Jezz had stopped running and looked around her. She had made it through the barrier and to the train without her parents and without some horrific accident happening. She stood there staring at the train and all the people around it, the families saying goodbye. It was a long train with plenty of space but, she didn't know if she wanted to sit in the front or sit in the back. however, she did know she didn't want to sit alone. She moved out of the way of the barrier and looked behind her waiting on Kurumi to follow that way she could thank the girl who had given her the advice to keep her eyes open and run.

Way to go, Violet. Bluntest girl on Earth. Lilly raised her eyebrow, turning to Rose and Logan, waiting for an answer to the bluntest question in the universe. Her twin had always been like that, though. Just was.

Nate finally awakes from his sleep. He looks around to see his cat also went to sleep.

'Lalala! Hogwarts here I come.' Better be ready.

Hehe. The girl Erin just commented bout her hair, well, she was quite nice. Upon seeing her face, was she part of the Slytherin's Quidditch team? She sort of remembered that face. Not really sure, or was it just someone so much looking like her? "I am Erin."

Oooopsie! She did what? Sleekeazy's Hair Potion? The name's a little familiar. But gaaahhh! She was a Muggleborn for Merlin's sake! She had a little run down to different salon shops...in Muggleworld, not in Diagon Alley or if there were any in Hogsmeade. Another bad thing was, her trip at Diagon Alley to buy some hair products and also some body scrubs and lotions, well, Madam Primpernelles close. Pffft! "Where did you get those?" Oh yeah, Erin wanted them! So much!

She was really nice with all the helping thing, but wait, she's a Slytherin right? Not a Hufflepuff? She was just super nice. "Oh!" She blurted out and stopped on her tracks. Was she really a Slytherin?

Emerging from the barrier, Kurumi was unsure which of her senses was stimulated the most. All the smells of the platform - the steam from the engine, the sweet aroma of wizarding snacks, the leather of everyone's trunks - rushed at her like a warm spring breeze and it felt like just yesterday that she had been here, dragging her trunk behind her as she went to find her father to take her home after finishing her fourth year.

She continued to push her trolley forward until she was even with Jezz again. "Two eyes opened and focused on the task at hand," she smiled. Good advice in general, yeah? "You did brilliant! Congratulations on getting onto the the platform for the first time." And Jezz hadn't missed it and crashed into anything! She was already a step ahead of where Kurumi had been her first year.

"Well if it wasn't for you I don't think it would've turned out so good," Jezz said smiling up at Kurumi. She looked again at the train and smiled, she was almost there. So close to actually being there in the school having the time of her life.

"So what year are you in?" It was obvious that Jezz, was a first year. She looked at Kurumi again and decided she was older than the third years she had met already. She was excited though either way. her fear of older students was old news. She had grown accustomed to seeing them everywhere she looked.

Kurumi's cheeks flushed a bit at the girl's compliment. She wanted to sort of brush it off seeing as she really was just doing her job as a prefect, helping the younger students in whatever way they needed, but she instead smiled and bowed her head again. "It is no trouble at all!" Really.

Brushing her bangs back in place, Kurumi shoved her hand in her pocket for her badge and she...sigh...probably should have on her shirt right now. The shyness about it from last term was gone, for the most part, so she wasn't feeling sheepish about it. What she was worried about were the stares of utter horror from the younger students when they saw her prefect badge. "I'm a fifth year, in Gryffindor house," Kurumi said with a small hint of pride as she reluctantly pinned her badge to her shirt.

Jezz stared at the badge and then gasped, "Oh my goodness you're a prefect!" She had seen the badge only in pictures of her parents and their friend but she never though she'd actually see one in person...well unless she got into trouble with a prefect. Despite her proper manner filled upbringing, she found herself getting into trouble a lot at home. "That is so awesome!"

Gryffindor. The house her father had been in. "So what's it like to be in Gryffindor?" She knew her dad had been in Gryffindor but then again her mother had been in Ravenclaw and that seemed pretty amazing, well more amazing because her mom actually told her things about what it meant to be in Ravenclaw house. She wasn't sure where she'd go but, a house is a house right? "My dad was in Gryffindor but he never really talks about it. Never told me anything about it except that he had a good time."

Kurumi's shoulders relaxed a bit when it became apparent that Jezz wasn't going to go white as a sheet just by looking at her badge. Good good, this was a fantastic way to start off the term. "I am," Kurumi nodded to confirm. "This will be my second term serving Gryffindor." She blushed a bit more. She blushed an even deeper shade of pink at the awesome comment. Kurumi tried not to think of it all that way. She was Kurumi Hollingberry first, the badge was a sort of bonus. "My father and two of my three brothers were lions as well."

"What's it like?" Kurumi repeated as she tried to formulate a decent answer in her mind. "Being in Gryffindor it like...the feeling you get when you walk into a kitchen and the smell of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies wraps around you like a warm blanket. You just KNOW you are home." That painted a pretty good picture, right?

"Wow. It sounds like the house you get sorted into kind of runs through the family," Jezz said. Well unless you were muggle born. In which case your kind of starting a legacy. So that meant she had a good chance between Gryffindor and Ravenclaw then. Awesome!

Cookies. Oh, how she could go for a nice freshly baked chocolate chip cookie. "It sounds amazing. I hope I'm in Gryffindor and if not then maybe Ravenclaw." But the way Kurumi made is sound, being in Gryffindor would be so worth it. To come to Hogwarts and not feel like you're going to school but instead you're coming home. It almost felt like it could sit right with her. She could already picture it now.

" Minnie, We've got to get you on the train. When are they gonna open the doors? It never takes this long to get on board. Don't worry about your mum Chaos will track Edward and make sure your family keeps safe.. ... Min, this is Claudia. Lyssie's Twin sister. She likes to be called Cody. " he smiled . All of his friends thought Cody looked just like Alyssa.

Kurumi's body went rigid for just a moment as if a jolt of electricity had shot through her body. Run in her family...yeah...sort of...Her father came from a long line of Slytherins as she had found out. Gaunt family...long and complicated history there that she was still unraveling. Made things much harder that her father refused to talk to her about it, brushing it off like it was no big deal. She just wanted to know where she came from...why her mother acted the way she did.

"My one brother was in Ravenclaw actually," Kurumi nodded after a few long awkward moments. The only one not to be a lion. "I thought I was going to be sorted there, but the Sorting Hat saw something in me that I wasn't even aware of at the time." Real deep magic that hat. Bloody brilliant charms work to be sure.

She smiled at Jezz. "I hope you get sorted where you want to go." Which thankfully seemed to be her own house. Kurumi would definitely keep a watchful mama lion eye on her. Merlin...this was it, wasn't it? The official transition from her being the cublet to the lioness? Strangely enough it felt...right.

The little awkward moment didn't faze her. In fact, Jezz wanted to dance. Oh Merlin, did she ever just want to dance with the happiness coursing through her. She didn't though because that's not exactly how she wanted people to start knowing her. They'd come up and be like, weren't you that girl dancing next to the prefect on the platform. It's not an embarrassing factor because that stuff didn't exist for her.

Hopefully she wasn't in her thoughts too long, "Well if I get into Gryffindor I know I'll have you to talk to if I ever need anything." Yes she would because Kurumi seemed like the type of person she could talk to about anything need be. She looked at the train and the people around her, unsure of where to go from here she just stood there. She didn't want to sit alone but she also didn't want to keep standing. She dug into her pocket and pulled out a chocolate frog. It wasn't as good as a cookie but it would have to do. "You want one," She asked holding it out to her.

When Chelsea had got a Vanilla flavoured bean he felt a bit envious towards her, while he still had the taste of ash in his blackened mouth. "I have ridden in a muggle car. Its not very exciting if i'm honest but i might take muggle studies because i think i may ace it" He smiles and thinks about what sort of stuff they taught.

After thinking for a moment he remember Chelseas question about quidditch. "What.... I don't know what it is." He felt stupid because this was all new to him and he was behind on magical stuff unlike Chelsea which seemed to know alot.

Being raised in an pureblood family did have its perks as it seemed, its how she did so well in her classes, like potions. And it had its set backs, she had no idea about anything in the muggle world. "Its a really easy class one of the things the professor taught last year was muggle dancing" said Chelsea. Yep Muggle Studies was a fairly easy class.
Chelsea was shocked, he didn't know what Quidditch was? "Its one of the few wizarding sports, its played on brooms. Its a lot of fun, I'm trying out again this year for the Slytherin team" said Chelsea. She decided not to really go into details as it would probably take awhile to explain.

When Chelsea had mentioned 'muggle dancing' he thought "this might not be as easy as i thought". He never danced before, well he had with his mother, but never in front of people or with a GIRL!!.

As Chelsea explained that quidditch, he was amazed that you can a sport on brooms. "Do have classes on that as well?" he asked excited that she was going to say "yes" and if she did he thought that he will want to take this up.

Chelsea giggled, muggle studies was easier than other required classes. "Its not hard, it was fun" she said. They may not even teach dancing again this term, well hopefully not. She wanted to learn other things..well if she took the class again.
Well it seems like she may have gotten someone interested in quidditch, that was always good. "I think they teach it a bit in flying class, which is a first years only class" she replied. Chelsea motioned to her brand new Moontrimmer 1500 sitting on her luggage cart "And after your first year, you will be able to have your own broom"

Minerva looked back at the girl. "If your Alyssa's twin where is Alyssa?" Why wasn't Alyssa there with her sister. "I'm sorry I don't mean to be rude. My name is Minerva, but you can call me Minnie. It's nice to meet you Cody." Minerva looked at Justin "It will open soon. Remember Edward left I'm fine." she still wasn't really looking at any of them.

Oooo, a girl that would talk about Quidditch! Keefer was immediately interested. "Yeah, I'm the Captain this year. Yes, definitely try out! What position do you favor?"

Logan shook his head quickly. "No. We're not." he said a serious look on his face. He was eleven, he was scared he had to wrap his arms around somebody! It could be Voldemort for all he cared!

Logan watched as everyone said goodbye to their families. He longed for a happy family of his own, but all he had was his aunt who treated him like rubbish. And the only thing closest to a friend (other than the ones he had just made recently) was his cat.

Alec grinned as Adeline managed to stand up properly. "You're welcome Adeline," he said. He was just glad that she was okay and not upset or anything. She was his friend now and he hated seeing his friends upset.

But... then she became sad. Why? She had no reason to be-

Oh. It turns out that the girl has just stepped on her glasses. Alec, deciding to be nice, bent down and felt around for them. His hand passed over something that was bent around in an odd shape. Alec picked it up and looked at it. Glasses. It had to be Adeline's. He stood up and handed it to her. "Maybe someone at Hogwarts will know how to fix these for you," he said, smiling sadly at the girl.




And then came another girl. One he had never met before. Alec let a smile break over his face as she introduced herself as... Claudia? Cody? He liked Cody better so Cody it was. "Nice to meet you Cody," he said, accepting her hand by shaking it, "I'm Alec, Alec Summers."

Alec watched as the new girl, Cody, took Adeline's glasses and started fixing them. BY MAGIC! All she did was whip out her wand, point it at the glasses and then, BAM! Fixed! Alec looked between the girl and the glasses and then back again. "Erm, Cody?" he started, "How did you do that?"

Nate eats his bernie botts every flavor bean.........YUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!! vomit.

While Claudia walking with Alec, Adeline and Keefer she noticed a younger girl standing by herself on the platform....ALONE!! 'No we can't have that,' Claudia thought to herself. So she went over to the girl and said "Hi there, would you care to join us. My name is Claudia. What's yours?'



Then Claudia spotted another younger girl standing by herself looking...ALONE....'Nope we can't have that either,'Claudia thought again. So she walked up to the girl and said,"Hi there, my name is Claudia. I see that you're alone by yourself. You wanna join us. Some of us are also new here so why don't we just hang out until you find your friends." Claudia smiled at the girl.



Claudia turned around when someone tapped her on the shoulder. It was a girl she recognized from one of Lyssie's pictures. Minerva or something. Then the girl called her Alyssa and Claudia rolled her eyes. 'Okay, I guess I'm going to have to get used to be mistaken for Alyssa for awhile,'she thought to herself. 'But I hope they get this right soon.'



FINALLY someone who actually remembered her name. But she had just met him a few minutes ago, so he'd better remember her name.



"Oh no worries, I'm always mistaken for Alyssa," Claudia smiled at the girl, 'NOT' she thought to herself. But she didn't want to embarass the girl any further. "Uh, Alyssa's not coming back to Hogwarts. You know how it was last term and she's finally convinced Mom and Dad that she couldn't stay in Hogwarts. So they shipped me off here instead."

"I don't know. I like all positions. But my brothers think that I'm too rough to play Seeker because I tend to bump everyone who gets in my way to catching it. I'm cool with being a Catcher or a Beater. I hear that Alyssa was a Beater when she played. I may try out for both positions. So what do you think the odds are for the team winning this year? I hope that I get into Hufflepuff because Lyssie said that if I didn't she was not going to talk to me for the rest of the year, which would be nice for a change."Claudia grinned at Keefer. "Nah! Lyssie's cool. She's super loyal over Hufflepuff and since my Mom was from there, I think that I'll most likely end up there, unless I follow my Dad's side then it'll be Gryffindor."Claudia told Keefer. She did hope though that she was sorted into Hufflepuff. Gryffindors were way too hardworking.



"Hi Alec, Alex Summers. Nice to meet you." Claudia grinned at the younger boy. He was so cute. She bet that he would have all the younger girls in Hogwarts chasing after him in no time. Claudia made it a point that she would keep a look out for him and made sure that he would be okay, being new and all. 'Like I'm not new myself,'Claudia laughed to herself. "Oh the spell I did to repair Adeline's glasses? You'll learn it soon enough. Once you learn how to use your wand, they'll teach you the incantation "Occulo Reparo". Now you need to concentrate on what you want to do, or else sometimes the spell doesn't work. Then once you know both, you point your wand at the glasses say the words and Wah-lah glasses repaired." Claudia then showed him and Adeline how to cast the spell again.

For Claudia and Ronnie
 

As Harvey hugged her.. she stiffened up and pulled away from him.. oh oh.. so she had heard that her mother was now in danger.. he hoped that she did not hear that.. but it was true... they were now after her mother.. so this was NOT over.. and that was what scared him..

Minnie would constantly be worrying about her mother and brother.. she then broke away from the group but Harvey kept his eyes on here watching her like a hawk.. he smiled when he saw a familiar girl.. Lyssie.. or so he thought he then realised that it was not Lyssie at all.. Then Justin called to her that they needed to get her onto the train.. he then introduced this girl as Lyssie's sister Claudia or Cody as she liked to be called..

He went over and introduced himself... "Hi my name is Harvey.. Harvey Watson.. I knew Alyssa.. she was one of my very good friends.." he said stretching out his hand to shake hers.. he heard Minnie introduce herself.. and say that she was fine... but being her boyfriend had its perks ... he knew that she wasnt but he didnt push it.. she needed a bit of breathing room now that Edward was gone..

He then spotted Ronnie on the platform.. and he felt some pain at knowing that this was the last time he would see this girl that he had loved so dearly and he still DID love her... but not in the way that he loved Minnie.. he turned to the group "Er.. guys I will be right back.. I have just spotted Ronnie and I want to say bye to her one last time before she leaves.." he said.. he gave Minnie a kiss on her cheek "I will be right back Sunshine." he said to her as he walked over to Ronnie

"Hey Rons.." he said hugging Ronnie tightly "I will miss you so much.. but I promise to owl you regularly.." he then looked at her "and when I do I want to know everything that is happening with you.." he said to her smiling weakly and almost crying but trying to stay strong for Ronnie. but it was proving harder than he thought as a tear fell down his cheek as he realised she really WAS going.. this WAS real.. he tried to smile but it wasnt coming but he still managed a weak smile..
