Awww! These two. Do they even know how to stop talking when someone's talking?! Oh, for the love of Merlin, they were not talking, they were arguing and it seemed like no one's going to end this apart from her. Just one single word should come out from her mouth. What she needed to do is to answer Minerva's question and then pooff! She'll be gone. Which was a good thing for Erin, 'cause it's not really good dealing with friendly Hufflepuffs when you're not in a good mood. You might make them cry. Badgers truly are badgers, most of them live up to the name. "Uhm, yes," last thing she wanted is to have a gap with her friends. They were her old friends, she could be mean to Kurumi Hollingberry or the incoming first years but not to her oldest friends especially to her bestfriend Beatrice Castell.

She turned towards Enya. Enya. The one she chose instead of her long time friends. "I was at the Leaky Cauldron. You're the one who's not there." She scanned the older Ravenclaw's full body, from head to toe, accessories to dress to shoes. "You really did prepare for the train huh?"

Alyssa noticed that Nessie was getting quiet, and she felt bad. This was her bestie and here she was talking with someone she had only just met. "Uh! Oakey, it's been nice talking to you, but I think that I need to catch up with Nessie."Alyssa smiled at the boy before chasing after Nessie. She grabbed Nessie in another hug. "Hey Girl, how are you doing? How dare you walk away from me. I'm sorry that I ended up talking to Oakey. I was just interested in hearing that he said that he was from Salem, but I don't remember him being there. Anyway, he's not important. You are. What have you been up too? How was your Summer? I'm sorry with the Claudia thing. I was confused and didn't know how I was going to handle seeing Aaron here after our breakup but after I talked with him, yesterday, we agreed that we could still be friends. So I'm fine with that....and I know that I'm rambling. So quick say something before I burn your ears off." Alyssa grinned while realizing that Nessie was more than unusually quiet.

Harvey had been keeping an eye on Minnie since she left.. it had become a habit now.. and he was not happy to see what was going on over there.. but he didnt want to intrude as he didnt want Minnie to think that he was fighting her battles for her.. he had made that mistake in the past... but not anymore.. he was changing a little for Minnie.. to keep her happy.. but he knew that he couldnt sit back any longer.. he went up to the 3 girls and put his arm around Minnie "Mins... is everything ok here? Hi Erin.. its been a long time.. how are you? and er.. Hi my name is Harvey.." he said introducing himself to the new girl that he had never met before..

Justin watched on and couldn't believe how rude some people could be. He finally he had had enough and stepped up to help Minerva.
" I think that's about enough out of you. " he said to the extremely rude girl. " I think it's you that had better move on. " Justin said with an extremely irratated tone. " Go on move along! " Justin's facial expression was one Minnie or the others had never seen before. His eyebrows furled and the veins in his forehead pulsed as if they were gonna explode. He stood toe to toe with the nasty girl and stared at her as he loomed over her.

Once Harvey came over she knew she was done with these two for now. She eyed the girl again and then looked at Erin with some concern. "Oh Hello Harvs we were just finishing up our conversation. Let's go back to our group. I will see you later Erin." She glared at the girl once more before taking Harvey's hand and then Justin came over. "Don't waste your breath Justin she's not worth it. She thinks just because she is an older student that she can be a part. Let's just go back to Ame and Alyssa." She took both their hands and turned them to go back to the group.

Once back to the group she fell to her seat very angry.. "Is something different about Erin. Did anyone talk with her this summer?" Minerva kept an eye over there with the two girls. She rubbed her arm it hurt.. "Stupid girl" she slammed it down on the bench without thinking. "AAHHHHHHHH" she grabbed it in pain. "I don't think my arm really healed this summer."

Laura said 'Hi..I'm Laura..'

Harvey was pulled away from the group along with Justin.. and she sat down and was not happy.. she asked if anyone had talked to her during the summer "No I havent talked to her.. I was er... busy.." he said as he rubbed the back of his nectk.. suddenly she slammed her arm on the bench and screamed out in pain.. Harvey rushed to her side... "Oh no.. Mins.. no I dont think it did.. and it was not helped by how that girl handled your arm.. does it hurt too bad?" he asked her.. he would do anything to help Minnie feel better.. and he had something in mind depending on her answer..

Justin continued to glare at the girl as Minnie led him away and back to their group. " Min, you shoulda let me deal with that prat! I so sick of people.... I coulda...." Justin was frustrated. After everything they had all delt with on holiday he was fed up and just iching to unleash his fury. Justin's demeanor had begun to change. He was just hoping that he didn't start to push his friends away in the wake of everything.

Before she could even say anything back to the extreamly rude second year she was joined by another person, a boy and then a third, another boy. Blimey did they all travel in packs? this was like last year when all those little first years had butted into the conversation fight she had been having with Louisa, Ellie and Dallin. Argh. Do they ever leave her alone? Yeah she was popular but didn't mean she wanted to have stalkers.

"Oh look who decided to join the party" Her voice was full of sarcasm as she spoke, she aimed it at the little girl and her friends. "Two guys on the go?" She asked the girl looking back at her, she raised her eyes which were full of disproved.

She decided not to respond to anything they said, just stared at them, and was glad when they finally left. God, now she could actually have a conversation with her friend Erin. With a smile she watched them leave then turned towards the younger girl. "God can you believe them?" She asked shaking her head.

Enya liked her outfit for the journey, blue jeans that hugged her legs, a light colour summer top to go with it. She wore a warm jumper on top that was zipped up slightly. To go with it she wore black heels that set it off nicely. She smiled when Erin noticed and commented on it all. "I do dress to impress you know" was all she said with a smile.

"No Harvey it feels freaking great that's why I screamed. What do you think it feels like." she said without thinking. Then she looked guilty "Sorry honey I didn't mean to yell at you." Then Justin started, she pushed the pain out of her head the best she could and stood up going over to Justin and giving him a hug. "Justin she's not worth it that's why." She giggled a bit, she was so good at hiding her anger and feelings anymore it was scary. "So much for a drama free school year. It is never lame when I'm around is it?" She turned towards Alyssa and Ame and smiled "Sorry for that girls I will try to be on my best behavior for now on." She hugged Justin again "Are you ok? You seem more upset then I am and I was the one called Fat and ugly?"

" What's your bloody problem?!" Justin yelled back over to the rude sixth year. " You got an issue with my friend , do ya?! " he said snottily as he walked back up to her. " Well, have you something to say , have ya?!" he asked as he stood towering over her as his gists were clenched. He wasn't gonna hit her, but he certainly was going to teach this prat of a girl a lesson in manners since her parents failed to do so.

Harvey was a little taken back at her response.. he wasnt expecting THAT response.. "Its ok.. Sunshine." he said kissing her arm "There all better." he said as she went over to Justin.. and talked to him and then to the girls Ame and Alyssa... she was still the same Mins.. caring about her friends.. she may have been in pain with that arm but she didnt show it.. she was more concerned about her friends than herself..

"Yes I'm fine Harvs promise." she tried to rub her arm without notice. As she hugged Justin he push her away and went back to the girls. This irritated Minnie. "Justin what the bloody hell are you doing. Get your behind back here with us now.... please" She looked at Ame, maybe Ame could get her to boyfriend to settle. "Justin please get back over here. We will deal with her at school not now." She glared at the girl.

Justin heard Minerva yelling at him to rejoin their group. " No, Min! Enya needs to be taught a lesson. And I think that I'm just the guy to do it! " he snapped at his best friend. He felt no remorse for his harsh attitude or words. Too much had happened to him and his family for him to start backing done to bullies. He was turning over a new leaf.... Only the leaf he turned over exposed a darker side to the normally easy going Justinall of his friends were used to. " I'm sick and tired of people with no manners! "

Minerva gave a glare at him. Did he just snap at her? She pushed her way towards him and grabbed his shoulders turning him around to face her. She grabbed his face so that he was making eye contact with her. "Now you listen here. You will not talk to me like that again. After everything, everything I have been through I will not be snapped at by my own friends especially one of my best friends. Now calm down don't do anything that is going to get you expelled before we even get back to school. Ame needs you at Hogwarts she loves you. I need you there. Edward could have insiders there. I need you for support, for me please calm down and come back to the group." She grabbed his hand again and started walking back to the group hoping he would come willingly.

Justin was taken by surprise as Minnie took his face in her hands like a child. But for some reason he calmed down enough for her to lead him by the hand away from the nasty girl. He did glare over his shoulder at them as if to warn them. " Alright, Min, but they better keep their bloody mouths shut or I'll shut them for them. " he answered.

Oakey had a nervous look on his face, as if he'd be caught in his lie within seconds and would have to explain his absense from Hogwarts and why he had to lie about being in Salem. Not every wizard gets biten by a Malaclaw and has the bad luck stick with them. Not to mention Oakey has already had tons of bad luck before that. He didn't want anyone and especially Renesmee to be worried or scared to be around him because of his luck issues. He took a gulp and forced a smile back on his face only to realize that no one was standing around him anymore. Valentine hooted as if to get Oakey's attention, so he looked towards his owl to see that the two girls had made some distance between him. He grabbed his cart and darted after them. Hey, wait up,Oakey barked don't leave me behind. he caught up and saw that Lyssie was talking to Renesmee so he just waited quietly for their conversation to finish. He caught a little bit of what they were saying. Something about a Claudia and an Aaron a breakup and what not Girl Stuff Oakey thought to himself, no need to get myself involved.

Minerva sat down and sighed her arm still was throbbing, but she tried to ignore it. She had Justin's hand in her good arm and then took Harvey's hand in the other pulling them down on each side of her. "Now lets getting back to normal conversation and try not to have drama at least until the train comes." She winked at Justin. She didn't let go of his hand afraid he might go back over and blow up. She put her head of Harvey's shoulder and looked over to Ame and Alyssa who had been very quiet..

" Min, has Ame said anything to you lately? She's been a bit distant toward me lately. " Justin said as he held her hand. He knew she was trying to keep him out of trouble, but for some reason her holding him made him feel more at ease.

Harvey sat down next to Minnie as she pulled him down next to her with Justin on the other side.. and she held his hand and spoke to Justin before putting her head on his shoulder.. "Ok got it.. no more drama.." he said smiling.. although a bit of drama was not so bad . Then Justin asked Minnie a question.. and Harvey was surprised to hear him ask that question and reveal a bit of information he thought he would never hear..

Minerva looked at Justin. Was something going on with them. They seemed so happy at the cave. 'No she hasn't. Do you want me to talk to her?"

" No, It's alright. I'll figure it out." Justin answered in a defeated manner.

Minerva took her head off of Harvey's shoulder and looked at Justin concerned. She moved so that she was still holding both boys hands, but put her head on Justin's shoulder. "Hey what's going on. What's wrong? What was with the crazy Justin that showed up a few minutes ago, that's not like you?"

Chelsea couldn't believe that, Ryan didn't deserve it. "I'm sure everything will be fine, you live with your aunt and uncle anyway right? Although its still wrong what your father is doing" she explained. She cared too much about Ryan to watch his father hurt him. "And remember no matter what I'm here and always will be. I'd never leave you for anything" she told him reassuringly.
Oh her family? "Nothing to interesting, everything is pretty much the same" she admitted. Yeah not much changed in the Charm household.
Now to change the subject to something else to get Ryan's mind off of his father "Are you trying out for quidditch this year?"

Justin perked up a little when Minnie moved her head to his shoulder. " I don't know , Minerva. I just feel so much aggression. I've never felt this way before. " he said with just as a concerned tone to him as she did.
