Now unable to see, Jake waited for someone to help him down; perhaps pair up for the cause.

He had only watched Quidditch once, and that was the end of the story. He hated it that moment. Though he knew better than to tell this to someone who loved it. It was never pleasant to hear people hated football.

Now, that was wonderful. He grinned hugely. "Of course I'd LOVE to play football!" Who wouldn't? And last year he thought no one played football in this school! Now, look at that! Ella, and her friend was added to the list. He remembered Iris' promise. Maybe there was still a hope... a tiny, little hope, that he could hang on.

Vanessa walked out of the Gryffindor Common Room down, all the way to outside with LilaDelilah [her diary] and her purple quill. She headed towards The Whomping Willow knowing that she always had gotten inspiration by sitting away from the tree to not get hit, but close enough in sight.

Vanessa took a seat on the shaved, green grass and brushed all the little fuzzies on her black pants off. While opening LilaDelilah she took a chocolate frog out of her pocket and took a bite; savoring the deliciousness of it.

Vanessa wondered if she would find another friend at this spot. It seemed every place she was she always found a new friend and it made her even happier, knowing that she wasn't going to be the shy girl, alone in the corner with no friends except for one or two.

Vanessa heard someone yelling "hey" and she looked around, trying to spot the person who said it. Finally after being that oblivious she spotted a girl who came quite familiar to Vanessa. She knew she saw her in the halls with Chris sometimes and she could always spot her out because of her awesome red-orange hair.

She walked over to the girl and waved, hello. "Hello there." She said. "Were you talking to me, hopefully you were or I must be a complete fool." She laughed, making her ponytail bounce back and forth as it was held with, of course, a purple bow. Vanessa was never that girly but today she felt as if a bow would certainly do the works for her hair.

"I think I've seen you around before though, with Chris, the Head Boy. I can always spot you out in crowds, it's like those muggle books where you find people." She said taking another bite of her chocolate frog and swallowing it.

"You have amazing hair, by the way." She smiled and took out another chocolate frog. She was practically stocked with those things. "Would you like one?" She asked holding it out.
