"Oh yes! You would be a marvelous dancer on broadway!" Elyon could just imagine Rex being the lead dancer in a musical like Cats. "Thats what my brother says! Oh and Daddy doesn't know, because he's been in the hospital and we don't want to tell him and make him and Mum sad. Well, we tried, but that just made her even more angry...." Elyon didn't like to remember her mother's reaction to their explanation.

"But it's okay! Because when Daddy gets better, Mum won't be scared anymore!" Elyon was sure her dad would get better. She was determined he would, if not she would never see Hogwarts or her friends and brother again. That would be sad....

Jacob gave a small nervous chuckle... people weren't up for jokes today, were they?

"Oh, Alright!" he said, putting his hands up to show his surrender. "I'll admit defeat" or risk getting his head bit off.

Lions were glaring at his all over the place, And Jacob was like a sheep in the midst of a pack of a hundred hungry wolves.... or an intruding bird in a lions den. But Jacob didn't leave... no one would try to go after him... They didn't want to lose those house points that stood between their victory and the Slytherins.

He turned back to Patroclus.... oh look a group hug, Jacob may puke on if they held it for too long. How Could they be hugging... and being sad... it made no sense to him. If anything they should be excited for finally being able to leave the pit of never ending darkness, misery, and studies. But no... they were sad, and in made Jacob was to choke.

"Hey, buddy" he nudged Patroclus. "Whatcha doin' over the summer?" Mid-air sword fights with Jacob on the isle? OOOH! That sounded like fun... Someone was gonna get hurt... and that was always fun. Only if the boy had time... Jacob was so not caring for Standardized exams, and He'd already gotten some much new Strategies, he may work on with the team next term... So This meant Bored Jacob for the rest of the summer.

" Well, I would love to star on Broadway" Rex told Elyon. " Rene would be so happy for me" Rex said to Elyon. " I understand how you feel about your family and I will drop it" Rex smiled.. "So sorry" Rex sighed .

"It'll never be forever. We'll see each other every chance we get. Promise?" $Halle asked holding out her pinkie finger. 'I hope, I can atleast. No, don't think that way, you will!' Halle thought to herself. These were her best friends she couldn't disappoint them. "I found a way to get out of that arranged marrige, girls." Halle smirked she had the perfect idea.

The thin frame of Septimus Galen drifted into the Great Hall. How could the year have gone by so quickly? he asked himself. He noticed Elyon sitting at the table of red-and-gold lions like himself. He trudged silently to her. "Hey, Elyon," he greeted her. "Can you believe how fast this term passed us?"

Selina was beat red with anger. Why she ever trusted Adam Burn was beyond her. She had exposed herself all year to his ridicule and inability to forgive. Now she could no longer continue to do so. She was enlightened to how much she took from Adam with very little return. Ever her returns ended with a onesided apology. No more! Selina had.enough on her plate to worry about....

Then in a rush of things Elyon was there and then hugging her, "Elyie? Thanks, but not right now. I need some time."

"Oh we all would, Rex! I would do my best to save up for front row tickets!" Elyon beamed up at the seventh year. "Thank you for understandinf Rex, but you don't have to drop it. Or be sorry for that matter! I'm just glad that you are here for me while we still can see each other. I'll miss you!"

As Elyon looked towards the door, she recognized one of her only friends coming into the Hall. She waved as he came and sat down by her. "Hi Septimus!!!" She smiled brightly at her friend. "I wish it went by slower. I may not be able to come back next year, but it is most likely that I will in fact return!" She was sure her father wouldn't pass this soon. Her mother would not send them away and she would return home to Hogwarts. "This is the first place I have ever called home." She chirped cheerfully.

Elyon stepped away, a little confused. "But Selina, I may never see you again!" It was almost hurtful that Selina didn't want to see her, because it was very possible that she wouldn't return to Hogwarts. "Okay then, maybe I'll see you later!" Elyon half smiled, and turned around, her long braids swinging around her knees. She drifted back to the table, singing to herself in Gobledygook once more.

"Mr. Squides wants to talk to me?!?!?!" Nika smiled cheerfully for the first time during the conversation. "Mr. Squides is so nice. I'm so happy that you introduced us. Thank you Rex."

Nika gave Elyon a weak smile. "Your right Elyon. I don't know why I'm crying. Nika wiped her wet cheeks with the back of her hand. Taking the glass of pumpkin juice she hugged Elyon softly. [B]"Thanks,"[\B] she said as she took a long sip.

Nika smiled when she heard that Elyon wanted to sing. If anything would be able to cheer her up it would be singing. Nika nodded her head up and down. "I would love to sing with you in- er? Gobblehuh? What's Gobbledygook?" Nika asked raising her eyebrows. She was always learning so much from Elyon. If it wasn't for her Nika wouldn't know anything about nargles. "I'm so lucky I have you to help teach me about wizard stuff like er gobbledegook and nargles! Can you believe that none of my other friends have told me about that stuff? I would be lost without your help!" 


Nika bit her lips in attempt to believe what Emily was saying. Not forever huh? Well Nika wanted it to be forever. She didn't want to grow up and she certainly didn't want Rex and Halle to graduate and leave Hogwarts. Nika raised her goblet slowly and looked around the great hall. She took a few deep breaths and took in the scene around. "To Hogwarts."

" Not only would you get front row tickets, you would be able to come back atage" Rex told Elyon. "I thinkk the problem has been re-hashed too much" Rex said to Elyon. " Just think of me that is all I ask of you" Rex explained to Elyon.

""Well, you know how Mr. Squydes talks to me, same with you" Rex told Nika" I love your smile" Rex smiled." It was my pleasure to introduce you to "Mr. Squides" Rex said to Nika." I will miss you, too" Rex sighed.

What was with that face? Were you planning to marry, you graduating lion?! Tell us! Hehehehehehhe. Josh raised his eyebrows at the other boy's first reaction yet his expression easened and he smirked when he had said that he was not planning to marry. Well...actually he had not said a full, normal sentence but Josh figured that answer from the words he had stuttered. ''That's good...and healty.'' The idea of marriage was kinda scary. Josh was not thinking that he would love someone else other than Evelyn yet marriage was...scary...for some reason.

He smiled and nodded as a response when the older boy thanked him then to his next words, the Gryffindor boy pretended to shiver ''You just had to remind that, did not you?'' Of course, he was not serious and was kidding but since he had no idea what he was going to do after school, it was not fun for him to think about graduation. ''Plus, i doubt i will graduate. I will most likely be expelled sooner or later!'' Bahahahaha.

Yes, Heather. What was with her? Was she sick or something? No, that could not be since she had previously mentioned something about a panda. Then her panda was sick? Pffft. Such imagination Josh Carter! Panda in Hogwarts. Not only panda but a sick panda. Did Heather feed it bamboo plant? Eh. When Kurumi went on speaking, yet she sounded kinda hesitant for some reason, Josh stopped thinking and producing nonsense and instead focused back on her.

Ah, it was a stuffed panda. Of course, why could not he think of that? His gaze moved to the little panda on the hand of other younger girl. An bewitched or charmed or whatever panda. Something weird to wander around with. To Josh of course. It was probably of a lot sentimental meaning to the girl. So, it had been big yet had become that small. Looking back at Kurumi, he slowly nodded in understanding and his mind was busy finding a way out this problem.

Hmmm...

''Well...i am not the greatest wizard of my year but...'' he began yet paused when he heard the lioness prefect making her own suggestion. The boy glanced at her for a moment then back at Kurumi ''...Right. That might work. There's also Engorgio. You two can try that one as well. I suppose.'' Smiling he patted on the girl's shoulder and turned to Pat.

A handful? Bahahahaha. That was funny. Of course it made Josh laugh. And it was a rare skill for a prefect to be able to make people laugh. At least Josh thought it was and if it was his idea, it was probably something everybody had to accept. And, Joshy? Haha. That was something new to his ears. Raising a brow at the lion prefect, he smirked ''Well...i don't know what are you talking about, Patroclus'' Obvious lie!

''I have always been an extremely shy boy! I can't even use the bathroom when someone else is inside'' Bahahahahaah! ''Ah by the way. Mentioning bathroom. You know what? Next year and the other year i'll be using the Prefect's Bathroom and you'll provide me the access. Okay?'' Understood prefect? Might even take Evelyn with himself

And of course he realised that questioning look on his friend's face. No doubt he wondered. ''Meh. Find it out yourself. It's easy. Really. Not like KSDNMLYS.''

Mwahahahaha! He was laughing much more frequently since that morning, more than he usually did. Right. It was not a hard job to realise that. Even the boy himself figured that before anybody could mention anything about it.So he was doing it again while Simon spoke as well. Yes, what he had uttered, helping with Josh's language to the prefect, was normally he would playfully laugh at however he had started laughing even before the captain completed his words.

''Right. Riiiiiiiiiiight. That's true! The legendary captain is always right, isn't he?'' Hehehehe ''There are still that something and something parts though.''

Though it was so close like tomorrow Josh did not want to think, talk or do anything about the summer break. Normally summer times were his favorite in a whole year but the idea of not being able to see that certain she-snake, being afar from his love was disturbing this thought about it. He was doing his best to see a light when thinking about future but it was rather difficult for he was unable to predict what was he going to face. Maybe he should stick with Professor Bishop's interpretations for him. Eh, no. Divination was no way to trust.

''I don't know.'' The Gryffindor boy replied the girl's question. ''I really don't know...anything. I don't know what i am going to do. I don't know what she is going to do. I don't know what to do'' Yeah, there was nothing he knew about the summer. No plans or such staff. And not knowing things did not go well with him. He nodded when she told him to think about her situation with her boyfriend, obviously if he was going to be forced to spend the summer time without Evelyn. ''Well...i can think. But i'm not sure if that would have any effect on me. Summer? Anything without her seems unpleasant to me. And summer time is a long period.''

That was right. If he had to stay without her, it was most likely that he would quit it and go look for her wherever she was, no matter how far. Josh was about to frown at that idea when he realised that Mia was trying to say something else. So he focused back on her yet what was she saying? Oh, she was blushing! Mmmm why so? That was confusing. Blinking at the girl, he opened his mouth to speak yet the Hufflepuff girl completed her words before he could. ''Really?'' so he asked ''I do?'' he knew how to flatter a girl? Perhaps that was the reason why most girls thought he was flirting them while only building a conversation. Meh. That reminded him of that muggle Caroline whom he was going to be supposed to deal with the whole summer. He had never imagined an ex-girlfriend like her would be so hard to manage. Pffft.

''Thank you again'' the lion boy said gratefully ''And i won't screw it up. That won't happen again. I won't let it. I will be very careful.'' Because being careful with her was crucial to everything including...well....everything like his life.

Then his gaze moved when he spotted another guest approaching the lion's table. Who was it? Aha! It was Stras himself. And of course he was directly approaching Lexi. This made him have a look at the Slytherin table which was crowded with snakes and...Professor Lafay. Eh? What was she doing there? Whatever. Forget Lafay. His dark eyes searched Evelyn and...and...and...aha...she was there talking to Marie. Now, he wanted to go there and hold his Slytherin and he did not care if Lafay would kick him back to his table.

Looking back at Stradivarius Salander, he jumped on his feet and spoke adressing to the he-snake ''Good thing you have decided to drop by, Stras! It is high time we did an inter house exchange. You look after here while i rule the Slytherin table!'' Yep. It was a deal.

''ALL RIGHT PEOPLE!'' then he went on yelling. If he was leaving everybody had to know, did not they? ''NOW, I'LL LEAVE SOME TO VISIT THE SNAKES AND CONSOLE THEN FOR THE SECOND PLACE'' ahahahahaa as if he cared about points. ''SO SEE YOU ALL LATER. DON'T MISS ME TOO MUCH!'' and laughing at his last words Josh left the lions table.

What was Josh going on about? Not being the greatest wizard of his year? He was pretty darn high up in the rankings according to Kurumi. No one else exuded confidence like he did – well, except perhaps Patroclus – and no one has as pretty a smile as he did – ignoring Treyen.

“That is what I was thinking about using,” she blushed. She was happy to know that he had been thinking the same thing she had. “I tried using it in Charms last term, but that didn’t turn out so well since I haven’t been taught it properly and have just been practicing on my own.” She looked up sheepishly at him and Sophie, but mostly at Josh.

He continued to pat her shoulder and she felt herself growing a deeper shade of pink with each one.

She then heard Headmaster Tate call the Great Hall to attention.

She smiled as she listened to his speech. Yes, this certainly had been an eventful year at Hogwarts especially with that man-eating plant picking off teachers left and right, but she wasn’t sure she was as eager about the summer holiday as he seemed to be in his speech. She had been dreading it more and more as it drew closer. That dread had just broken the surface moments earlier when Adam had revealed his true feelings and Selina had stormed off.

What was going to happen in the coming term? Kurumi was both excited and petrified thinking about it.

Sophie thought of alternative spells if the two already put out there wouldn't work. As a Gryffindor boy ot the left suggested 'Engorgio' the brunette smirked to herself. She had just suggested that to Kurumi but she had called it the enlargement charm. It was just two words for the same things. Shrugging the lioness prefect wondered silently why the boy didn't offer to help out with the panda. The explanaition that he wasn't the greastest wizard of his year had something to do with it. But weren't boys supposed to have good self esteem. As the boy turned to her co-prefect Sophie turned to Kurumi and the panda.

Kurumi explained why the talented young witch had tried the Engorgio spell on her friends panda. It was because a previous bad result with the spell that second year didn't want to risk it. Pulling out her own wand Sophie stuck a few brown locks behind her ears, pulling up the sleeve on her wand arm slightly she smiled warmly at Kurumi and Heather. "Okay let's give this a go. If it doesn't work you'll have to go ask Professor Descoteaux for help all right?" Concentrating Sophie suggested "It might be best if you put Mr Panda down on the floor Heather." If the spell worked then the panda would grow in size and not fit in the girls hand any longer. The prefect had studied and practiced all year for her OWL's which were cancelled so she felt confident that she could preform the spell without problem.

Clone 2

After helping Heather and Kurumi out with Mr Panda she felt the need for a quieter part of the table. Excusing herslef the lioness prefect moved further down the table where two first years were playing a magical version of scrable. Sophie had just settled in when Headmaster Tate stood up on the staff dias and held his short speech. For once it seemed that their headmaster was as eager to get some well earned vacation as the students in the hall. The term had gone quite quick and the brunette was looking forward to summer and spending time with her parents.

It was with the rather heavy knowledge that he had to pack that he returned to the Gryffindor table. He really needed to pack. And then pack. And oh pack some more. Not that he had a lot to pack, but he was sure it would be a slow process with goodbyes and personal distractions of the mind. So a good amount of time was necessary.

Stopping by the end bench of the table, he retrieved his pack he had deposited at the beginning of the feast. A short nod and small smile was given to the Gryffindor Prefect, a disturbing knot twisting in his stomach that this was probably the last time he would see most of them.

Sophie was about to dig into the feast that had magically appeared at the end of the headmaster's speech when Sabel the leaving seventh year stopped by to retrieve his pack next to her seat. She had never spoken much to him over the years, but an impulse made her do so now. Smiling at him she asked quietly "All packed and ready to go home?" The lioness prefect got the feeling that the older boy like most of the seventh years in Great Hall didn't wan't to leave.

Just thinking about it was frightening. She herself didn't know what she wanted to do with her life after school. It was a good thing that she had 2 more years to figure that out and maybe even get some career advice from one of the school professors.

A light chuckle left Sabel as he shook his head, the girl's words mirroring his own thoughts. "Not even close to being finished packing." As for the going home part, he wasn't going to mention that. "How about yourself? Ready for summer?" His eyes flicked to Sophie as he gathered his backpack on his shoulder.

"You better!" he cried as he wrapped his arms over her shoulders, "I expect a letter for everything little thing that happens! Non-stop lettering!" He wanted the Great Hall to be covered in Tori's owl's poop!
"You can come visit me, and then I will head down and visit you!" Patroclus loved Spain, it was one of his favourite places, he loved the language the atmosphere and the dancing!

"I will try!"

He had been waiting for Salander to arrive, and when he finally did, it just made him even more excited, "Salllly! No problem, it is going to be sick!" As Lexi turned to him too, he couldn't help but laught;
"Lexi I dont think EPIC will cover it, we are going to to Rule the Aegean!" The boat was packed full of magic, and it was going to be the best 'road' trip ever!

"Sorry Rex I must have missed you!" he grinned at the Seventh year, "Thanks that means alot!" Best Prefect? It was a very nice compliment, but he was sure there had been other far greater Prefects before him, like Chris and Gold, and Sophie was pretty amazing too!

"Don't worry about it Rex!" he nodded at the boy, "The fact that you got points at all is something to be proud of, we all worked together to win!"
Patroclus had to admit, Jacob had made a nice decision to back down from that Battle; yes the Eagles were great, Jacob was an amazing captain, however it perhaps wasn't the best crowd to bring up coming last......

As the group dis-engaged from the hug, the LionBoy could tell that his best friend was a little weirded out, soooooo being the friend he was, Patroclus grabbed Jacob and lifted him into a lung crushing bear-hug "Little J wants a huggy?" he laughed in a play baby voice, "Is ickle Jacky feeling left out?!"

Patroclus knew he was going to pay for that!


"Summer, well I am yachting around Greece, and after dropping Lexi and Sal at Santorini I was going to see if you wanted to come out and sail with us?" Someone in the Hudson family was extraordinarily eager to meet Jacob; "Father is adamant that I ask you, he says I can't go sailing without asking my Pirate-son best mate to come along!


So what do you think?"
"Oh of course, the shyest of shy my friend, the shyest of shy!" Now if that wasn't a lie, Patroclus was a hufflepuff! "Ahh Josh, you kill me!" he laughed.

What was that Josh in his bathroom, the one it had take Patroclus and Jacob nearly 4 hours to find.........."Ummmmmmm I will have to think about that..." more like make up a lie to make it sound like a horrible place!

"KSDNMLYS?" Was it just Patroclus, or was Josh making no sense?

Sophie giggled warmly admitting. "It's the same for me. I don't know where half my stuff is and I have to finish packing tonight. I'm glad my mother thought of giving me a list of all my belongings." Sabel didn't say anything about he felt about going home so she didn't push him. If he wanted to tell her then it was his choice. Pouring herself some pumpkin juice Sophie thought about his question. "I don't have any plans for the summer really except to spend time with my parents and help out at my mother's magical creature hospital. It's been an eventful term with prefecting and all so i'm looking forward to some summer fun." Sipping on the juice she asked "How about you Sabel, any special summer plans?"

Elyon smiled and gave her friend a bug hug! "Nika, you are crying because you feel as if there will be a great loss. And there will be of course, with all of the wonderful, smart, and talented seventh years all leaving us! But it's not forever! We still have holidays to visit and letters to write! It's normal to cry! But save the tears for another day, for today, we celebrate!"

When Nika agreed to sing, Elyon was excited. She loved singing! She did it all the time! Along with dancing around by herself, of course. "Oh! Gobbledygook is a goblin language!" The tiny
girl smiled, thrusting her hands into the air, as if to say TADA! She then placed a finger on her chin and said with her head tilted to the side, "If you don't know hoe to speak it, then it may take a long time to learn. Well at least you have all summer to practice! We can sing in mermish instead!"She said this as if it were completely normal - which for her, it was.

Elyon smiled brightly, her eyes wide. "Really Nika?" She was so honoured that she could teach Nika all of this information she had learned in books she had read at the library. "Well, You now know that Gobbledygook is a language, and that nargles are pesky thieves that hide in mistletoe and steal all of my shoes!" She pointed down to her mismatched purple and green flats that were hidden beneath her robes. "Most people don't believe in nargles though. They say that I'm crazy and people take my things, but I know it's nargles!" She exclaimed defiantly. People never changed her opinions, she was much to stubborn!

OOC: By 'not forever' I meant saying goodbye is not forever

"Promice!" she said to Halle and linking pinky fingers. She drank with Nika then finally got an apetite. She pulled a plate forward and tucked in to some chicken. This was goooooood!
"Wait... what?!" she said looking up at Halle. "You have an arranged marriage? You didn't tell me that." What was up with that? And how was she gonna get out of it?

Chuckling, Sabel slipped onto the bench beside the Prefect, straddling it as he drummed his fingers off the wooden surface. "Well the upside is if you don't find everything, you'll have a few forgotten surprises waiting for you when you get back." Because he was sure the school staff found absolutely everything that was left behind. Everyone forgot one thing or another at least once in their time at Hogwarts. Or maybe the teachers kept a stack of all the left over belongings in some room. Or sold them at Hogsmeade. Or used them for Charms classes....

Okay, now he was curious.

He wasn't given much opportunity to really ponder the possibilities though as Sophie's words turned to summer and family. There was a distant stab of pain through his chest, but he was able to push it back down as he poured himself a glass of water. "Sounds like a lot of fun. Good, interesting work." His smile turned soft. "I bet they're excited to see you."

A slight shrug rolled off his shoulder as he set his glass down beside him. "Just working. Nothing exciting." Nothing worth a tale.

Heather blushed a bit as Rex hugged her, but she hugged back. She sure would miss the kind lad. "Well...I could promise you i'll do that, make more friends for the next term and the rest of my time here at Hogwarts." She said. "thanks for everything Rex." she smiled at him.


Then Heather turned back to Kurumi and her two seniors. They were really kind enough to suggest anything helpful with her situation with Mr. Panda, but she thought, she might not want to cause a lot of trouble nor attract too much unwanted attention. Gently putting Mr. Panda in her robe pocket, She whispered: "could you stay there for awhile Mr. Panda? It's only for a little more while. I'll let you out later." she said to the doll that went deeper into the pocket and didn't peek out anymore. Seeing this, Heather took a seat and remained silent, thinking of how to tell her mother about her problem when she comes home-shrinking the doll they gave her and everything.

Tori encircled Patroclus' waist with her arms and said,"I will, I promise." She giggled as she shook her head and remarked,"Non- stop. I'll be writing down everything the moment I get there."

She looked at him and smiled,"I should be fun to come visit you and Hopefully, I'll learn the language so I can show you around when you come to visit." Tori was feeling a little bit better than before. She smiled as she looked around at all the others, being happy, talking merrily, they were coming back but she wasn't. What made it not so bad was the picture she looked at with all the happy Gryffindors who she met and made friends with.

"Wow! Backstage passes and everything?!" Wow! She ould just picture it, Rex on stage, meeting all of his dancing friends, and Renee! She felt it was a dream come true! "Oh Rex, I always will! You were one of the first people to be nice to me! You are my dancing partner, I ould never, ever forget you!" She beamed at Rex and gave him a big hug.

Kyle walked over to the gryffindor table for the second time that night. She had just left the Staff table and the dropping of the goodybags there - and wanted to relay the message to Kurumi before she forgot it.

Walking up to where the little Gryffindor was and smiled.

"Hey Kurumi - Professor Bishop just wanted me to thank you for the cookies, she said she loved them." She smiled as she said this.

And then spotted Rex. She took a definite step closer to her friend, and tapping the back of his head she waved. Knowing he'd probably wonder who had walked up behind him and poked him. Eh - odd little Raven-girl.

"Anyone have nice summer plans?" She asked, looking around the table smiling still she wanted to give everyone hugs suddenly - what was with her sudden bout of absolutely adorable huggableness. "Oooh Rex, I gave Vindictus the broom I finally finished - the fold-out broom....hope it doesn't unfold mid flight." She added with a sheepish smile.

"Heeyyyy dont tease me",Fee chuckled a little,"you know how hard this is for me."Really,all this people graduating,it really got to the blonde.Why did people have to leave anyway?Meeeh."I will never forget you either,i cant believe this is really happening.",she sighed trying to fight back the tears.God she was soo whiney."You totally should have one",the Slytherin winked.It would be a good way to say goodbye.Goosh,how terrbile Rex and goodbye sounded in one sentence.
