Temporary Healing Room Three
 

Connor found himself dragged into the room, his back and right arm burned to a crisp, He had multiple burns and cuts and bruises and his right arm had been doused in shrinking solution and was the size of one belonging to a newborn baby. He moaned in pain as he came up from that whirling blackness only to cry out in pain and be sucked in once more.

Dani followed him in- she was concerned about him- even though she still had the bruises from that incident. She sighed as she helped him down onto the little bed- "Rest Connor" she said softly as she stayed by him, she looked down at him and sighed- not sure why she was doing all this. He'd been so mad at her and that had scared her deeply. But he really was her best friend- she couldn't just... abandon him- they needed each other. She sat back, not wanting to be an obstruction to the Healer- she couldn't have just let Connor come in here alone then right then.

Connor moaned in pain. He began to come around some. The pain was awful and tears were falling down his pale cheeks. The tracks of his tears wound around burn marks and cuts and bruises. He couldn't speak or do anything but cry. He wished for the swirling black vortex to swallow him up again.

Connor's eyes flew open He laid his head back and groaned in pain. He spotted a bottle of pain relief potion floating in the air, if he could have grabbed it he would but he couldn't with one burned arm and ons shrunken one. "C-could someone give me something for pain please?" He managed softly.

There was an explosion and the hospital wing was flooded with injured students. Heather heard about it; don't really know how, but she just came to know.

and she had heard that Kurumi and Connor had been brought to the wing. She couldn't find Kurumi as of the moment when she dashed in, worried of her friends, wishing she were there with them, but then again, being stuck in an explosion wasn't the best idea-but she did want to be beside her friends.

She was looking arond quickly, in hopes of finding any of her friends, when she heard a familiar voice say a familiar name and a moan coming around that also sounded familiar. She headed for this cubicle and to her surprise, found Connor-badly wounded, and was being taken care of by the healer...and Dani was also there.

Seeing Connor increased Heather's worry. He was in terrible shape and was in quite a pain-and she then thought of Kurumi-and she thought if she was also in the same state, which increased her anxiety. She cried; her eyes getting teary. "CONNOR!" she called as she leapt nearer, passing Dani and to Connor's side. "BIG BROTHER! I'M HERE!" When he comes to and is finally all right, she'll stay a bit and then look or Kurumi.

Why did this have to happen to her precious friends?

Connor patted her hand with his burned left one which hurt terribly but he needed the touch, the closeness. "Hey no tears...Little sis..." He gasped through the pain.

Dani picked up a nearby pain potion and carefully gave it to Connor- "I hope that helps" she said softly as she turned to see Heather. "Hey" she said softly, they'd have to have that girl round at her Dad's at some point, she seemed to mean a lot too to Connor, oh well- she'd ask about that later as she turned back to Connor. "Yeah, you got two very worried little sisters here" she said softly to Connor, hoping to bring him round a little more.

Heather took his hand gently and saw that it was burned. He told her not to cry and sounded like he was having quite a hard time talking as well. She pouted, but then shook her head, wiped her tears with her sleeves and put on a rather forced but sincere smile. Connor would want to see her smiling, not crying.

"okay..." she softly said. "How's this?" she asked, pointing to her smile. "Big brother...you'll be all right...okay? just...hang on..."

...and she heard Dani say 'hey'. Heather turned around and was surprised. She didn't quite notice Dani at first, but she was too absorbed in seeing her big brother so much. She bit her lip and furrowed her brows and bowed apologetically. "S-sorry big sis...i didn't see you...i was so worried...of big brother..." she turned back to Connor as she held his hand in hers.

Connnor took the pain potion as best he could and smiled. "Thank you Healer Moretti."

He turned to Dani and Heather. "I think you two should go for now, I'll see you when I'm better." He whispered as close as he could come to speech without coughing. He closed his eyes and tried to rest.

Connor closed his eyes and breathed deeply coughing up blackness and gasping He tried to breathe again, it was a bit easier but it still hurt and he still coughed. He whimpered and tears fell as his burns began to hurt again. he wondered if his half veela skin was more sensitive than that of a full human wizard. He breathed and cried silently.

"My back, my neck and my right arm and hand." He whipered through gritted teeth in pain. "Healer Moretti, I'm half Veela, will this cream work on my skin?" He asked softly.

ooc: He shouldn't be having more pain if he drank the potion she gave him.

"Of course it will, it's my job to know these things, now just relax." Luck for him, she had LOADS of extra practice with all the other burns she'd healed already. It took a mere few minutes before she'd healed them all.

"There, not even a single scar or blister. Feel better?"

Connor nodded 'Thank you! I think I'll be perfect when my left arm is the same size as my right." He said softly

Connor got up and hugged her. "Thank you Healer Moretti. I appreciate all the time you've taken to care for me." He whispered. "I tried to pull my friend Kurumi Hollingberry out of the fire. Is she ok? Could I possibly see her for a moment?"

Connor nodded. "Thank you again." he left to go to bed himself.
