"Your father's on Muggle TV? What is a TV?" Mordred frowned. He doesn't know much about the muggle world. "If you haven't met your father, then your parents must be living separately." he said. Mordred then wondered how difficult it would be if he didn't know his father. He was just thankful that he's got the best. "I-I'm sorry to hear that." he said, feeling he somewhat crossed the line. Mordred looked around and saw that some of the older students were already heading for their dormitories. "Maybe I should go now." he said standing up. "Thanks for letting me stay. I'll see you around!" he said waving as Mordred made his way up to the Slytherin's table. |

"Oh Merlin… I'd best not mess up, then," said Braeden with a chuckle as Emma considered a new sort of punishment for him. He preferred the spend-every-second-of-the-day-with-her 'punishment'. And then she was asking if he'd join the quidditch team. Hmmmmmmm. "I dunno, I'd have to be pretty passionate about a sport to actually join a team… I usually just play for fun," said the boy honestly. Sure, he loved football and all other muggle sports, but at the end of the day he was more of a huge movie fanatic and an aspiring director who wrote his own scripts. Not an athlete. He was too clumsy for that. "What about you?" he asked the girl. Surely she'd at least thought of joining, no? |
I'm more worried about my OOC Quidditch abilities than about Hugo's XD Quote:
"Yeah we kinda are," Hugo said. "It's pretty annoying for ourselves too because we always want everything to be perfect the first time we do it and when it doesn't work..." Hugo put his spoon his pudding and it split into parts. "Well let's just say you don't want to be around me when that happens..." Quote:
What was that? Her abilities. Hugo leaned in a bit too and almost whispered back. "W-what abilities?" Baking? Her father wanted to make her control her baking? Surely not, everyone enjoyed Kurumi's cookies. Well, not those stinky Slytherins but every nice person did. Right? Or was it about something else? "Ah yes Mr. Ikenna," Hugo said remembering his extreme curiosity towards the man. But now he was extremely curious as to why he decided to just leave. So there was extra security needed for just ONE year? They surely needed more security with this wale which could blow up any minute. And not to mention the extremely cool looking ship that appeared out of nowhere. "I wonder where he went," Hugo said. |

The blonde shone him a grin and smirked. "Yes, it is quite an evil punishment," she cried, laughing. Gosh, she needed to improve her punishments. Emma (generally) wasn't the type of person to punish someone. Muahahahaha. Emma listened to Brae as he explained that he preferred to play Quidditch for fun. The blonde fourth year nodded, understanding what he was saying. The blonde grinned widely as he asked her the same question. "YES! Well I'm going to try out for the team. If I don't make it- oh well. It will be okay, I've survived two years without being on a school Quidditch team." she explained, shrugging her shoulders at the last bit. It would be all right. If she didn't make it that meant spending more time with Brae, Alex, Fee, Ellie, Di, and Finbar. That would be fun indeed. The blonde tried to think of what hobbies SuperBraemen had told her about.. SpiderMan? MOVIESS!! OOH! "So how has your director thing been going? With the movies and stuff!?" she exclaimed. |
Quote:
"I'm pretty sure you'll make it," said the boy with a nod. "I'm no pro," he added with a soft chuckle, "But I've seen you play when you were coaching me, and you're really good, Em." Nod nod nod. Yep yep yep. She was definitely going to make it into the team if she tried out; Brae could bet his left arm on it. And then she was asking him about his 'director thing'. He laughed lightly at the way she phrased it all, obviously being a pureblood she wasn't as completely familiar with the terms and all as he was. He was also surprised she'd remember his addiction to films, though. "It's been going well, I wrote a couple more scripts over the summer… My dad got me some equipment so I can start filming some stuff, at least just for fun and to get the hang of being behind the camera… It's pretty cool. My goal right now is to visit some studios in London, get a sneak peek at how filming usually goes," he said, brown eyes turning rather dreamy as he thought about this. Of course, the best thing would be to visit Hollywood some day, but Braeden knew that wouldn't be happening any time soon. For now, he'd have to see the way the entertainment industry worked in his little England. |

Emma listened to each word SuperBrae said as he described his passion for films. Every word seemed so warm and full of excitement. She liked that. "Awesome! Scripts? That's amazing SuperBraeman! Sneek peak at studios? I don't know much about the film business, I bet you could get a sneak peek." she exclaimed, winking at him. "And your probably amazing at it." The blonde grinned widely and looked over at the Ravenclaw table and to her surprise, she thought she saw Ellie. Wait.. O.o.. No... it wasn't Ellie. A lot of people had left the Great Hall and so she thought maybe it was time for Brae and her to go too. "Hey Brae, if your finished with dinner. Do you want to head to the Lake?" she asked, smiling. |
Quote:
"Mmm-hmmmmm," said Braeden with a nod as Emma exclaimed enthusiasm over everything he'd just said about his movie addiction. Hehe. Good to see he hadn't bored her to death. "Thank you," he said, "Maybe when I finally get to produce and direct my own movie in the future, I'll save a spot in the cast just for you," he shared, flashing the girl at his side a lopsided grin. That'd be so awesome, to finally get to achieve his dream, and to be able to share it with a good friend like Emma. Yeah, it'd be pretty epic. And then Emma was suggesting they go to the lake. Ooohh? Braeden's eyebrows raised slightly at the suggestion before he pretty much jumped out of his seat, as if it had suddenly caught on fire and burned his bum. "You've read my mind!" he announced with enthusiasm before suddenly turning around, his back facing Emma this time. "Your carriage awaits, m'lday," he said with mock formality. It was an invitation for Emma to hop onto his back, he'd give her a piggy back ride out to the grounds. It'd be fun. |

And then the adorkable Gryffindor jumped up as if he was on FIRE!! Emma grinned as he exclaimed about her reading his mind with a ton of excitement. She loved how energetic he was. The blonde's brown eyes sparkled as SuperBrae offered her a piggyback ride. Oh, if Orabelle caught her, she would go around the school telling everyone about it. But, Emma didn't care. She was with Brae, so Orabelle and any other formal Slytherin could just go away. "Why thank you my lord. "she said, chuckling as she got on his back. She felt taller already. "You ready? Charge!" she exclaimed, giggling. |

"Rex is such a wonderful guy, how could anything like that have happened?" He deserves way more, she thought. "How often do you get to see him? He could really use a friend like you." She smiled encouragingly. |
