Text Cut: oh, dear Gilderoy. Right after she reacted to what he said, he knew he shouldn't have brought up Dallin. "Yeah, I let him have it for a few minutes." Again, ONE hour, kind of. And to answer Louisa's question: YES, he was hiding something. But he didn't answer out loud. He had to chuckle next, because it was highly amusing they way Louisa was referring to Dallin right now. Not liking Prefectness. That was funny. "I don't think he does either." See? He didn't answer the other question either. He was getting better at dodging her inquiries. Awesome! Dallin would be proud...if he hadn't mentioned the boy at first, though. There was something he noticed. Her tone had changed a little bit, almost as if she was apologizing for what had been said. Oh, no, wait, in reality, she was apologizing because she was pretty much saying that he probably wasn't the person she thought he was? BINGO! That was, in fact, CORRECT. No wonder she was a Ravenclaw. Treyen just listened until she had finished. But...attention grabber? She must be joking. She definitely had HIM confused with another Lockhart. His eyes widened when she held out her finger, though. Louisa was onto something. He had a feeling she did. Okay, time for him to speak. "First...," he started to say, with a small smile, "...it's fine, Louisa, I just...never really knew people saw me that way." YES, people, because now he was sure that there WERE others if Louisa had mentioned this to her friends. "Before I answer, though, I want to ask you something," forget it, Dallin wasn't around, "Since you have a pretty good memory of things that happened that day...," for some strange reason, by the way, "...was that the same day that you and Dallin practiced that sliding spell on the grounds?" THAT was very important to know if he was moving forward with this conversation, though. |

Text Cut: luffly Treyen <3 Louisa frowned seriously at him, "You lent him your badge for a few minutes? What do you think I am? A child. There's something you're not telling me." And maybe it wasn't connected to the topic they were discussing but since Dallin was concerned, Louisa was interested. And demanded answers. Viola was still in her sleep down at their feet, Louisa's attention was completely on the boy talking now. And accepting her encrypted apology. Phew, that saved a lot of awkwardness for her. He wasn't half bad as she thought he was. Her image of him was completely changing now, and she no longer wondered why Dallin was friends with him. Hehe. Until he asked a VERY weird and unexpected question. Totally irrelevant too. Louisa's eyes widened and her eyebrows shot up in her forehead behind the black hair that always fell down on her brow. "Whao.." she shifted her torso to the back a bit, expressing her surprise physically. "Well, you know way too much about that day to convince me that you actually forgot about meeting me." Because if he knew or remembered about her sock-sliding with Dallin, something he wasn't related to, then how on earth did he forget avoiding a third year? It was insane. "Yes, it is the same day. I ran into you right before I met Dallin over here." She told him quickly before reaching her point, "How do you know about this? About the sock-sliding? I never told anybody. And I really doubt Dallin going around and telling stories about having fun with a kid." She spat that last word, Dallin did see her as a kid two years ago, and she didn't like it. However, this changed now! She was almost sixteen. All grown up and tall enough to feel equivalent to Dallin and Ellie. |

What else could they do..? She had no idea... "It there anything Star likes to eat? We could call her with it..." Or... what? "I'm sure she'll turn up... especially when she gets hungry." |
Text Cut: dun, dun, duuuun. Well, that could happen, right? Whilst Treyen knew that the one Cedric Leone was incredibly attached to his badge, he supposed that there had to be one Prefect who didn't mind lending the badge to whoever wanted to see, even for a moment? Treyen...could probably do so, for just a moment, of course. So, really, he was now embarrassed, because Louisa knew he wasn't being completely honest and hiding the most important bit of information. No answer was given this time, he just looked down, to the cat, the mighty peaceful cat. OH MERLIN! She was...inquisitive. He blinked, repeatedly, again, because...she was right and he had no idea how to answer any of the questions she was throwing at him. Seriously, Dallin had very odd friends. Treyen's friends didn't ask that many questions in less than a minute, did they? Well, not to him, at least. AND...yes, not all of what she'd said were questions, but it surely seemed that way to him. Okay, Dallin, we're sorry about this. We truly are. "Okay, Louisa...I...kind of hope this doesn't upset you...," more than she already was, of course, "...and I apologize in advance in case you feel offended in any possible way...," so as long as he didn't scare her with the apology before the actual answer, then all was good, right? "...but...do you remember the Polyjuice Potion assignment from two terms ago?" he paused for a few seconds, before continuing, because he WAS going to continue... ...he looked up, just now, "I partnered up with Dallin. That day." Louisa will be able to figure out the rest. |
I was about to write more but... a chance 4 u to reply to this madness xD Text Cut: *whaa face* KJGFLKJD! O__O Why was he making an intro speech? She just asked about all the nonsense he was saying ever since they'd met. Louisa's eyes were narrowed while he apologized and hoped not to 'upset' her with the thing he was going to say. She didn't miss that he ignored ALL of her questions, so bluntly too, but she wanted to know what this big speech was for. The polyjuice potion assignment? Pfft, what did that have to- HOLYMERLIN'SWOOLSOCKS! Louisa's slightly tanned face paled. She took a step to the back, her eyes are wider than they had ever been in her life, and she was not breathing. He. Did. Not. Just. Mean. That. Feeling slightly suffocated, she let out a breath and started to figure things out, "Y-y-you're trying t-t-to tell me that.." Swallow. "..it was you?" The one she sock-slid with? The one to be so nice and caring and paying attention to her hair falling onto her face and teaching her how to pick a better slide? TREYEN? Not.. Dallin. Her eyes teared up a bit from all the glaring and not blinking and she had to blink several times to stop it. Okay. Shock was turning into something else. Her hands flew to grab the boy's shirt and she tried to yank him, "Idiot!" She said through her clenched teeth, "Do you know what that encounter meant to me? All this time?" Of course he didn't. He did not know her before. Huffing, she let go rather furiously too, starting to blush at the memory. "I can't believe this. All this time, it wasn't him." And then a chuckle made its way out, "I. Can't. Believe. It." Her eyes went back to look at Treyen, not angry or mad anymore but... laughing. "Why didn't you tell me? Does he know that we sock-slide and that I fa-" HALT! Her blush deepened. This was vital information and no boy should know. Nope. Not even Joao. "I mean.. you could've saved a lot of drama." Heh. True. |

"Uh..." Isobel considered that question. "Everything," she said with a small smile. "Well, everything except cat food." she ate whatever Isobel did, or other people. "She'll probably just steal someone else's food." Isobel tried to think of ways to lure the cat to them. "She likes music, and birds. Well, chasing birds." But there were no birds at Hogwarts except ones living in the Forbidden Forest, and ones that flew over their heads. Star did not like the forest, and she had learned long ago that she would never be able to reach the birds that flew over their heads. |
Jen, Kimalia! =D Kennedy emerged from the kitchens with a small parcel in his hands. He was both excited and nervous to meet the other Slytherin leaders. He found the tree many people babbled about. What was the deal with it, it was JUST a tree. Or... Did it talk? Did it turn different colors? Pssh, it wasn't like if it was a great, moving tree. Last term, he didn't get the chance to roam around this area of the grounds, so now was his chance. Kennedy set down the parcel on the ground and made his way closer to the tree. It was pretty big, he had to admit. Still, not very impressive for everyone to talk about it. He took another step closer and that's when he noticed something strange. The tree moved... |
To you-know-who-you-are *points* Nice day out, no? Looking at the Whomping Willow in case it decided to play tag, it appeared to not be threatened by her presence. Phew, good thing too. Staying a safe distance away, she unrolled her special blanket before settling down with her basket of goodies. Oh yeah, and her school books too in case she felt like reading. Sitting down she wrapped her arms around her closed legs waiting patiently. Quote:

Text Cut: *pets her* SHE WASN'T BREATHING! NOR BLINKING! HE'D KILLED HER! Since the narrowing of the eyes didn't go unnoticed, neither did the widening of them. It was him. YES. It was him, okay? Him as Dallin, but him nonetheless. So, he nodded. He was afraid to speak, truthfully, but he nodded, more than four times. So, YES, Louisa. AND THEN...O_O She was going to kill him, wasn't she?! And no one would ever know, because the tree was too close, she could easily blame the tree. He blinked and eyed the hand that was safely wrapped around his shirt Wait...what that encounter meant? Wait a sec, what was that supposed to mean? But...she let him go. So, he relaxed. A little. Honestly, when she laughed...he panicked. He was INCREDIBLY glad that his girlfriend wasn't a crazy Ravenclaw. The blushing, the words, the questions...all led to one thing...and he smirked. YES, SMIRKED. "You liked Dallin, didn't you?" He asked, and didn't expect an answer, after all, she could still refuse to answer that. "No, I don't think I ever told him what I did as him...and he never told me what he did as me either." Clearly, they weren't the most talkative of...classmates. Er, drama? "What drama?" |

"SLYTHERIN PEOPLE? WHERE YOU AT?!" Selena called out loudly, as she looked around. They ought to have big signs or something to indicating where they were... looking was definitely a lot of work. |

Phew. That was a close one. Hmm, so the tree could move. Hehe, no wonder it was called the Whomping Willow. His attention was drawn away when he heard his name being called. He turned around and waved at the Quidditch Captain, Kimalia. Time to step away from the tree, Escalante. "Hey, Kimalia," he said, stepping toward and picking up his parcel. He saw the blanket and a ghostly smile appeared. "That is cool." It really was. Then he heard a loud voice. The voice he recognized from the start of the term feast. Selena. "We're over here," he said waving. Did she always shout or was that because they were outside? |
Text Cut: BAHAHAHA! He's evil xD Louisa was pacing, looking down at the ground and laughing. Her hands were pushing her loose hair in a nervous gesture. It wasn't Dallin! The one adventure she liked the most was with a complete stranger! The strand of hair she smelled for day was not touched by Dallin! It was not Dallin! She let herself believe that he cared about her more than just a friend because of a polyjuice potion assignment! And she was busted. The fifteen years old stopped pacing and looked at the boy who was forgotten for a few moments. Whaaaaaa? How did he know that? Her face turned into a deep shade of pink, but she refused to lower her gaze. YES. She did. Heh. "It doesn't matter now." Ahem. He had a girlfriend that was Louisa's friend What drama? SCOOOOOFF. Talk about the most humiliating and painful moment in a fifteen year old's life. Wiping the invisible sweat off her face, a way of regaining her natural color, Louisa tried to wipe off that laughing face. Tried and failed, "It's drama. Something I'd rather not talk about." Coughcough. "You really shouldn't have kept me in the dark though." Pause. She gave him a subtle smile then, "But thank you." OKAY! She'd NEVER thanked a stranger that much before. In one freaking day! "You know, for sock-sliding with me. I guess you're not a doofus after all." BAHAHAHA. She used that last word on purpose, getting the last negative energy out. Now they were cool. |

She looked over at the other guy there. "You're not a prefect," Selena said, frowning. No, the boy found the badge, he couldn't be the prefect. "I HAVE..." Selena said as she held out her basket - still standing up - and tilted it upside down over the blanket. A couple of sammiches fell out of the brown basket along with sweets of all sorts, from Bertie Botts to Chocolate Frogs to Cockroach Clusters. Selena did like her sugar. "FOOD." Clarke barked in agreement and Selena plopped herself down on the ground. Kent fell off of her head and into the pile of food as she did so. |

But never mind that, it was more food!! "Nicee, well I also brought these." She took out muggle-branded juice for them. "My future sister-in-law owled me these, she's insisted on sending me some." As she set them down, apparently the little pygmy puff that was on Selena's head fell down into the food. "Mm, must be hungry.. he is allowed to eat this?" She never owned one, since its small size meant it could be easily lost. |
You two, lovelies! Oh yeah, he almost forgot about that. Kennedy's face began to turn red when Kimalia smirked at him. Both seemed to want answers. Oh geez. "Er, I kind of am," he said, pointing down at his badge. Now, he didn't want to say he lied about that because technically he didn't, he was just joking. "I was just playing with you. I truly am a Prefect," he explained. They'd understand, right? He looked down at all of their sweets and food and that made his stomach grumble...loud. Hush, you hungry beast. Yeah, he sometimes referred to his appetite as a beast because it was ALWAYS hungry. "I brought these," he said, taking the top of the box off and showing them mini subs. The elves had made them for him. He looked over at the cruppy and didn't get near it. He's always had this thing with dogs. Back home he got chased by many of them and most of the times he was nice to them. "He's got all his vaccines, right?" he asked Selena. Just making sure. |
Last post for tonight. Jenn's going to bed. C: Selena blinked blankly at Kennedy. He wasn't a prefect! Selena was sure of it! He had foun- oh. So he had been LYING. Selena frowned and poked him... Hard. "You lied, therefore, you don't get... A chocolate frog." Because lying was bad and he had LIED. And it ha been a VERY important matter as well. It was Clarke's barking that pulled her out of her thoughts. "His name is Clarke, the pygmy puff's name is Kent," she said beaming. Was she aware of Clarke's adorableness? Yes. And had she just forgotten that she was mad at the lying prefect? Yes. "Don't worry, I don't think Clarke bites people," Selena told the other prefect as she wrapped the leash around her hand. Clarke barked in reply as if saying, "Not that she knows of." Maybe Clarke did bite people. Hmm... Oh looooook. There was juice! Selena took one of the bottles looking at it from all angles. "Is it safe to drink?" Sel asked, trying to twist the cap open but failing miserably. Did it smell good? Because if it didn't, it probably wouldn't taste good. What Selena was aware of was the yummy scent of the little sanwiches. "Are they peanut butter and jelly bean?" Selena asked. Because THOSE were the most epicalest sammiches of all time. Kent and food. It made Selena giggle. Just a little. "Kent eats snot. It's gross. So he won.t eat our food,“ she promised. However... Clarke was a completely different story. |
Text Cut: nah, that would be me. =P She had lost her mind. And it was thanks to Treyen. Something was telling him to start heading towards the castle without telling Louisa he was leaving...because, well, she was pretty busy laughing and whatnot, and she probably won't even notice if he left. Right? Right. He was slowly freaking out, though, because she seemed...to really be on the crazy side he had thought before. Or perhaps there was more to this than he could imagine, hence why he was FAILING to understand her reaction. AHA! So, she liked Dallin back then. He nodded once, and then shrugged. That piece of information was no longer important, nor will serve him in any possible way, not back then, and not right now. Yet he was able to see why their encounter had meant a bit more to her than it ever meant to Treyen. It had had meaning for the Head Boy, because that's when he found out that Dallin had tried and succeeded in his Patronus charm...which was something that helped Treyen later on. "It's not really my problem." So, he shouldn't have asked. Oh, but she was regaining whatever sense was still in her. Good. He didn't break her. And he agreed with her one hundred percent. "I agree." Drama is...best to keep away. Er, what was that? "Actually, I...really didn't know you. How was I supposed to tell you?" The one that should've told her was DALLIN, not him. Though, come to think of it, it was better that she found out about the Polyjuice incident by Treyen. Or she would've been more embarrassed for sure. It was his turn to laugh right now, but he just chuckled, "Any time." He was kind of hoping she wouldn't feel the need to do it again right now. ALSO, "Geez, thanks." From the bottom of his heart, seriously. Doofus. Nice to know. |
