Lexi had seen the owls swoop into the Great Hall... the one going to Sabel worried her a bit. Upon seeing him come back to their house table she excused herself and walked over. Tapping his shoulder she said, "May I sit with you for a moment?" Not waiting for a reply she scooted herself right in beside him and looked up at his face.

"What's up with that owl? Was it... I mean, are you okay? Nothing's wrong, right?" she asked in a low tone.

His attention was pulled away from Sophie briefly by the tap on his shoulder. Eyes going up a smile came to his lips at the same time a nod was leaving his head. "Yes of cou--"

Alrighty then. His smile turned into a rapid blink of confusion at the look on her face and the following words. "I...yes I'm fine." Memories serving to remain repressed, yes he was alright. Shifting a little, he glanced at Sophie and then Lexi again, the frown turning into a soft, hesitant smile. Hopefully she recieved the news better than Arya had. Hopefully, he wouldn't have to go through another explanation. "I...got accepted into the Auror training program at the Ministry."

Lexi chewed on her lip as Sabel looked back and forth between she and the female Prefect whom Lexi really did not know. Okay... he was fine... why the blinking and such?

Lexi sat there for a moment and let the news sink in. "Aww Sabel that's amazing! Congratulations! So I take it you will be in London then?" she said as she threw her arms around him. She was happy that he wasn't going off too far... Color her selfish, but she liked the idea of having her best friend in London. Yeah.

Alright, this type of flipping was okay. This was good.

With a slight chuckle, more to relieve tension than anything else, he gave Lexi a one armed hug. "Yeah. London, London and more London." As far as he knew. It was up in the air with such a job though, so perhaps he really shouldn't have worded things that way, but as he saw it everything was in London for the moment.

That was the best news she had gotten where this whole... thing was concerned. She was all smiles as she released him. "I will come visit before term starts back... I will bring Merlin to visit you too. I will be in London when I get back so it won't be a big deal. I mean, if it's okay," she said with a nod.

"Did I tell you that Merlin is going to Greece? I will take pictures and such," she said with a giggle. "I am kind of sure that I will regret taking Wasabi, Juniper, and Merlin with us... but I couldn't see that leaving them behind would be fair either," she said.

Chuckling, Sabel rubbed Lexi's back before letting her go. "Of course its okay. Just give me a heads up." At least he had time to find a place.

The smile turned into a rapid, wide eyed blink. Greece? Slowly it returned, his head shaking a little. "Be careful with him around water. He loves it. Loves swimming." Another chuckle. "Strange cat."

"Oh...it was Nika I told then?" Halle turned to Nika, shrugged and turned back to Emily. "Yeah, to a guy with a huge ego and doesn't like people touching his hair, and he's not that nice of a person. He's the heir of a super rich wizarding family in Korea. I've been suppose to marry him sonce I was born, but I absolutly hate him! I'm already in love with someone else." Halle said. She thought of the plan again and smiled evilly(?). "You see the only reason I was going to go to an elite college after Hogwarts was because of his family. They don't really like the fact that I'm a girl that went to Hogwarts, but they made that exception as long as I go to a really nice college and become something else." Halle began. "But, I don't really want to go to college right now, I want to travel to the places I haven't been and help out there, with my photography. I want to show people the horrors of the outside world. The ones we don't know. That doesn't require going to college. By not going to college they wont make an exception. My brother approved the plan already, he loves it! What do you think?" Halle asked. It was probably a little to much to grasp all at one time, mainly because she babbled it out.

Lexi nodded. Of course she would send Wasabi to him first. Besides... she would have to talk to Sal about it all. He would have to come along, of course. "Well I am not the type to show up unannounced." She liked to make her presence known. Hehe.

"Well he can swim all he wants to then. I won't stop him from that. Hehe. We are taking a portkey to Athens and then a boat to the Isles. With Patroclus and his family. But yeah, I will be sure to take loads of pictures of Merlin on the beach," she said as she grabbed up a dinner roll and bit off about half of it in one go.

"No problem, I have not been missed by many today" Rex told Patroculus." I am not worried about anything" Rex said to Patroculus. " Thanks for the recognition" Rex smiled at Patroculus.

" Glad you will take my advice" Rex told Heather. You are welcome for everything" Rex said to Heather. Watch out for all the boys cutie" Rex smiled at Heather.

" I will never forget you" Rex told Elyon." You are nice to me, too" Rex said to Elyon." Thanks for the big hug" Rex smiled. Rex hugged Elyon back the same way.

" Do not tease me, do not tease me" Rex teased Fee even more this time." Life goes on, it can't stand still for anyone" Rex told Fee." Wow, a graduating party and a wedding in the dame year, how coool is this year" Rex said to Fee." Rex cried a little too."See what you did now" Rex laughed.

He was being strangled.

Jacob gave a good kick at who ever it was. A Nice Good Kick! Take that, Strangler!

Oh, it was Patroclus... obviously... well he deserved. "Never Do that Again... NEVER! Or I Swear, I will hang your butt on the Ravenclaw Mantelpeice" so there.

"Greece?" that seemed... dull... but much better than what Jacob had planned. Though 22 hours of sleep a day would have been nice. "I don't see why not. It seems like a wonderful plan. When are planning on going?" It was a good thing his Grandfather was now mentoring a few new pirates all summer, cause Jacob didn't really want to ask whether he could come, and feel like he was forcing the ancient pirate on the Hudsons

Kurumi watched as Heather put Mr. Panda back in her robe pocket. Bye-bye tiny little panda. "Decided to leave fixing Mr. Panda to more professional wands?" she asked with a slight giggle. Allowing students to try and fix the stuffed panda probably would have resulted in chaos...and a slight remodeling of the Great Hall. Although, a sun roof may have been a nice touch.

Then Kurumi's attention shifted to Kyle making her appearance.

Professor...WHO?! Now, Kurumi wasn't good with names, but she was pretty sure that there was no such professor at Hogwarts unless that was the name for the man eating plant. "Um...sorry...Professor Who?"

"Bishop - sorry, I'm really really bad with names." Kyle admitted blushing deeply. She chuckled. She felt like putting her head in the sand and hiding at that moment - Mrs. So Bad with names she can't remember who is who normally now she would have to fix that soon.

In utter nerves - or more a response to nerves she began to hiccup once more. HI-HIC a double one? She was going to be know as hiccup for the rest of her time here she thought dramatically as her hiccups sounding like yapping dogs. She wondered if someone would ask if there was a dog there.

"Yay. I love Mr. Squides! He is always so nice to me. I bet he will keep me company while you're.... you're... gone." Nika was reminded of why she was so sad to begin with. Water started to fill her eyes once more and she began to sniffle. Her first true friend was going to graduate and leave her. "Rex, do you think you can come and visit us in Hogwarts?" Nika tried to offer a suggestion. She didn't want him to leave, it was just too hard.

"Elyon does that make me a selfish person? For not wanting them to graduate?" Nika asked Elyon with a worried look spread about her face. For some reason Nika liked talking to Elyon about this type of stuff. Although her friend could be a bit odd, she is very wise and thinks deeply and Nika admires that about her.

Nika eyes opened wide. Goblins!?! So that's the language they were speaking when she went to Gringotts to get wizard money. Nika was a bit disappointed to hear that she wouldn't be able to learn sing that gobblethingy. Nika would sing all day if she wanted to, granted its in English of course. "Mermish!?!" Nika's eyebrows were raised even higher, "Wow. I've never seen a real mermaid before. I've only seen them in movies. I knew they are real! Wait till I tell mum about this!" She bounced up and down excitedly. Her sadness was put aside for the moment.

"Yeah really! I wouldn't know anything if it wasn't for you!" Nika cocked her head to the side and raised one eyebrow questioningly. "Hmph. They should believe you! I believe you." Nika held the necklace that Elyon made for her tightly, in her hands. "I didn't want my shoes to get stolen so I've been wearing this every day! I only take it off why I have to shower." Nika bobbed her head up and down.

Nika watched as Emily ate. Her stomach begged for food, but Nika wasn't going to eat. She couldn't even think about food when she knew Rex and Halle were going to leave Hogwarts.

"Yeah, you told me in the dormitories. I'm happy for you Halle." She looked at Halle's face and how glad she looked. Nika forced a small smile even though it was hard. At least someone's happy. Bad Nika bad! Be happy for friend! Smile! Nika is normally such a happy, cheerful, peppy girl, but something wasn't right. Her friends were leaving her. It was always like this. At her old school she would make friends, but they would all leave her too. It's not like Halle and Rex have much of a choice, but the thought of it still made Nika upset.

" I would love to visit you in HogWarts" Rex told Nika. " Unfortunately, I will be busy with work and marriage" Rex said to Nika." I knre you and "Mr. Squides will be so nuce to you and vice-versa" Rex explained to Nika.

Adam got up and followed behind Selina. Something he rarely ever did. Grabbing her from the shoulders he stopped her.

Taking a deep breath he told her.

"I DO CARE!. I just saw Kurumi rest her head inside Salander and it killed me...I felt such a jealous rage..."He explained.

"You know , nothing is enjoyable for me, unless Kurumi is around..I only did itbecause it was the right thing to do. Would you break up with Demitri over a letter miles apart, or together...When the pain is a little bit more bearable?"

Oh yeah, maybe he just turned the tables.

Selina had every intent on leaving the Great Hall, an angry Selina was not a pleasant one, but she felt a pair of hands grab her shoulders. When she was spun around her eyes fell on the figure of Adam. He was standing there and attempted to explain all of his actions. he claimed he cared and that he was doing the "right thing". Unfortunately it was relative if it was right or not. Selina saw not.

Then Selina took the moment to listen to what Adam was saying. He almost had her until. Selina's laugh was so shrill it could freezes the entire room over. Wildly she spat back, "That's rich Adam. Demitri disappeared after the train. You cant compare commitment level. I barely knew him before it ended. you and Kurumi have enough history for effort. but you know I'm not here to tell you how to run your relationships. Actually we aren't friends so why are you doing this?"

Adam had never lost a friend before.

That laugh sent chills down his spine- sure Adam wasn't the greatest guy in the world, but had she no respect , at all for him?

"Put yourself in my shoes...Selina Skylar. Put yourself in my shoes...Maybe then, you will see that life can't always be perfect...I'm sorry, but at the moment there is no happy fairytale ending..

And as for you...I guess not being friends means that we are NOT SIBLINGS ANYMORE!"He said, his voice was broken, on the verge of cracking in speech.

"I can teach you!" Patroclus grinned loudly, that was if grins could make a sound, however he grinned loudly anyway!

"Sí, lo haré! El español es un idioma hermoso!" he rattled off in his rusty Spanish, "We summer there quiet a bit so one naturally picks up the language." It was why he got on so well with Professor Saylen, they could understand one another!

"Gosh I think I may explode," he laughed gesturing at the food.

It was lucky for Patroclus that J like the bird he was had weak chicken legs, he was a beater, not a rugby player! Also that fact that they were ontop of the world; he and his lions, he kinda didn't feel it!


"Well we will drop Sal and Lexi at Santorini about two weeks into the holidays, so Father said he will apparate home to get you!" It was going to a great summer! First he would have SaLexi with him, and then once they were off 'relationshiping' it up on Santorini, he would have Jacob to hang with!

"He also expects that you will man the ship whilst he is diving, he doesnt trust Mother and I with the boat......says were a not Yacht savvy!"

Pfft so what, Pandora had let Patroclus steer....them into a reef.

Elyon was simply glowing, she was so happy! "You must write to me, Rex! Over the simmer, I'll update you on home life, and you an tell me about the dance studio and Renee! Wouldn't that be fun?!" She said rapidly, very excited about having a pen pal!

after Rex returned the hug, Elyon said, "Thank you and you're welcome!" she said with a giggle. "Hugs make everything better! That and ice cream!" Elyon liked ice cream!

Elyon shook her head, and a put a hand on Nika's shoulder. "No silly! You're not selfish! It just means you are a good friend who really cares and will miss your friends. I think it's very sweet of you!" She said truthfully.

When she saw Nika's face fall a little, she piped up, "Don't worry! We'll be able to sing it next term if we learn over the summer!" Elyon giggled when Nika started getting very excited about the mermaids. "Of course they're real! I haven't ever seen one either, but I do know that some live at the bottom of the lake! I read it in Hogwarts, A History my favourite book! Oh, if I told my mum, she wouldn't like it, she hates magic. My daddy's very sick, and if he passes over the summer, Mummy's going to send us to an orphanage. I think he'll be fine though!" She sure did hope so! Hogwarts was Elyon's home and she didn't want to leave it!

"Thank you Nika!" Elyon was super flattered, she was blushing! "I'm so glad to help you! And I'm glad you keep the necklace on! If only I'd been able to make mine before all of my things went missing! But even if people did steal them, they would've returned them by now! So there!" She said triumphantly.

"Thanks, you should be happy too though. It means I might be able to come back more often and visit you over the Holidays. Just give me a call or send me and owl. No matter where I am I'll always be with you two. No matter what." Halle said smiling softly. 'No matter what. Even if something bad happens to me or even one of (hope that never happens) I'll be there.' Halle thought.

For a moment Selina swore she saw a glint, a small sparkle of the Adam she once knew. As quick as it was there it was gone again. He never respected her so why did she expect any different. Why did she always have to be the one to apologize? No more. She was done.

"Look, don't preach happy endings to be Adam Burn. Don't do it. You don't know the first thing about me and my circumstances. All I was saying was that Kurumi deserves better. So sod off.

"And one more thing... family knows when to be forgiving. You never were. So I guess you did get one thing right.... your NOT related to me."

Nika's face fell, but she nodded. "Yeah, work and marriage. I understand." She didn't want to understand. Nika couldn't let him slip out of her life so easily. "Yeah. Mr. Squides." Nika wasn't sure if she wanted to call the squid that anymore either. With Rex gone it just wouldn't have the same effect. "Can we write to each other?" Nika raised her eyebrows in hope.

A small smile made it way unto Nika's face. "You always know the right thing to say." Nika didn't know why she had said it at the moment, but it's true. Nika couldn't stay upset knowing that she had another good friend to keep her company while the rest were graduating.

"Okay! I will try to learn, I really will." Nika made a mental note in her head to learn the language. Of course she wasn't sure how it was going to be done, but she will find a way! She always does. "I always believed in them, but everyone always told me they are not real. Same with unicorns, but professor Saylen says they are real too!" Nika bounced in her seat. Slowly she is getting back to normal.

"Oh. My dad isn't very fond of magic and I don't think my sister likes it very much either. Ever since I got my Hogwarts letter she has been sort of distant." Nika tried not to think of her sister too much because every time she did it just ended in more tears. Maybe her sister is jealous or something? Hmmm... An orphanage?!? "Oh Elyon I'm sure that if anything does happen, I'm sure it won't, that you can stay with me! At my house." Of course her parent's might not agree, but she will find a way to convince them. "And maybe your brother too. I've met him! He's very nice."

"Well people shouldn't steal! It probably is the nargles." Nika nodded her head in agreement. "Everyone I've met here is so nice." Except for those select Slytherins who have been not so nice. "Maybe I can help you look for your shoes?"

"Okay!" Nika started to cheer up. The holidays. They were always there. Maybe she could find a way to spend more time with her seventh year friends then. "No matter what." Nika echoed Halle's words. Only three words, but three very powerful words. She looked around the table and eyed some pudding. "Maybe some pudding can cheer me up some more" She reached over and added some to her plate.

Isobel ran over to the Gryffindor table and sat down by her new friend Nika. "Hi Nika," she said excitedly. "Do you have any big plans for this summer?"

" Ok, I will write you" Rex told Elyon. " I wonder if I should write a newsletter ?" Rex asked Elyon. A lot of the girls he met wanted Rex to write them." I would love to hear about your life inside and outside out of HogWarts" Rex explained to Elyon. What is your favoite flavor of ice cream?" Rex asked Elyon.

"I will owl you with my life" Rex told Nika. " You need to write me, too" Rex said to Nika. " I will try to come and visit you at HogWarts if I get permission to come back" Rex explained to Nika. " Mr. Squides" loves his name" Rex smiled.

"I kinda do...I know what you had to go through with him...How you had to live with that bubbling fear that Demitri could hurt anyone at any moment...

When you told me we were writing letters I knew that was the end. It'd be so much more difficult to end a relationship through letters..."Adam told her.

"Right she deserves better! Because I NEVER paid any attention to her, never understood her, or tried to make things better when she was down...Never cried over my relationship with her when THAT letter came...She deserves better..."HE pleaded one last time.
