"The tickling of course," he said with a smirk. He traced his fingers down her side and sighed. "The statement is more true than you realize," he said distractedly as his eyes followed his fingers. |

"Ivan." It was all she could say. She shifted so she could see his face and smiled sadly up at him. "There really isn't much special about me. You'll find someone else," she said in a constricted voice. She wanted to be selfish and tell him to wait for her. But she couldn't do that. She couldn't do it to him or her. She needed to FOCUS. Ivan made it hard to focus. Heheh. |

Hearing his name he pulled his eyes from his hand and looked into her face. His lips twitched and he brought his hand to her face tracing the familiar scar, "You think too poorly of yourself, love. You are very special." And he didn't want to find anyone else but he didn't voice that. He let his fingers move along her cheek and jaw and smiled softly, "I have an idea why not go back to how we were over the summer." Before the train. |

His offer made her eyes fly open. "You think you could do that? Does that mean I can kiss you anytime I want... and taunt you... and make you miserable for my own amusement?" she said jokingly. |
Quote:
Seeing her eyes open and hearing her questions his throat constricted. Could he do that and be able to keep anything more he felt to himself? He didn't have to think long. He probably couldn't separate the two but he would rather have her that way then not at all. "Yes I do and yes you can," he said with a nod as his fingers moved lightly over her lips quickly before returning to her cheek. Oh dear Merlin help him he was a glutton for punishment. |
Quote:
Hearing his answer and feeling his fingers on her lips she smiled as she sat up. Looking at him for a long moment she finally said, "Are you really sure?" Then without waiting for an answer she leaned forward and kissed his cheek gently. |
Quote:
He met her eyes as she looked at him and he swallowed. Was he sure? No. "Yes," was what left his mouth though and he closed his eyes as he felt her lips on his cheek. Sighing happily. Oh yes he was creating his own disaster and was really loving every minute of it. Tilting his head slightly he met her lips briefly and pulled back with a smirk. "So does that furball still hate me?" he asked so she didn't try and question his motives. She had to know better, he should have known better but he didn't care |
Selina turned over the watch in her hand. What exactly was she suppossed to do? She knew that she had to transfigure it into a compass five times, but where even to begin. The first compass she had turned it into was dinky and not very good. But after talking to her mother in the post she now knew that it only got better through practice. She hoping by the fifth time the compass was good enough to show others. So she sat by the window that was near the statue. Then she pulled out her wand. Concentrating on her watche she muttered, "Comletia!" Slowly, but surely, the watch turned into a compass. It was better than the one she had produced in class. It was small and round. The silver arrow was situated in the middle and the glass was somewhat foggy. But for a second attempt it was not bad. Only four more to go, Selina thought as she tucked the compass in her pocket. SPOILER!!: compass |

When their lips met she sunk into the kiss for the briefest moment. Returning his smile she shrugged her shoulders. "Not really sure. She pooped in one of the girl's shoes in my dorm though... There was no way I was cleaning that up though... so she stepped in it," Lexi said with a little giggle. She looked at him for a long moment and then reached out to brush some stray hair off of his forehead and smiled. "I am really glad you are being understanding," she told him. |
Quote:
As she kissed him back he bit back a sigh and closed his eyes smiling to himself as he leaned his head back against the wall. Yup he was crazy but there was no way he could pull himself away from her. "That's kind of gross," he said making a face and shaking his head. Stupid furball. Turning his head to look at her he smiled as she pushed some hair back and he closed his eyes. Understanding...yeah that's what he was. Simply smiling he pulled her against him and held her tightly. "You still need to show me how to have fun," he quietly with a smirk against her ear. |
Quote:
She giggled as he pulled her tighter. Then her lips pulled up into a little smirk. He wanted to see her idea of fun? Heheh. Quick as she could she brought her wand around and cast a silent and SUCCESSFUL Aguamenti in his face. Errupting in giggles she said, "Water fight?" That was always funsies. Since no one else thought fire was as fun as her. |
Quote:
Hearing her giggle brought a grin to his face. He was just so happy to be holding her that he didn't even catch her movement until he felt a blast of water in his face. Well at least it helped to cool him down a bit. Sputtering he ran his sleeve over his arm and pulled his own wand out. "You're on," he said with a smirk. Though...shouldn't they do this outside? "Outside?" |

Sierra headed from the Slytherin Common Room and up flights and flights of stairs, finally ending up somewhere along the seventh floor corridor. She'd only been up here once before, but she'd ended up in the observatory that time. This time, she found herself standing by some--statue. No matter what it was, though, it seemed like a great meeting place for the two of them. It was kind of out of the way and unless she was just looking in all the wrong places, it didn't very heavily populated. She stood out of the way and occasionally glanced up and down the corridor. He wasn't going to be late, was he? |
Quote:
Hands tucked in his pockets, he made his way down from the common room and to the Statue, a light frown of consideration on his expression. Only when he neared the stone carving did he glance up, a slight smile touching his lips as he caught sight of the first year. "Miss Greingoth?" Best to be sure rather than sorry. |
Quote:
She thought she'd taken care of that during one of their owls to one another, but she guessed he was just being polite. She was only eleven-years-old, though, so unless this boy was a professor--which he wasn't--the title just seemed too old for her. "Sierra," she stated, pushing herself off the wall she'd been leaned against. "Sierra is just fine." Was she supposed to call him Mr. Dakest? ...because, she wasn't. "Sabel," she greeted, "is it alright to call you by your first name?" She wasn't sure. He'd called her Miss, after all. Maybe it'd been the way he was taught? She peered up and down the corridor before turning back to him. "Thanks for meeting up with me," she continued. "I'll admit that having another student help me wasn't exactly what I had in mind." She wasn't that great with admitting failure, and it had taken a lot for her to go to Lafay in the first place. "Please don't take that the wrong way," she added, her eyes flashing up to his. She paused for a few seconds before adding, "You're in Aparecium, you know." |
Quote:
He relaxed a little more at the girl's relatively easy composure and couldn't help but smile at her statement. "Ah the Aparecium. Interesting bit of words on parchment. Better than how I was mentioned in them last year." A light, unconcerned shrug left his shoulders. "Personally I found the mention rather amusing this time." A slight tilt had his head on an angle. "Is that...worrisome to you?" |
Quote:
She didn't have to worry about any of that, though. They'd be Sabel and Sierra. She nodded once and then gave him a slight smile....followed by a wrinkle of the eyebrows. "You've been in Aparecium before?" she questioned. "So what happened then?" It may have been a personal question, but wasn't conversation what they were pretty much here for? It seemed like a better question than 'How's the weather?' Shrugging, she said, "I don't think so. Why? Should the current Aparecium mention worry me?" What would it matter to her whether or not Lafay gave Sabel some mysterious assignment? It was probably an extra-credit brewing or something trivial. |
Quote:
A slight shrug of his shoulders left him as he shook his head a little. "As for last year, it was a misunderstanding." More than that; a misunderstanding and invasion of privacy. Not exactly something he wanted to bring mention of back into the halls of Hogwarts. Anything seemed to be reportable and he didn't care to resurrect those ghosts. The glance he spared Sierra said as much, but had a compliance that indicated he would answer her questions if she insisted. "So...is the Aparecium the topic of discussion today?" Because he truly, honestly had no idea what they were supposed to talk about. |
Sorry this took so long. XD Quote:
He didn't seem like he wanted to go into too many details about his Aparecium debut last school year, so Sierra shrugged that off, as well. It was just as well. They weren't exactly hear to discuss the Aparecium and had really only used it as a conversation starter. "Oh, no. It isn't...but I'm not really sure what is," she admitted. "Are you Muggleborn or something?" she added, a second later. "Is that why Professor Lafay sent you to assist me?" ....oh, my. She was...she was the reason he was in Aparecium, wasn't she?! |
Quote:
"She said...she just said you were having a bit of trouble with muggle stuff." He let a slight shrug of his shoulders dismiss the frown in an attempt at appearing non-judgmental. "I'm here to offer another perspective if you want it. I don't know everything, but I'm more than happy to do my best in explaining things." Another shrug left him. "If you want my perception that is." |
Quote:
Had he thought she was hinting toward a prejudice for Muggleborns? He'd gotten all awkward on her for some reason, at least. "I was just curious about your bloodline," she answered, "but only because Lafay chose you to help me." The most common choice for a Muggle tutor would be a Muggleborn, yes? She'd thought so. A few seconds ticked by as she thought about the best way to reply to him. She wasn't exactly sure what to ask--or where to begin, for that matter. "Sabel, I'm--not really sure where to go from here," she admitted. Now it was her turn to shift awkwardly and change her gaze to the floor. "How about--is there anything you think I should know related to what we've been talking about in class?" That would probably be the best starting point. Class was really the only reason she felt she needed to know more about Muggles. |
Quote:
"My apologies, I thought Lafay might have told you my bloodline." He gave a slight shrug of one shoulder to dismiss the erroneous assumption. "I guess, that depends which class you are talking about? Muggle studies or...every other class?" Given they all had touched on muggles one way or another in regards to the Statue. A very strange semester. |
Quote:
"Hey Selina. What're you doing all squished up by the window?" He smiled, but soon grew curious by the mystery object in her hands. "What've you got there?" This could be interesting. |
