Well, that was true. Sometimes.

Destiny had found Sly in a few random places, after searching hours for him. He must wander off, but since he was not used to so much exercise, all those horrible stairs, he would wear himself and sleep wherever he could. But, she would not mention any of that to Samara. She didn't want her to think she always lost her pets!

She nodded her head as the younger girl spoke. The common room. Destiny missed that. And her bed in the dorms. And the Great Hall. And all that food.. she was getting distracted. Shaking her head a little, she turned her head out the window, trying to spot an owl. She missed her owl, too. "I leave my owl at the owlery during breaks. He seems to like it better there; every time I try to bring him home, he just flies his way back."

Weird owl.

Finishing off the chocolate frog, Destiny reached her hand back in the bag and took out another. "I'm a little excited, I guess. It's my last year, so I'm excited for that. But I am NOT excited about taking my NEWT's this year. The OWL's.. they almost killed me." And the NEWT's will probably finish her off.

Samara nodded as Destiny spoke peering out the window looking to see if her owl was around. "I can't keep Kennedy in the owlery. He always finds his way back to me. I think he likes to play with Aslan too much to stay away."

Leaning down, Samara gently put Aslan into her bag smiling as he curled up falling asleep. She wrinkled her nose at the mention of OWLs and NEWTs and was secretly excited she was only a third year. "I can't imagine what i'll do when it's my last year here. I don't even like to leave just for breaks so never having to come back...I don't know."

When Alexia got on the train with her familiar Savannah,a cat. she was looking for an empty or a half-filled compartment for her to sit, Alexia saw a compartment with 3 girls, she smiled shyly and asked "Hi, Is there still enough space inside? coz the other compartments are quite packed already, But I understand if you'll say no "

"Hi, how are you?" William asked the girl. " Ready for HogWarts?" William asked the girl. " I could use some compay' Williamtold the girl. " My name is William Starr' he introduced himself to her.

" Looks like I will ask you the same questions" William told the girl. " How are you?" William asked the girl. " Ready for HogWarts?" William asked the girl." My name is William Montcenaggio aka William Starr.

Danielle was sitting between the twins, they were the only ones she knew from there."yes it will be" she said as she took a book out "I'll get to finish my book" when she started reading she could imagin all the horrid things josephine would do to her if she started reading instead of getting to know josephine's friends. With a sigh she closed the book and smiled at the rest of the people she was sitting with "hi, I'm danielle, its nice to meet you all. Jo has talked a lot about you"

Elizabeth took a seat in a spot that was completely empty. She hated to be alone but it was the only spot left. So she just waited for another student to come.

Coming out of one of the compartments, Kurumi nearly collided with a girl that was passing by who looked, well, like a baby Augurey that had been forced out of its next and was now sitting in the middle of a wide open space. Good thing she hadn't run into the poor thing, that certainly would not have helped make the girl feel more welcome.

"S-Sorry about that," Kurumi stammered, bowing slightly to her. Hopefully she hadn't startled her. She looked like she could use a cookie, but Kurumi would wait before thrusting her cookie tin at her. "Can I help you? You seem to be looking for something...or someone."

Maxwell took a seat on the other side of Josephine. "It will be a good ride! Is there anyone in here we could share our adventure with, Josie? I'm sorry i didn't ask is it ok if I call You Josie?" He said with excitement. "Hello, Danielle. I'm Maxwell what book are you reading?"

Evangeline finally found Sarah seated in a compartment with a few other people. Sheepishly she knocked on the window and went inside.

"Hey Sarah, Is it still ok if i sit with you?" She asked, she took a quick peek at the other people in the compartment but didn't know them. She took a seat, then she introduced herself to the others, "Hello, I'm Evangeline," She said with a smile.

Josephine giggled "YUP! Danielle don't take out those books, we won't be needing them" she took her friend's books. She then looked at Maxwell and smiled "Josie's fine, my brother calls me Josephine and Dani calls me Jo, you can call me Josie"

Luna followed Presley into the carrage ''It's so much work isn't it but it's worth it if we're going back to Hogwarts'' Luna grinned

Jerrod directly walked towards the middle to find an empty compartment. Gosh.. There is no empty compartment, he thought.
Then he finally found one, he seated down and unpacked his sandwiches his mom had given him and he started eating. Peanut butter, his favourite! Thanks mom, he thought and ate the rest of the sandwich. He decided to leave on incase he would get hungry later on.

He started to think wheter if he would find any new friends or not.. Jerrod didn't have many friends and was quite shy. No one probably wanna befriend me.. Just like always. He thought and sighed.

Ness walked onto the train carrying all her luggage. It was alot to carry. She was carrying her trunk, her guitar that was in its case and she was also carrying her Owl Aya which was in her cage. Luckily she didn't have to carry her pymy puff Puffles as he was in his usual spot on her shoulder. Her sister Juliet was supposed to be following her as Ness had to be a good sister for a change and she had to look after her little first year sister.

Around midway walking down the corridor Nessie found a compartment and headed inside. She put all her stuff down quickly letting her hands relax. She then took a seat and waited for her sister to do the same.

Julie hurried after Ness. Going too quickly, as usual, she thought, frowning. She didn't see what the rush was. She never did, that's why she was always late. She struggled into the compartment after Ness, pulling all her bags after her and collapsing next to her sister. She grinned as she realized that they were finally on the train!

Ness looked at her sister as she took a seat next to her. "You'll be fine." she said. Her sister seemed nervous and Ness didn't blame her. It was scary going to Hogwarts and being away from home for such a long time. "I'll look after you." she had no option, but even if she did have an option she would have looked after Juliet no matter what.

She thought of the whole story that had happened to Damien. She hoped he was okay after all he had got punched in the nose by Isobel's brother. Ness didn't understand why Isobel's brother did so..but she was sure there was a good reason.

"Hello! Im Hayley, are these seats taken?" Hayley said smiling at the girl, she seemed to be in an empty compartment. And the girl seemed nice, so she waited for the reply.

Julie yawned. Her sister had been saying that the whole day. She straightened in her seat and carried on quizzing Ness about Hogwarts. She had to know ALL about it before she got there. She hated not knowing what was what; she loved knowing exactly what to do beforehand. What happens after the.. Feast thing? How will I know where my house is? She stowed all her bags above the seat as she waited for Ness to answer.

Julie didn't seem to be interested with what Ness was saying. She was obviously more interested about what Hogwarts was about. Nessie hated explaining things, but it seemed like Julie wasn't giving her options. "There are prefects to sort you out and if you get into Hufflepuff I could help you out." Ness was sort of hoping Julie was going to get into Hufflepuff, it would just be so much easier for her, but considering they both had a mom in Griffindor it was a possibility Julie could end up in the red house or anywhere else.

Ness thought of how all her friend were going to react when they saw she had a sister. She hadn't exactly told many people about her sister yet, but they would find out soon enough. She looked outside the window and gave Puffles indigo fur a stroke. She then turned to her owl and opened her cage to give her some owl treats.

Hmm, so Professor Lafay didn't own a pair of rocket powered heels, that's somewhat disappointing.. Kimalia's trance in reading stopped as soon as she heard the compartment door open. Was there someone trying to get in? Looking up she saw a pleasant and well groomed looking girl enter with.. a lizard. Kimalia's eyes widened. Oh gosh, I'm going to have to shake her hand after she touched that.. But that would be so rude if I denied her entry when she's already inside, and the girl didn't appear to look like she would roll around in the mud in her spare time.

"Oh hi.." Her eyes fell onto the lizard in her hand, "Is that your pet?" Scared? Not really, but she certainly hoped it was domestic. She would not forget the time her brother charmed an over-sized lizard in her closet, she had to burn the dress later that it housed itself in.

Alyssa walked down the corridor trying to find a compartment. She finally decided that if the next compartment had room, she was just going to sit in it. She was tired of dragging her stuff around. When the next compartment came up, dragging her trunk, her broom and her Owl Shannia in her cage, she backed into the next compartment and turned to see Nessie and another student who resembled her sitting in it.

"Oh dear, I didn't know that this compartment was taken. I'll leave and find another one if you prefer to be alone together". She knew what she had promised herself but she didn't want Nessie thinking that she was stalking her. But she had to find a seat soon becasue she also had to go look for Rose who simply had disappeared. Rose had told her to go ahead and find a compartment for the both of them, while she stopped to chatter but that she would catch up with her later.

Looking around for a place to sit, Emma found a compartment to the right which was completely empty except for a girl about the same age as her. Knowing she had to sit somewhere, she opened the door and asked "Do you mind if I sit here? Everything else seems full.

"When can I meet some people?" Julie asked eagerly. She didn't know very many wizards or witches, and hardly any that she DID know were her age. She hoped to meet lots of new people soon. But she didn't know how things worked around here, and didn't want to do anything... abnormal.

Julie smiled up the stranger who had walked in and waited expectantly for Ness to do the introductions.

Rose staggered up to Alyssa. 'Painkillers didn't work.' she mumbled. She saw Nessie in the Compartment and wondered whether she should ask to speak to her alone. 'Um. Hi, Nessie.' Rose said simply, still clutching her head.

Faina looked around. Searching for her friends Jordan and Ella. Where were they? Not seeing them anywhere, she decided to head to her compartment in the back of the train.
