Roxxy walked into the History of Magic classroom with her broosch safely locked away in the dorm. Interrupting a lesson because of a rawring lion wasn't going to be appreciated. Like for a many subjects the professor was new.

Spotting Cameron in the middle of the classroom Roxxy headed over to her. Plopping herself down in the empty desk next to the Gryffindor Prefect she said "Good morning Cameron!" trying to hide a yawn but failing quite badly. She had not come into the morning routine just yet.

Turning her attention to the professor up front Roxxy shot her a tired but bright smile "Good morning, professor! Are we learning about geography today?" Looking down at the parchment on her desk she scribbled her name, year, house and hometown in neat handwriting. It was after all important to make a good first impression.

Well, this was still normal, she supposed. The teacher needed to know who they were right? And they'd done this plenty of times in other classes. Picking up the rather disturbing blue colored marker, Evelyn opened the cap before pulling the parchment closer towards herself. Hmm, last name. What was she supposed to do on this last name matter? She didn't want to put her real last name. She HATED it now.

Wait, no she remembered what she had thought of doing before. Hehe, would the professor's go along with it though? Hopefully. And hopefully Destiny didn't see her name tag. She'll have to angle it in a way where she couldn't.

She wasn't late? Riiiiiight?

Peeking in the doorway, Destiny just caught what the Professor said about late-comers, which meant she was SAFE! Like that muggle game. The one where they hit the other players with bats. Yep. That was an awesome game.

Making her way towards an empty seat, a tiiiny frown was visible as this Professor was not Lainey. Meh. Hopefully she'd be just as fun, right!? Hopefully.. "Hello there, New Professor Lady!" she gave a smile, as she walked past and took a seat next to Evelyn. Dropping her bag to the floor, she pulled the parchment closer to herself and picked up the marker. Of course she had no idea what she was supposed to write, so with a quick glance towards Evelyn's parchment..

"You're from Amsterdam?"

Funny. Destiny didn't know that.

Taking the cap off the marker, she got started on writing her information down.

She glanced at Evelyn's parchment one more time..

"You're a Shepard, too!?"

Arabella-Marie walked into the History of Magic classroom and sat down at one of the free desks and noticed that her classmates were putting up pieces of parchment for the professor to learn there names so she took the parchment and marker and wrote down her name and house and year and where she was from

WHAT!?

Glancing wide eyes at Destiny, Evelyn slapped her hands over her parchment, just to make sure she couldn't see anything else. She didn't see the last name did she!? DID SHE!?

No, it didn't seem like it.

Good. Smoothing out her parchment, the Slytherin finally folded it-

O____________________O WHAT?!

Once again, her hands slapped back on the parchment to cover the name. "Nooooooo." Technically, no she actually wasn't a Shepard, but they could pretend right? "Besides, you shouldn't look at other peoples parchment." T'was cheating!

Lucy was happy to see that the professor was going to ask them to introduce themselves. She loved to talk about herself and loved to hear about others too. She felt that it was good to know names of the people in a class. She took her parchment and began writing about herself.

Weeeeh. Folding time!! Hehehe. Selena folded the paper three times and then in the middle rectangle she started to write things on it.

Alex started writing on the paper:

Hmm. Scribbling some nifty details on a strip of parchment wasn't that much of a cool idea, nor it was a bad idea. It was a task, and a task needed to be done. Cedric slouched a bit more lower in his seat but jerkily sat upright in a moment or two 'cause he worried that their professor might actually see him. Alright, he'd write down his name, house, etc.

Rubiey rushed in, hoping she wasn't late. "Hello, Professor. How are you today?" She grinned. She put her details down onto the parchment.

Marie walked into the HoM class only to find yet another new professor. "Hello Professor." she said as she looked for a place to sit. Seeing that Destiny was sitting with Evelyn she decided to go to the other side of the room and sit in the back (she still wasn't sure that she wasn't to talk to Destiny yet). She then wrote her information on the parchment and folded it like a tent so the professor would be able to see it.

History of Magic! Why did they have to have all the theory lessons? Although Ancient Runes hadn't been that bad. Daniel was looking forward to Herbology and CoMC. Too bad professer Lawson had left. But still it would be more fun.

Daniel walked into the classroom and looked at the professor. She was new. "Hi Professer!" Daniel said formally and he went and took a seat in one of the clusters.

Name tags! But no one needed to know where he was from. Why would they care?
So he just wrote his name and house

Freya walked into the History of Magic classroom. She's not late wasn't she?She looked around and saw the students began to write down their name in a piece of parchment. 'Fiuh the lesson hasn't started' she sighed. "Hello Professor" she greeted her professor. She took a seat and wrote down her name in a piece of parchment.

Hugo walked into the classroom. "Hello professor," he brightly said and sat down. He saw the other kids were making name tags, so he did too.

He couldn't wait to get started.

Hugo saw from the name tag another Ravenclaw firstie, and since the lesson hadn't started yet, he thought he could say something.

"Hey," he said. "I'm Hugo, I'm in Ravenclaw too."

Alex picked up the parchment and decided to fold it once before writting out her name and house like the Professor had asked for. She wondered what they would be doing for this lesson. She decided to leave out her middle name, because honestly they likely wouldn't need it, it wasn't after all Arithmancy class.

Cass noticed Freya entered the classroom, so she waved at her and sat down next to her with the name tag already in hand "Hey Freya" She said as she sat down

Having arrived at the last second Rowan quickly entered the room a little short of breathe. "Hello Professor. How are you today?" Rowan looked around and saw that the other students had already made name plates. She found a set near the back and made a plate of her own.

Was she late?! Dianna rushed in the classroom to find only a few seats left. She took one in the front of the class and got a piece of parchment.

As the late comers continued to slowly file in, Sylvie made her way around the room, taking note of all the nameplates and the information displayed on them. Use names were a great thing and locations as well.
Looking to the nameplate, she smiled. "Good morning to you as well, Miss De Rivera. Geography, yes just a little about that. Snazy map, don't you think?" Yes it was a wonderful map really.
Making her way pass another cluster of desks, she stopped and glanced at the nameplates. Two Shepards? Looking between the two Slytherins, she raised a brow and continued to move on.
Seeing the Hufflepuff Prefect, she offered a small nod and smile. France, now that was interesting to know. Storing that information away, she continued back to the front.
"Hello, Miss O'Rielly. I'm rather good today. Happy to see you in class." she replied as she moved back to the front of the room again.
As the last student seemed to file in, Professor Welton nodded and cleared her throat once again. It was to begin now.

"Good morning students, as you may already know I am Professor Welton and I will be your History Of Magic professor this term. I was once a student here at Hogwarts and I know of much fun this class can be, but that amount of fun also depends on you," she announced as she pulled her wand out and tapped the map. Zooming in on the Northern Hemisphere, tiny little points appeared across the map.

Turning back to the class, she smiled. "Now, can anyone tell me what the map shows us?"

OCC: Class has officially started. Please don't announce your late arrival. If you wish to make a nameplate, please do so. If not, I will just act as if I see one.

Arabella-Marie looked at the map and couldnt really tell what the map showed her so she just waited for someone else to answer

Cora raised her hand and said, "Is it a map of Wizarding Schools?" This was the only thing she could think, but there were too many in the United Kingdom.
