This large piece of land resembles somewhat of those muggle football (soccer) fields. Feel like playing a game with some friends? Go on and borrow some equipment from Mr. Stryker and play! Anything can be played on this field.

{ooc: I do not require that you post at the hut, asking for equipment. You may pretend that he gave you equipment to use, however you may not roleplay my character talking/doing anything.}

He laughed a bit. "No, it's fine. One of my best friends is from America, so she says it all the time." he said. "So what was it like in France?" he asked. Every since Mina transfered he'd been interested in it. Plus, with all the Beauxbaton girls here last term, Carter couldn't help but be interested.

Her eyes got big when he mentioned getting kicked out...she still had the smile on her face but her eyes were huge....a trouble maker and they let him in Hogwarts...and he seems normal and not like he would cause too much damage... "O you have a sister...how old is she?" Satine asked still bouncing the ball on her knee. "O no not a trouble maker....well then I better stay away from you cuz I don't want you to rub off on me...I'm innocent and sweet." she said with a little wink.

"O me?...well I'm not too exciting..." she said making a funny face, "Ummm...well I'm from Texas originally and I've gone to Hogwarts for five of my six years....last term I was a member of the Wizarding World Study Abroad program so I missed last year....and I'm a meta..." she said the last quickly because everyone always lingered on that one.

Isobel walked over to the edge of the field with Satine and took a big drink from her water bottle. She sat in the grass and took occasional drinks. Since Satine was talking to Tyson, she turned to Dallin. "So, Dallin," she said. "Where are you from?"

Dallin jogged over to Satine, accepting a water bottle from her when she offered them. He took a long drink from it, then squirted a lot of it over his head. He shook his head, messing up his hair in the process. Then, he grinned, ready to get back to the game.

Butttt Satine and Tyson had started talking. Dallin sighed quietly, impatient, and took another drink. He was just reaching for the soccer ball when Isobel started talking to him.

"Oh!" he said, slightly startled, looking at her. "I'm from Florida; born and raised there." He shifted his weight on his feet, looking down at them for a second before looking back up. "What about you?"

Satine smiled at the other three players...she didn't want to rush them but she also didn't want too much of a break...She was sure her body would give up on her if she took too long.

She waited for a break in the convo. "Hey ya'll wanna give it another go?" she asked throwing the ball at Dallin. "What are we going to?"

Dallin looked at Satine just in time to see a ball heading for his face. He caught it, bouncing it a few times in his hand as he raised an eyebrow at Satine. "You up for it?" he teased. He picked up his water bottle again, and squirted more water on his head. He squirted some on the front of his shirt, then set the bottle down on the ground.

"Let's go," he said cheerfully, dropping the ball on the ground. He dribbled it between his feet, then kicked it in Isobel's direction.

Maybelle looked down at her cupcakes, No one wanted one, and she had plenty. She felt unloved and not epic like Katie, the epic cupcake girl. *sniffle sniffle* Maybelle felt bad, like her cupcakes were going to go to waste. Pleeeease someone take a cupcake. She thought.

For some reason, Elle ended up coming to the Playing Field. This piece of land stretched many hectares away, you could barely see what was on the other side (well... not literally). She was amazed at how beautiful Hogwarts was. She had never seen a place so clean and in order.

As Elle was strolling along the sidelines, there was girl who looked alone and desperate. And she was holding a tray full of cupcakes. Yummy, fresh from the oven cupcakes.

"Mmm.... I can almost smell the fragrance!" She muttered to herself.

Walking towards the girl, she smiled and greeted her. "Hi, I'm Elizabeth Woods, everybody calls me Elle," The redhead pointed at the student's cupcakes. "Those look delicious. What do you call them?"

Instead, she gave Evan one last smirk and kicked off her dolly shoes (which really were no good for playing football in) before skipping off to fetch a ball.

After picking through the balls for one that was more than half decent, Iris sighed, wondering what she'd gotten herself into.

Dropping the ball on the floor, the prefect let it roll ahead of her. Then, she started to lazily tap it between her bare feet, as she made her way back to Evan. When he tried to steal the ball off of her, then she'd get moving.

Evan rolled his eyes back at her comments of kindness. So what, she had to move that butt at some time, this was no baseball! And it definitely wouldn't hurt to move a few seconds early, would it? She'd thank that she was the one to get the ball, because she could never have won it from him.

Clapping her sarcastically as she coyly brought the ball, he said "Wow, you could walk!" Seriously... he started off a fast sprint just before she was a few metres shy of him, and made his tackle. This was eeeeaaasy and boring.

Alice gave a quick wave of the hand before being pulled off down to the other end of the field by Salander. Once they had settled at a good spot Alice took a couple of steps back, rolling the baseball in her hand lazily as she waited for Salander to situate himself.

"Let me know when you're ready!" Alice said with a smile. This was what she needed: a nice game of catch with her favorite Slytherin. "So, how is your semester going?" Alice asked with a smile. She knew it was O.W.L. year for him and she was sure that had its own set of troubles.

Isobel gave a small smile. Dallin looked a little confused; Isobel suspected that her question was really random, and maybe personal. Oh well. "I'm from France," she replied. "My sister and I were born there. I went to Beaubaxtons for my first two years."

Isobel took one big drink of water before looking over to Satine. "Sounds great," she said. She recieved the ball Dallin kicked to her. She ran down a few meters before getting ready to pass it back to him, but she saw Satine in the way. Isobel ran a little closer and gave a mischevious smile. She put her toes under the ball and kicked it UUUUUP, over Satine's head. Maybe it would work, maybe not. But it was worth a try...and it was fun. Hehe.

Belle was watching the game that was going on. "Wow this looks soo cool!" i can't wait to play with my friend once she shows up. She was waiting on the sidelines for her and had a soccer ball with her. "I guess i can practice before she shows up." she thought and dribbled the ball on her knees.

Alice's mouth fell slightly as Salander brought up her father. "Yeah, I've been writing but...uh...he hasn't really been responding much. My mother left this summer and since then he's just been...distant," Alice said with a little shrug. She was trying not to think about how her father hadn't responded to her last two letters. She knew he was hurting and ever since she had left for school her father had been acting distant.

Demitra suddenly arrived at the Playing Field, alone, like usual. She was always seen wandering around campus by herself. Most of the times, she liked it that way because it would always help her reflect on her own feelings & thoughts better without having to worry about anything else in particular. However, she often found herself thinking of only one person she would always be thinking of every time she was away from home, her older brother.

She noticed that there were a couple of students sitting down on one of benches, so she decided to walk further to join them. She sat near them and began to sing in a low, soothing voice “I got this feeling that you're going to stay
I never knew that it could happen this way, Two of hearts
Two hearts that beat as one
Two of hearts
I need you, I need you.” Demitra had known from the beginning that, unlike most of her family members, she had a special talent in music.
