Carter watched as Evelyn caught two snitches. He hoped Hufflepuff would be able to catch up. He couldn't take another year of Slytherin winning.

He smiled at Cassie's comment. "Yeah. Definitely." he said agreeing with her.

He then looked back up. "AH! Come on Marilyn! What was that?" he shouted up into the sky. The girl was dangerous when competitive.

OH! There's the snitch!

Simon looked at the Professor and smiled. "How are you?" Simon saw something coming towards them and hid behind the Professor, he wasn't getting in the way of anything. "Professor what you doing with you wand out?" He had just realised she had her wand out.

'WHAT?!?' Salima shouted 'HOW DO HUFFLEPUFF KEEP ON GETTING 10, 20, 10, 20 POINTS?!?!?'

Ellie felt no pain as her teeth dug into her lip, and fingers dug into the back of her thigh. INTENSE.

Her eyes were definitely on the Seekers and...and...and HUFFLEPUFF caught the Snitch!!

Take that, Sierra.

The redhead smirked. Yes, she was quite happy with this. Quite happy indeed. Only two more, Kita.

She freed her lip as her eyes darted back to Treyen. Just as he prevented a goal. Good play, Hufflepuff.

Minerva cheered on her Hufflepuffs she still didn't have a clue what was going on, but she knew to cheer when other puffs were cheering.

Rose jumped up as Kita caught the Snitch, then sat down and sighed. Violet was still refusing to come out. It had been two days. Rose didn't even know if Violet had had any food. She loved her sister, yeah, but she was being silly. Her sister would love to be out here right now, cheering on the Puffs...

'NO' yelled Salima 'Well thats game over I guess... well done Slytherin.'

"I'm alright...." Fina nodded, her eyes affixed mostly to the players in yellow. Huh? What was Lafay saying? Whatever it was, Hadley was not concerned by it.

No. She was concerned about her players. About her seeker. But ... oh.... no... After a close battle, it seemed at though, Evelyn had caught it.

Sighing she looked wistfully over the pitch and then toward Simon, before standing up, nodding at him politely and then left the stands. She might be new to quidditch, but she wasn't new to disappointment and loss. And her team needed her, she knew.

Salima made her way out of the stands towards the school.

Simon looked at the pitch Hufflepuff had lost well that was Professor Vindictus fault, well anyway there was no use hanging around, he'd have to decided if he was going to play next match or not sooner rather than later, at the minute he wasn't sure but he would decide when he found out more about what was going on with his life at home.

Aurora grinned and, jumping a little with excitement made her way down from the stands and back up to the castle.

Violet snorted to herself as she watched the Hufflepuff girl trying to get around Professor Lafay. Violet had been watching the hair-pulling incident and its aftermath from a distance as she was exiting the stands, still flushed with the Slytherin victory and the cold, cold air, and it outraged her. And people always said Slytherins were bad! This just went to show that even the supposedly innocent Hufflepuffs had their bad seeds. Well, if this badger thought she could get away with some lame excuse with Professor Lafay, she had another thing coming!

Her lip was back between her teeth the instant she realized the Seekers were going after what well may be the last Snitch.

And it was.

....Right. So... That was disappointing.

Ellie watched as the players landed before grabbing her parchment and ink. She was going to...go loiter by the Hufflepuff Locker Room for a bit. Heh.

A few steps later, she was headed down the stairs, out of the stands.

Selina watched the game with growing anticipation. All the while she scooted a little closer to Gideon with each play. While the game seemed to lag on Selina picked her hand up ftom her lap anf grabbed Gideon's hand. A blush graced her face but she kept her blue eyes focused on the game.

The game continued on and Selina won. Once the game was over she was unsure if ahe should untangle her hand from Gideon's or not. After all friends didn't really do that sort of thing in public. "Erm well done Slytherin? We should, um, go right?"

Gideon hadn't noticed Selina get closer and closer with each play, the game being quite interesting especially when the Hufflepuff seeker had made their first catch and proved it wasn't over yet. But when Selina had slipped her hand in his, there wasn't much he could do to ignore the touch of their hands together and after a moments pause had let his gaze wander down to their joined hands and up to her face where the blush was clearly visible even though she was still looking away.

He turned back himself to watch the rest of the game but his attention wasn't fully on the game anymore. "Aye...probably should before it gets too crazy," he replied in agreement when it was all over trying to decide what to do. The fourth year finally took the first step and stood up, using their joined hands to slowly and gingerly pull Selina up with him. Making the most of it while making it appear normal.

Selina heard Gideon speak to her and she took the opportunity to look him in the eye. For a moment their eyes met and then she averted her eyes down to her lap. She felt Gideon stand up because their hands were still laced. He was helping her up and she used his hand to stand up. Once she was standing she looked at their hands that were still wrapped around each other. For a moment she contemplated keeping her hand in his, but then that would not be very friendly. So she let go of his hand and stuck her hands in her pockets.

She smiled at Gideon and looked up at him, "Thanks. Um, we should head back to the castle, right?". Her blush was still very present on her face. She chewed on her bottom lip and punched his shoulder, "Come on, keep up."

"I was on the team last year, hopefully next year I'll make it on the team again" Katie explained, "I love quidditch" Katie added as well, because Quidditch was amazing, who doesn't enjoy Quidditch?

Katie nodded, who wouldn't support Slytherin? Bets house ever, "Of course, who wouldn't? Are you going to support Slytherin?" Katie asked, because it seemed he was in neither house. But if this boy was smart he would be hoping Slytherin win

Once Selina was up on her feet beside him, the holding hands was back to just being silly and he moved to break the connection between them just as she did. "Welcome," he said his own hand moving quickly back to his side as it raised to run absently through his unruly curls as he debated the next step.

"Right...back to the castle...and the warmth of inside" he said in agreement with a nod as the ackwardness set in between them. He really wasn't sure what to do or say but Selina managed that too; punching his arm and seemingly challenging him. "You keep up Skylar," he challenged back moving to head back down from the stands.

Once they were back on somewhat normal terms Selina smirked at him retort to her challenge and then took off running back to the castle. She yelled behind herself as she took the lead, cheating of course, "Race you to the Common Room!" If she played fair she would have told him that she was going to race him. But then again, what was the fun in giving him fair warning. Keeping him on his toes was much more fun.

Great. The Snakes just won and based on her observations, they had some of the greatest chasers on the whole Hogwarts field. The Badgers also did a great job. They had strategy but maybe the agility and determination from the Slytherin Team had surpassed it.

She sighed as she stood up, adjusted her scarf and walked out of the stands.

Ha! The Slytherins WON!

She wasn't surpised to see a lot of disappointed faces in the stands. Victoria just told herself it's because they were all jealous of their terrific quidditch team.

Though Victoria had to admitt that the Badgers did a great job too. She could barely see their detailed robes when they flew around the pitch. They were all a blur of yellow and black, mixed with a blur of green and silver.

Taking one last quick look at the now empty quidditch pitch, Victoria stood up from her seat and walked down the stairs to the castle.

Gideon knew he should have expected it, but the whole ackward movement between then had lowered his guard. And he certainly hadn't expected Selina to bounce back to quickly. "Ooooo ye trickster! Yer gonna get it," he threatened teasingly as he climbed ontop and over the last few benches before jumping down and taking off after her. The boy trying to use his longer-legged stride as he ran to pick up the pace and catch up to her as they chased each other to the castle.

Nooooooooooo! Not Slytherin. That stunk, Lilly thought, a look of dismay on her face. She watched the stupid slytherin's gleeful looks. And Violet wasn't even here. That stunk more.

Yay!!! Slytherin won again!!! Too bad she didn't see Violet, Rose's sister. If yes, maybe she was brave to bet 100 galleons for Slytherin won the match.

"Good Job, Snakes!!! We are unbeatable. YAY!!!!" she yelled happily.

William is ready for the Gryffindor match. He has Red and yellow painted on his face. Hopefully Minerva will be here.
