Anna was glad that the girl calmed down and even smiled. "Thank You. Anna enough old name, which is very popular in Russia. It means fairness and kindness. My mother is Russian, and the father of an englishman and he often calls me just Ann or Ani." She lowered her eyes and correct her bracelet with red stones said "And that's Plumeria very unusual and beautiful name. It has some special meaning?"

" The flying professor is the tops? Sounds cool!" Anna smiled "If I can overcome their problems with a broom, then be sure to I'm join you next year! Only now I'm believe in this weak ." She said laughing. "But you're doing great! I am sure that you all will turn out!"

"I agree with you." She said with a nod "Every man to his door." She smiled and looked before her as if thinking about something. "But in my case I'm tired of being a loner. Therefore, in this year actively arms with the questions to all who will be on my way." She said it and laughed. "But to be honest the past three years, I was simply closed in myself. Then I didn't want company, I had letters from the parents. But now something has changed." In her eyes filled with sadness. "I just realized I lost three years in vain. Be a loner difficult and dangerous, because these people too many dig in their soul." She said and smiled at him, but her eyes remained sadness.

He listened to her intently as she spoke about being by herself for the most part of her 3 past years.Adam didn't think it was the best way of living,but some people,more than others,found happiness being on their own path in life,rather than having to be in a big bunch of crowd.But it was always good to have a few good,grounded friends to keep company along the way.

"Well,you have three years to make up for that,don't you?At least you didn't realize too late.Hogwarts is too much of a fantastic place,people,to be studying,an wandering around on your own." But he could sense,see that yet there was still something knawing at her soul.He didn't want to put pressure an speak about it to her unless she wished to herself.

Josephine nodded "I would've liked to start with DADA"



Josephine smiled "To show me, I was being terribly loud with my brother, he conjured it so we would shut up, wolves are cool animals" she said with a dreamy look on her face.

He spoke and she seemed to wake up. "Three years? A whole life trying to make friends and make they tired of me!" She smiled and then realized that maybe too much tells about himself "I guess I too explicit for the first meet, yes? "

Charles didn't notice her blink a few times because of his slightly weird overwhelmed 'hello', he didn't even notice that he'd said something out of the ordinary. Talk about ignorance. But then the girl told him that she was doing light reading on Dragons. Huh? What? "Why dragons?" He asked her curiously. He had never known a girl to be interested in Dragons.

"Charles Fitzgerald" Charles introduced himself grinning widely at her, not noticing her hesitation, her name sounded vaguely familiar but Charles couldn't place it. He extended his hand for her to shake, noticing her features for the first time. He wondered slightly if she were foreign or not, but then decided that it didn't matter, she seemed nice enough actually every girl was nice enough so Charles didn't question it.

Adam gave another nod of the head. He definitely wouldn't put himself up to be a Herbologist when he got older, but he figured he could manage enough to get by somewhat decently in the class. It was good to know that the Professor made things easy to follow, because sometimes a normally hard subject could become so much simpler if the Professor found an easy way of explaining it. "Well that's good to know," Adam said with another little half smile. "Sometimes the professor can make all the difference."

Adam gave Kurumi an empathetic frown...he knew what it was like to just get that kind of vibe from people. He didn't know the Herbology professor yet, so he couldn't really judge, but he had had professors in the past that had just oozed with the "I don't like you at all" vibe when he was around them. "I'm sure it will be alright," Adam said with an encouraging little nod of the head. "And if she doesn't like someone as nice as you, well then, there's no chance that she's going to like me," Adam added on thoughtfully with a little chuckle. Although really in classes Adam was more of a listener and doer than a talker. He just learned the best that way...

"Yes I'm loving it!" said Willow as she blinked and took a sweet out of the bag Ella was holding. "Thankyou, what are they?" she asked with a slight laugh. Willow had never seen sweets like these before! She assumed they were muggle sweets.

"This place? It is perfect!"Tiffany replied with her eyes opened wide." It was the most spacious place I have ever seen and the decorations were all very beautiful.I love it very much!"she smiled.

"Hi Sage! Nice to meet you!" Tiffany greeted her cheerfully. She was tired because she had just attended her first charms lesson. It was hard to understand though."Hey everyone! Have you started your lessons yet?"

Max laughed at what Josephine had first said. "I wish My Dad was a wizard. or at least a nice muggle. I went to the zoo with My family a few times and saw the wolves there, they're such big creatures. Although I'm sure they'll seem tiny compared to some of the creatures here at hogwarts."

Why dragons? Had this boy really just asked her that question. "Why not dragons?" she asked innocently, blinking her almond shaped violet eyes a few times. "Dragons are one of the most fantastical beasts there is. They are intelligent, can fly, breathe fire, have amazing protective instincts, are powerful..." She could go on and on for hours to be completely honest, but she had just met the boy and didn't want him to think of her as too much of a nerd. But, it was probably already too late for that. "I've actually been considering a career as a dragonologist, so I thought expanding my reading about them would be a good idea." Really though, being any sort of magizoologist would be fascinating to Kurumi.

Her cheeks flushed and she immediately looked down at her shoes for a few moments. "S-S-Sorry, I tend to get a bit carried away when it comes to creature studies."

Oh phew, he had initiated the hand shake. One less thing that she needed to worry about then. "Lovely to meet you," she smiled, accepting his hand and shaking it gently.

Merlin was that an understatement. Kurumi generally did well in all her classes, but Potions was always one that she was a nervous wreck through. Yes, she did well enough to be able to brew her potions properly, but she did so shaking like a leaf. The reason? Dragon Lady. No matter how many classes she took or how many times Kurumi spoke to the woman, the little lioness always felt like she was going to collapse due to wobbling knees. Sure, the woman was brilliant, but she was also terrifying. "No statement has even been more true," she nodded, a nervous smile drawn across her lips.

Kurumi blushed, even if he hadn't meant his statement as a compliment. "I am sure you don't stutter as much as I do around meeting new people," she said with a soft giggle. "Besides, you seem plenty nice yourself. I don't imagine many people dislike you."

Ronnie smiled. "It's good to know they'll get along." she said. "Good luck on getting them homes!" Ronnie said giving Rose a pat on the back.

Adam supposed that maybe it would be a good idea to go and introduce himself to all the Professors, just so he could get a feel for them, but he had been so busy wandering around the castle just trying to get acquainted with everything that he wasn't really sure when he was going to have the time. From what he had heard though Professor Lafay, the Potions Professor was definitely someone that he should avoid at all costs. "I haven't gotten around to introducing myself to all the professors, but I hear Professor Lafay is kind of frightening," Adam said with a little frown. After all she had been the most sour looking professor at the staff table when Louisa was pointing out the professors to him.

Adam noticed that Kurumi's cheeks had blushed at his compliment. Well...it seemed like she was just as modest as him, and if Adam was able to blush he probably would have blushed right then as well. "I may not stutter but that doesn't mean I'm not collapsing from nerves on the inside," Adam said with a laugh before giving Kurumi another smile. "And..um...thank you." Adam knew there were some people out there that were not a particularly big fan of him, but he figured that as long as he didn't focus on them, maybe they wouldn't be as noticeable.

Arabella-Marie entered the common room after saying the correct password she was glad to be back at Hogwarts and she hoped to chat to friends and housemates soon

"You liked it?" Ella asked, feeling very schocked. She thought Sage would hate them because they were muggle sweets and were very boring compared to the type of sweets he was used to.

"Yeah I have some more, help yourself." Ella said putting the bag on the table after taking one for herself.

"They are Haribo, muggle sweets." Ella said. "My mum told me to bring them to share with my friends." Ella was now sort of wishing that her mum hadn't because the sweets were obviously really strange to her new friends. She thought whilst bringing her knees up to her chest.

"Yeah it feels so much like home! Do you have ay pets?" Ella asked Tiffany.

"Oh, I was named Plumeria because of my eyes. It means purple flower," answered Plumeria, pointing to her plum-coloured eyes. "And my middle name is Krysanthe because of my hair," (she pointed to her golden blonde locks) "And it means golden flower," Plumeria chuckled. Its a lot to remember, but my mum is the kind of witch who likes the names of flowers, colours and precious gem stones." She smiled at the thought of her mum. She loved her a lot, but Pluneria couldn't help but notice that she'd always bonded more with her dad.
"So, what have you been up to lately?" She asked Anna, putting her parents out of her mind. "Do anything fun for the summer holidays?"

"My parents love to travel so that I normally am with them. In these summer holidays I was in India." Anna lowered her eyes and thought for a moment, as though remembering this summer. "There is very nice and a lot of interesting traditions. And finally my dream has come true! I had ride on an elephant! That was really the indian elephant!" The expression of Anna's face had the expression of universal happiness "But somehow I did not even tan. My mother said that the peculiarity of the skin and it is in our family inherited through the female line." She dissatisfaction with the examined her hands milky-white color. But as you spent this summer?""

"Yeah I ok just missing my uncle is all. What is the whole thing about Quidditch? I saw the shop the Diagon Alley so I know it has brooms but thats all I know." Ivan looked at the calender and saw that it was the day for Charms class.

"She is a spotted owl. I found her when I was nine, I think, and she was hurt real bad. I fixed her up tried to let her go but she had gotten attacked by then. So now she is a good companion." Ivan started to think about her good friend Moon.

"My summer was great!" Exclaimed Plumeria enthusiastically. "Me and most of my siblings went to stay with my grandma and granddad for most of the summer. They're house is so big!" A lot of the good times that happened at her grandparents' house had begun to flash back to Pluneria as she remembered them. "My brothers annoyed me too much though," she finished, remembering two of her brothers Malachy and Tony annoying her to the extent where she wanted to hex them into oblivion.

Rolling her eyes, Thea moved aside so her pushy cat squished in beside her on the armchair. Opening her Herbology textbook, Thea's eyes found the paragraph she had been looking for. Another year at Hogwarts.. another year of wandering around mostly on her own msking idle chit chat with her fellow students. Her only close friend was Hemo, but she would of liked a few more. Thea was head strong, stubborn and proud. People weren't often that keen..

Josephine smiled "Yeah, I think there are centaurs over here, but I don't think they like humans, since centaurs don't like people treating them as horses and tha's exactly how everyone treated them..." she lowered her eyelids as if tp remember something "I went to a zoo once too!"

"I'm the only child in the family." Said Anne dreamily. "But I would very much like a brother or a sister. It seems to me that the more the family so it was friendly and fun." She smiled. "All your brothers and sisters were studying at Hogwarts?"

Maxwell smiled at Her excitement. "Are zoo's strange in the Wizarding World?" Maxwell wasn't sure if it was a stupid question but He didn't spend much time with other Wizards growing up.

Ivan grabbed his spell book, wand and his robe then walked through the portrait hole and down to the charms class.

Right. Still not going to looook, she thought to herself. Nope. Lexi brushed her fringe from her eyes and stood up a bit straighter and cleared her throat. "The claims lists and all that will be posted in the Yearbook offices soon. Be sure to check in and all that," she said and then turned her body somewhat away from the younger girl. Yep. This was Lexi shutting people out.

Lexi rocked back on the heels of her shoes and sighed once more. "Oh...fine, fine. Just really busy getting things in order and what not. The first week back is always so frustrating for me... I reckon I should go to my dorm and get some things straightened and what not... I will catch you around, though. Soon," she said with a smile and a nod before turning to leave.
