Text Cut: Minnie Harvey smiled when she said that she would.. "Yeah I guess not.. there would be alot of unhappy people if I were to join you and Edward on that trip of yours.. Ame would probably be the unhappiest.. so yeah I guess you are right.. it would actually be best if I didnt join you.. although I am sure we would have had a lot of fun if I tagged along... AND I would have gotten to know Edward.. your cousin.. not the tracker." he smiled as he thought about this.. that way he would know that Mins was really being taken care of and that was what he wanted. |

Text Cut: Minnie "Um, bits and pieces. Like, my mum takes me into Aberdeen sometimes. We buy food at the local market and stuff. But I don't really have any Muggle friends. Well, not that haven't been to Hogwarts, at least," he amended himself. "I think the differences aren't uniform across households, to be honest. It depends on how many Muggle relatives are in the family for some of it. Like, if your grandparents are Muggleborn, they're bound to do more things without magic, I imagine." That made sense, right? "But honestly, I'm not an expert on how Muggles do things, so don't trust everything I say." She would soon find out for herself anyways. Text Cut: Lyssie "I know you're not a quitter. That's why I'm confused that you're giving up." And why he wanted to encourage her. "Not everything in life will come easily. And not everyone will like you or cooperate. We have to learn to deal with those situations." He always thought it odd when students, especially younger years, seemed to indicate that they had the ability to choose where they were educated. Keefer had always thought that was the job of the parents or guardians. Teenagers are so moody. We don't know what's best for us half the team, even though we're convinced we do! "I think that's a good idea. Talk with your family, give yourself some time to cool off a bit, make sure your head is on straight. I'd hate to see you make such an important decision if your emotions are still a big factor." Not that feelings shouldn't be considered at all, but he always thought that one should wait to make big decisions until reason could play the dominant role. Look at me philosophizing... if that's even a word! he mused. Oi. It's definitely time for summer. |
Text Cut: Minnie Harvey chuckled as Minnie laughed "What?.. I wouldnt get lost! Cause then I would have a bunch of trackers tracking me down... with er.. one still learning how to track" he chuckled as he nudged her shoulder.. "Yeah I think it would have been fun.. yeah .. oh well" he too shrugged "Future plans?.. you arent planning to have me left in the forests or something JUST so you could track me down... are you?" he asked jokingly as he wondered what future plans she was talking about.. "Well I think so... the feast must be nearing its end now." he said as he looked at her.. "Well I guess it will be you and me in the same compartment like always with anyone else that wants to join the popular girl of Hufflepuff. " he chuckled as he remembered all her new friends.. then he realised something.. "Unless you have other plans with someone else.. I dont mind.. by all means you can sit with other people this year" he smiled.. it was true.. its not like she had to sit on the train with him every year.. she could sit with other people.. afterall she was making new friends at a fast rate. |
Sorry I haven't been on much! Logan was too busy thinking of summer to listen to any conversations at the table. After a long while, he snapped back into reality and looked around, a little sleepily. He was quite tired, come to think of it. He was dying to get into his bed and just fall asleep. He stiffled a yawn, and looked down at the table. |

SPOILER!!: Minerva Alyssa realized what she had said when she saw the sadness on Minerva's face. "I'm really sorry for being so insensitive. Here I was talking about family, when I never even offered my condolences to you on losing yours. I know that it really doesn't mean much, but you in a sense you still have family. Hogwarts is your family and they will always be there for you. So do you ever forget that okay?" SPOILER!!: Keefer Alyssa listened to Keefer as he told her what he thought she should do. "I guess I'm giving up because I'm just tired. In fact, I've already talked it over with my parents. They are disappointed but will support whatever decision I make. If I have to, I'll finish off my education back in Salem Institute where I did my first year. But anyway thanks for the advice. I'll think about it. That's all I will say for now. And if I don't see you next term, I want you to make sure that you'll find the best team you can find, and keep that Quidditch Cup back in Hufflepuff." |
Sorry everyone, college is killing meeee! x.x Quote:

Oakey let out a sigh at that thought. Great, Oakey tried on a smile. It'll be awesome to see you around then. Maybe I can update on how us puffs are doing over the next couple of years. Quote:
Deal. Ha! little did Alyssa know that this would just add to his amazing summer. Making him one step closer to winning the bet. Quote:
Oakey couldn't place his finger on the feeling, but it felt like a shiver, or a maybe a twinkle |

Just for him, she tried not to worry her lip again. The prefect knew what he was doing, but that still didn't fail to light up her eyes in that special way only her favorite subject could. "Sabel sooner that Aaron." And for longer. But she was excited to her her other best friend as well. "But, I'm excited to see Aaron again too." They had plans and all. Quote:
Only the split second after realizing who it was did she wrap her arms around him for a warm squishy hug, smile becoming even less forced with each kind gesture of her friends. "I won't forget you, Mess. Said I'd write, didn't I?" And see him over summer. She had so many people to see this summer. Quote:
Her eyes drifted over to the staff table for what seemed like the first time that night when everyone grew silent and the headmaster gave his closing speech. The seventh year listened more intently than she probably had all her seven years at the school. Her last closing speech. She sure how she was feeling about all of these lasts, but didn't dwell on it for fear of tears. No crying tonight. Now was time for food. |
SPOILER!!: Elise Glenn stopped frowning and decided to laugh now. Funny how the teachers were causing the most drama in the hall. She glanced at Elise and started piling food on her plate not that she needed to eat a lot of food, she had an expansive collection of chocolate frogs still up in her dormitory, and if she got desperate; an abandoned box full of Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans. Just as she thought this, she heard her other friends across the table discussing the beans... SPOILER!!: Sophie and Angelina Oh yeah! They hadn't done that! Glenn nodded and took a sip of pumpkin juice, "We've got to hang out for next term full stop." She added, smiling at her friends. "And remember to bring lots of lollies next term too." |

And right on cue the headmaster started to speak, addressing all those in the great hall. Ella smiled widely when he congradulated the badgers. Yup, we deserve it! He smile lessened when he talked about how the 7th years and even some professors were leaving. Frown. Ella didn't want to think about any more goodbyes. It made her feel like crying and she wasn't eager to do that. When he was finished, she clapped before turning her attention to the food. FINALLY! She began piling food on her plate, her eyes being much bigger than her stomach at the moment. As the first year ate, she realized that it wouldn't be long now until they had to leave. She put her fork down and took a look around the great hall, watching the banners and coming back to survey the Hufflepuff table. Bittersweet. That's what she was feeling at the moment. |

When they pulled back from the hug, Ness didn't excpect Oakey to grab onto her shoulder, which was why she blinked for a bit but then remained calm. He wasn't doing anything bad...it was just he had never held her like that before and it felt a tad bit awkward. She didn't move though, she let him do what he was doing. Now she was pouting, just a tiny bit. "Its been very long." she said feeling a little ashamed. 'I donno, I guess I missed you." At those words she blushed just a tiny bit. It was only natural of her to do so, even though Oakey was after all only a friend. "Yeah we so have to!" She thought of chilling out with Oakey during summer, But she remembered about being grounded and let out a small sigh. Those words had caught her full attention. He had forgotten about her hugs. Did that mean she was a good hugger? Or did that mean she needed improvement. She was a little confused."Your forgot about my hugs? What?" she asked biting her lip now. |
Text Cut: Lyss "If you're as tired as you say you are, maybe you need to just take a year off. Not go anywhere, just school from home." Because he had a feeling she would have the same struggle at Salem that she did at Hogwarts. "Yeah, that's all I ask. Take time to think about it after it's all settled down." He smiled, recognizing the semi-dismissal. "Thanks, I hope we can as well." Text Cut: Oakey The sixth year chuckled. "Yes, except with wings. There are several species of winged horses, Abraxans are just one." He suddenly felt like he was imitating Williamson. The thought amused him. In fact, he could envision himself being the Care of Magical Creatures Professor someday. "But I wouldn't really know if my parents are awesome or not. To me they're just my parents and I love them for that. I think I know them a bit too well to be a fair judge of their awesomeness." If that even made sense. Text Cut: Min He laughed. That was probably for the best. He was only human, after all, so he was bound to be wrong sometimes. He stared at her. "No you're fine, honest!" He did have older friends, but age was not all that mattered when deciding who to talk to. "Besides, I have the whole train ride back to talk to people as well. So I'm a free agent right now!" He nodded to emphasize that he was being sincere. "And as for next year... I'm trying not to think about that right now." The smile wiped off his face as quickly as Alec would run toward a barrel of gummy bears. He was going to miss Treyen. And Arya. And all the other seventh years. And next year it'll be six times as bad, because I'll have to leave all the other years as well! He sunk into a moody silence. |

His eyes were still on the box she had handed him, turning it round and round in his hands absently as he tried to figure out what to say. When she told him to open it, he looked back up to meet her gaze, a small smile playing around his lips. Of course he'd been curious about what was in the box but he just hadn't been sure he wanted to open it here. But seeing as Kurumi sknew what was inside and still told him to go ahead and open it, it would be fine, right? So with his eyes back on the box, Lewis reached up with one hand to open it...revealing a roll cake. Really? He should have probably expected her to still give him something, especially since the other cake had sort of...well, burnt. "Thank you." He said again, meeting her gaze with a smile on his lips. "You really didn't have to." Lewis repeated, ignoring the blush that had formed on his cheeks. She probably knew that already but still. |

Text Cut: Minerva He was knocked out of his short revery by a hug. Whaa-? Oh, right, Min. "No, it's fine. I was already thinking about it anyways. Thanks for the hug, though. I probably needed it." Yes, guys could need hugs, too. Most of them just didn't like to admit it. A smile played around his mouth at her use of 'cute little smile.' It was amusing to him, actually. "There's nothing wrong with you. You're just trying to make me feel better." He reached over and gave her hand a small, appreciative squeeze. |
for Sophie as well :) Quote:
Nodding Angelina said, "We should try to take the same classes together as well!" When Glenn told her to remember the lollies she thought about it and added, "If I go out of the country I will try to get some forin candy and bring it too and see what its like." That sounded fun. Going to all kinds of different countries get different candy and have them all try them out, but she dought she would go to more than one country this summer. |
