff added.

Jory looked over at the first year. The kid still looked dejected. "Eventually he'll love our House,'' he said confidently. After all, Hufflepuff House had the best students who looked out for each other, right?

"I'm fine." Glenn lied. Well - not quite. She was tired. T. I. R. E. D. That counted as fine, right? She had gotten up SUPER early that morning. Her brother and her mother couldn't take her into London so she had taken trains and buses to get there. Missing many of them of course. Muggles and their transportation were confusing. Her mother was also a Muggle, and equally confusing.

She slumped and let her eye-lids close again. The cool darkness was nice. Too bad everyone was being so loud. "Ugh." She muttered, her chin resting on the table. Not comfy. Not at all. She sat up and rubbed her eyes. She store glumly around at the ickles getting sorted.

Louise looking up at the sky, she was shy she did not know that many people in her house, or in other houses she only knew a boy that she had meet on the train, and he was from slytherin

Messer was finally back to Hogwarts. This term train ride was really exciting well its more like a lot of bouncing from Blue and her toad but its nice somehow.

The second year fixed his tie before he entered the Great Hall to join with his fellow housemate. He was wondering who's this term prefect are. He still can't believe that Arya already graduate and now there's another female prefect replacing her. When he arrived at the Hufflepuff table, he saw his house team Captain with two other Hufflepuff who were wearing the Prefect Badge. They must be the new Arya and Treyen.

"Hey, Captain. How are you? Did you have a good summer?" Messer greeted Keefer while his traveled toward the two Hufflepuff sitting not far from him. He was trying to recognize them. "LEWIS!" He's the new Treyen?! "You're a PREFECT?!" WOW! "Congratulation!" He SO know that Lewis gonna get that badge. And then his eyes went from Lewis to the female prefect whom he didn't know. "I didn't know you." he said plainly. "I'm Messer." Way to go to introduce yourself to the prefect Messer.



His eyes was searching for his friends well mostly for his roommates since he hadn't heard from him all summer. He just hoped that the Earth didn't swallowed the 'great' Alec Summer. Well, maybe he's off with Anya or with one of his fangirls. But how wrong he was. There he is. Sitting alone...wait..not alone apparently. He's with a girl. Typical.

"Hello, mate!" Messer greeted him with a light tap on his roommate' shoulder. And then his gaze turned to his lady friend. "Hello."

Adeline looked around the table. She couldn't believe that she was here for a second year. She knew how close she was to not coming back until her third year but her brother got her a plane ticket anyways and secretly brought her to Kings Cross and so on so forth.Adeline looked around to see if she could find any of her old friends. She knew that she would shock most of them because they thought she wasn't com back until next year but nope. Now they would have to deal with her.

Minerva laughed "Oh Harvey so many girls, so many plans." she giggled. "Butterfly and I were just talking about plans for this term that's all. Of course your name came up we are all friends.. right?" She looked at Ameliah then Butterfly and laughed a bit. Poor Harvs was being over run by girls.

Minerva saw a familiar face sitting alone. "Hello, how was your summer." she remembered seeing and even speaking with her a few times last term.

Damon nodded, somewhat reluctant, "Ask away. But please, pet if be the last thing we go over."
