The Hourglasses Across from the main doors stand four giant hourglasses filled with gemstones. The stones in the bottom indicate the current number of house points each house has earned so far. |
Maxieluff <3 With a slight adjustment of her fedora, Raven headed towards the hourglasses and kept her left arm leaning against her chest; after having to get a cast put on at a muggle hospital, she felt rather amused seeing as she was used to having a wand run along her arm to just heal it instead of waiting for six weeks to have the bones heal itself. Once she got a glimpse of the current totals of beads in the glasses, she smirked slightly seeing as Slytherin was on top by a whole fourteen points. |
Quote:
Forget why Gold was here, she had caught sight of Raven! The sixth year grinned, dropped her handbag in delight, and ran up to her friend - only to pause. Was that a cast, on Raven's left arm? Good gracious, what was wrong! Gold's green eyes flickered. "Raven." She picked up her bag, then straightened up. "What's wrong?" She made no effort to keep in the anxiety in her voice, back. She had wanted to hug the other girl, but that could wait, now. For a moment or two. |
Quote:
"Oh..this? It was a bit of an accident from a football match with my old school, I spent some time in Ireland just dealing with my father's passing." She said, trying to avert her hazel eyes to hide what she really was feeling now since she didn't want Gold worrying about her. |
Quote:
Raven's gaze said it all - of course, Gold couldn't know any details, but it was enough to know her friend was not being entirely truthful. For a moment, she was really hurt, and then she remembered that Raven had been dealing with a lot lately, and was about to reach out, to place a hand on Raven's shoulder, when the Slytherin mentioned something that made Gold freeze - her father had passed away. "Raven --" She had no idea what to say and, next thing she knew, she was hugging Raven very, very tightly. "I'm so, so sorry." Words failed her, then. Utterly. |
Quote:
When Gold had hugged her, Raven felt a little better; she wasn't exactly surprised that her friend had really nothing to say because what could be truly said? She hugged her friend back with one arm, trying not to move the other a lot because of the cast. "Thanks.. this just had come at a major surprise to me seeing as the last time I had saw my father, he looked fine." It was a rather feeble attempt for her to somehow continue this conversation. |
Quote:
She took a deep breath, then quietly pulled away. "You need to go to the Hospital Wing," she said, not happily. She could probably heal that arm herself, but Gold knew she was no qualified healer, and she didn't want to take a risk, here - this was one of her best friends, that they were dealing with. She simply couldn't. "Right away," she added, firmly. "Someone needs to look at that arm, and heal it magically." |
Quote:
"Yes Prefect Laksh." She rolled her hazel eyes ever so slightly then grinned deviously; it seemed like the sadness had immediately disappeared and had been replaced with the usual devious, Slytherin attitude that Raven was infamous for. "You know, you really should work on your whole Prefect thing; if you want Gryffindors to stay in line.. you've got to scare them like Professor Truebridge did to us." |
Quote:
"I don't think terror works on Gryffindors," she joked. "Lions, remember?" She was just glad Raven was back to her devious self. Gold didn't know if it would last, of course - Raven had definitely been though a lot, and Gold knew it would be hard for her, to stay cheerful - but there was no doubt in her mind that she liked Raven happy. |
Quote:
She felt an oncoming wave of sadness approach but shook it off and remained happy for the time being, it was definitely a lot of work to stop herself from wanting to cry again however she was going to deal with it the best way possible which was duelling of course. |
Quote:
Then something in Raven's gaze changed, and Gold reached out a hand, to pat Raven on the shoulder. "You aren't going to show that arm to a healer, then?" She asked gently. |
Quote:
She sighed a little bit when Gold had asked about her arm again, well after seeing a muggle doctor she wasn't sure that it needed to be fixed by a healer. "No actually, I've got a cast on it and the doctor said it takes 6 weeks for it to heal properly so the next 2 months will be lovely." |
Quote:
Stupid man. Gold frowned, when Raven told her about the arm. "But a healer will be able to make it heal much more quickly," she offered. "Still, if that's the way you want it --" She didn't want to argue. She wanted Raven to have some peace. God knew the girl needed it. |
Quote:
When she noticed that Gold had stopped talking about her arm, she felt like there was something else to be said there but wasn't about to ask exactly what that was. "If I would have waited to see a healer about my arm, it would have been too late and the bones wouldn't have a chance to heal." |
Quote:
"I hope it gets fine, soon." Gold bit on to her lower lip, as she looked at Raven's arm. Then, to cheer up her friend, she said, "So, how's Daniel?" Because she knew the two had gotten back together and, hopefully, the subject would make Raven think of the more joyful things in life. Make her feel better, somewhat, Gold hoped. |
Quote:
"Daniel? Oh um.. I actually haven't seen him in a long time. Been too busy with drama back home that I've not had the time to visit with my boyfriend. Although, some of that drama is going on here and it involves me flirting with other guys just for fun." A slight devious grin appeared on her lips as she remembered what had happened earlier in the summer, she definitely was good at having boys interested in her. |
Quote:
But Raven was fun. "... and who are these lucky guys?" she teased. Hehe. |
Quote:
|
Quote:
"So. These new ... Slytherins. How are you and they, shaping up?" She gave Raven a mischievous, little grin. |
Quote:
|
Quote:
Or maybe not even then. It wasn't her business, to be honest. "Jasper? No idea who he is." She shrugged, a bit. "Tell me?" |
Quote:
"Jasper, he's a 5th year Slytherin; bit of a heartbreaker like myself and we actually met in the Leaky Cauldron and of course I start flirting with him and he does the same, then it just was like a well played game of chess. Each move I was careful then we actually hung out at my house in Sydney, Australia where I was having a party; about a few hours into the party he kissed me and it was like.. yeah." She felt the blush grow slightly stronger on her cheeks as she continued to discuss that event. |
Quote:
She tilted her head a tiny bit, when Raven spoke up again. That was quite interesting. "I say he's too young for you," she said, sticking her tongue out at Raven. She was only joking, though. "ANDDD why are you blushing? You're not in love with him or something, are you?" |
Quote:
"He's 15 for merlin sakes, it's not like he's a 3rd year or something." she said, then rolled her eyes slightly at Gold. She could tell that her friend was kidding and didn't want to take this seriously. "Of course I'm not! What do you think I am mad? Honestly it's just cause he's a good kisser." |
Quote:
She laughed, when Raven defended herself. "Fine, fine, I believe you," she said. "I landed into a relationship, while you were away. I mean --" It was her turn to blush, and that was almost a first for Gold. "It's sort of a relationship. I can't tell you if he's a good kisser or not, yet, but he's definitely really, really sweet and amazing." And hers. |
Quote:
Once Gold began talking, Raven's attention was completely on what she was saying because it was definitely interesting. "Really? So do tell, who's the lucky guy who's managed to get my bestest friend in the world?" She smiled slightly as she noticed her friend blushing then began to wonder if it was anyone she knew. |
Quote:
Raven's unhurt hand, that is. Lucky guy? Gold resisted the temptation to blush again. She had outgrown the silly blushes ages ago, honestly! What was happening to her? "Chris Potter," she said softly. "You know him, right?" |
Quote:
Chris Potter?!? Wow. "Of course I know him, we've met before, he is really nice. So, you've managed to get yourself the Head Boy." She paused for a second before deciding what to do next. "I bow down before your skills, anyone who can manage to end up with either the Head Boy or Head Girl is definitely doing something right here." Jealous much. |
Quote:
The Gryffindor laughed, when Raven spoke again. "I've managed to get a Prefect, before," she grinned. Even though she and Mr. T had always been more like good friends. "But," her tones turned more serious. "It's honestly not my fault my relationships don't last. I hope this one will. I really like Chris. Guys don't get much sweeter than him." |
Quote:
The Slytherin smiled slightly as Gold continued. "Aww well, I hope things will be as good between you and Chris as it is with me and Daniel." She really meant it too, if he came back and hurt her then there was going to be hell to pay and it would not be pretty. |
Quote:
"I hope so, too," she said, gently. "He.... smells of soap and lemon and nice stuff." Okay, now that had been random. But Gold was pretty sure she had fallen for the guy. She was going to hold back just a little, though. Love had hurt her too much, in the past. "I'm ... glad I've been able to move on," she said quietly. "Dylan hurt me too much." |
Quote:
He smells of soap and lemon and nice stuff Haha! Ahh that was incredibly amusing. "Well don't think about Dylan, he's a jerk honestly and I'm very happy to see that you can move on and be with Chris, seriously I'm incredibly happy for you!" It was true, Raven was absolutely ectastic for her best friend to be with someone who was really nice. |
Daniel was panting as he approached Raven and Gold. The moment he heard that Raven had returned from his father's funeral he had looked everywhere fro her. He then saw her with Gold near the hourglasses in the ground floor. He caught his breathe and approached them. "Hello, there." he said at them both. "How are you?" turning to Raven. |
Quote:
|
Quote:
"How are you feeling? I mean, how are you holding up the... you know" he said with a bit of hesitation to mention about the death of her father. |
Quote:
|
Quote:
"Well, I should be going, now. I need to meet up with Professor Marcus about the Muggles Studies Club." he said holding Raven's hand and kissing it. |

SPOILER!!: Raven and Daniel Gold frowned, slightly. "Dylan wasn't a jerk," she said, quietly. Ugh! She hadn't meant to say that! She needed to stop trying to defend him. He had gone. Left Hogwarts, without even bothering to let her know. That ought to have been enough, for her. She was about to say something else, when Daniel appeared. "Hey," she said, in response to his polite greeting. She stood back, as he and Raven talked a bit. In fact, she needed to let them be alone. There was no need for her, to listen to what could very well have been a private conversation, had she not been there. "Raven," she nudged the girl, very slightly. "I guess I'll catch you around, later. You too, Daniel -" This, she said while looking at the older Gryffindor. "Have a nice time, you two." She reached up to give Raven a hug and then, giving the two of them a warm smile, turned around and headed off to her common room. Maybe she could read a bit, before she took a nap. |
Trixie cmae all the way down from the girls bathroom. She was both furious and a little confused as to what Olivia had just told her. There was no way that could be true?? Aiden wasn't fake dating Vanessa just so that he could make Ella jealous? Or was he? Trixie burst into tears again and slid down the wall by the hourglass, her head in her hands. |
To Lottie Aiden meandered through the school. He had been looking around for some place called the Room of Requirement that he had heard about, but he hadn't quite found it yet. So, for the present, he found himself amongst the four hourglasses. And.. Trixie? Eh. Tears, too? Aiden took a breath, figuring that he'd have to confront her soon enough, and walked over to the girl. "Hey, Trixie.." |
Trixie looked up with a sudden jump. "Who's that?!" she said hurridly but after wiping away her blurry eyes she saw who it really was. "Oh it's you" she said sadly and then looked down at her hands. "Come to break my heart again?" she asked not even looking at him. Stupid Stupid Stupid!! Ergh what was she thinking? She'd have to tell him what Plvia said sometime wouldn't she? "Thought you'd be off with Ella somewhere" she said bluntly. |
Quote:
|
Trixie scowled a bit through her tears. "What do you mean flirt with Patrick on the train?? I wasn't" she retaliated. "I dropped a suitcase on his foot did I not? And I thought he was dating Vanessa...." she trailed off. Never flirt with a taken man right? She looked away from him and down to her feet for a few seconds and then looked back up as he told her he was Aiden and not Patrick. "Yes I know that, I'm not dumb Aiden" she stated angrily. "I spoke to Olivia earlier" she gulped. "Obviously you prefer Ella to me. Everyone does don't they? Because Trixie is too stupid, too much work yes?" she asked. Well that was how she felt seeing as that's what Olivia had said. |
Quote:
|
Trixie looked at him confused. "I know it's all a lie Aiden. Olivia told me. She said you were only doing it to make Ella jealous" she told him almost in tears again. She was an emotional wreck. She did like Patrick but it was Aiden she liked more anyway. "Is it true?? Were you fake dating Vanessa so that you could have Ella?" she asked, knowing he would probably say yes. |
Quote:
|
Trixie looked up into his eyes eventually to see whether he was telling the truth. She knew she could believe him over Olivia. He sounded sincere, Olivia just got things wrong a lot. "Do you promise?" she asked him wanting a truthfull answer. "So you don't want to get anyone jealous then?" she asked. Although she desperately wanted him to say her she knew he wouldn't. She wiped away a couple of tears that were still present in her eyes trying to make herself look the slightest bit acceptable. |
Quote:
|
Trixie nodded. "Okay I believe you" she said truthfully. Something about Aiden made him easy to believe. Or maybe that was just Trixie. She wiped the rest of the tears away from her face and managed a weak smile, although she was slightly dissapointed by him not wanting to make anyone jealous. "That's good then" she managed another smile again. "Although I'm angry at Vanessa for using you like that" she said. It wasn't very fair to use him to make Patrick jealous. Even though he probably agreed to it. |
Quote:
|
Trixie still continued to frown. "But she still used you. It's not like you had a choice right?" she asked. It's hard to say no to someone like Vanessa. "And it hasn't exactly worked has it? The last I heard Patrick had kissed Ella or something" she frowned again. "So she can't actually have Patrick" she sighed. She followed his eyeline over to the hourglasses and smiled slightly. "Not doing so well are ya?" she asked giggling slightly. "Looks like us Snakes are gonna beat you gryffie's this term" she teased him. |
"Well, no. I could have said 'no.' I should have said 'no.'" But he didn't. And Aiden didn't have any timeturner to change that. "Yeah, yeah. I heard about Ella and Patrick's kiss," he told her, dismissing it with a wave of the hand. He didn't want to talk about them anymore. He was grateful when she took to the subject of house points. "Looks that way, huh?" He didn't mind too much if they lost. Not that he would want to lose any points for his house, of course. But, frankly, he'd prefer winning the quidditch cup over the house cup. |
Trixie nodded. "Guess she's hard to resist yes?" she asked a little bit of bitterness reflected in her tone. "Unlike me" she added on sadly. She raised an eyebrow as he dismissed the subject of Ella and Patrick's kiss. What? Was he jealous or something? But by the fact he didn't seem to happy she continued no further. She nodded and grinned a little evilly. "your going down Chevalier. Quidditch cup included" she added playfully. |
Quote:
|
Trixie smiled and blushed as he told her that he couldn't imagine Hogwarts without her friendship. "Thank you Aiden. I couldn't imagine Hogwarts without you either" she grinned sweetly and stood up from where she was sat. Trixie rolled her eyes. "You may have been lucky last time but us Slytherins are so gonna win! I mean look at all the new Slytherins this year. And we have Oliver as captain" she grinned evilly. |

Kate went to the see the house points. "Just 69?...Gryffindor is 69 and Hufflepuf is 177? What is happening????!!!! Not that I dislike Huffy, but....why? WHY?!" "I MUST work harder...." Kate took a look at the hourglasses one more time "unbelievable..." And left the room. |
Annie was nervous. By the morning, she recieved an owl from her dad, announcing her baby sister's arrival anytime during the day. That moment, she wanted to be there, with her and forget all about school, but that ought to be impossible. She had a life, she had lessons to attend, she had Drew there. Hopefully, he would calm her down. Because at that moment, if you tried to scare Anna, she might just tackle you out of thin air. |
Of course Drew wasn't paying any attention to were he was going and why was this? What else could it be but he has his nose inside of a book. He made his way to the hourglass he knew it would probably be nice and quite. Hehe! Perrrrfect place to read. The libary was getting boring.... But as he was not watching he bumped into somebody! Ohhhh noes!!!! "I'm soooo sorry." He said quickly before seeing who it actaully was. It was Annie! He shut his book with a snap! "Heyyyyy. I didn't hurt you did I?" He asked quickly puting one hand on her waist the other holding his book. |
Walking from one corner to another, Annie also wasn't noticing where she was walking or whoever was coming through the Hourglasses room. She was so nervous, excited. She watned to meet her newborn sister. And then, from nowhere, someone bumped into her. She instantly jumped, ready to say anything insulting, but first...she had to see those eyes. She smiled wide as Drew got hold of her waist as he shut his book. "Don't worry...I guess we are both...distracted..." She said, giving him a tight hug though immediately letting go. "Did I hurt you, though?" She asked. "Guess what...?" She asked, teasingly as she smiled wide. |
Drew saw that wide smile and in seconds he had one to match. "Yeahhhh. I guess we were." He said still smiling as Annie hugged him tight. He did the same until she let go. "No you didn't." He promised. To Annie's teasing tone of voice Drew raised an eyebrow and gave her a half smile. "Hmmmm what?" He asked in his normal soft tone. |
"Okay, prepare drums...because this might be like the happiest day of my life...well, after getting to be your girlfriend, of course...but maybe I'm going to nervous, being all trembling, feeling all excited, and about to hit anyone that crosses my path...because that's what happens when..." Annie stopped, she needed to take a deep breath. She was babbling, mumbling, her voice was even squeaky. "...when after two hours, all you want to do is be with your mom because she just gave birth to your baby sister..." She almost fainted. Geez. |
Drew listened quietly as Annie went on and on about stuff he didn't understand. Until finallly she said that her mother had had her baby sister. Awww! "Annie that's great!" He said smiling wide as he wrapped his arms around her tight to hug her. |
Annie jumped, quite high as Drew was hugging her. "See, I'm all freaked out. I feel like this close to faint. I want to be with my mom, but I have classes, Hogwarts..." Ugh, it made it so much difficult to choose. She didn't want to lose a day inside that castle. She knew she was going to have to wait until Christmas break to meet Paloma. "And her name is Paloma, like a dove..." She told Drew, to that point of crying, feeling like if she was a mom, herself. |
Drew laughed as Annie jumped when he hugged her. Awwww Drew felt bad that Annie couldn't be home right now with her family and her sister. "You will see her during Christmas break, and maybe you can go back before that. Like on a weekend or something." He suggested. "That's a very pretty name." He said pulling out of the hug. He took her hand as he gave her a small smile. |
Annie smiled. Drew was really trying to calm those nerves of hers. She wasn't ready to be calm yet, though. It was too much happiness to hold in one day. "Thanks, but I think I'll stick to the idea of being with mom for the whole Christmas break, and help her with Paloma...and enjoying the part of being the older sister...it sounds weird..." She blinked a few times. "Yes, it is...mom and I chose it...dad is too weird to pick out names.." She giggled. "Did you know she wanted to name her own daughter Pancrasia?" She shivered at just the memory of her father trying to give her youngest daughter such weird name. Now, let's fix up updates. "So, what are you reading, Mr. Sparks...?" She asked, taking the book off his hand, though still holding Drew's. Out of the excitement, she tiptoed a bit and kissed his cheek. |
Drew just smiled back to Annie she seemed soooo happy about her new sister. Hehe! She was sooo cute when she was this happy. "I understand what you are saying and that makes total sense." He said to her. "What am I reading?" He asked back in a form of a question as Annie took the book out of his hands and kissed him on the cheek. "That would be Shakespeare." |
"Shakespeare?" Annie asked, taking a look at the book once again. "I guess I should have figured you were one of those romantic Shakespeareans...around here..." She said, flipping through the pages. "What's your favourite Shakespeare piece of art?" Of course, for Annie...it was Romeo and Juliet, and sometimes Hamlet, but it seemed so dramatic and traumatic for her life. So, Annie was kind of speechless now. Maybe it was the whole deal of now being the eldest a family, and being an example for a little girl, to take care of her... "And, how is your family?" She asked him. It had been a long time since she heard about them, well...since the little kitty accident. |
Emily ! Olivia felt hyponotized by the hourglasses, she didn't know why but they were just so pretty. Stare. All serious thoughts were erased from Olivia's head all she could think about was the pretty hourglasses standing before her. |
Quote:
Ella sauntered throughout the Hogwarts Castle as she did on many occasions. Ooh the hourglasses. A grin surfaced on her face when she saw that Slytherin currently had the most house points. That's how it should be, mhm. Looking to the side casually, Ella noticed a familiar face of someone she hadn't spoken to in ages. "Olivia?" She said to the pink haired girl. "What're you doing here? You look a little dazed." Ella chuckled at her friend's expression. Maybe the sight of the hourglasses were quite awesome to her. |
Quote:
|
Quote:
"Seen much of Vanessa lately?" Ella said casually, but curiously all the same. She knew that Olivia was good friends with Vanessa, so it was the best way to find out any information that she needed to know. "Has she still got feelings for Patrick? And please don't lie if you do know." She pleaded. Truthfully, this was all that was playing on Ella's mind lately. Whether Patrick was just using her to make Vanessa jealous or something. |
Quote:
O_______________O And then she was staring again. Olivia shook her head as she heard Ella mention Vanessa's name."No..I only talked to her a fe days ago ..she seemed upset by something."she said with a shrug of her shoulders. She was being totally honest, Vanessa wouldn't tell her what was wrong. |
Quote:
"Right." Ella said simply with a sigh. That was disappointing. "She was probably upset because me and Patrick decided to make it official between us." She explained. But.. She still wasn't certain on that choice. Yes, she liked him a lot, but something was missing and there was certainly a lot of doubt. "Bit stupid really. She needs to get over it." |
Quote:
Olivia shrugged her shoulders, unsure of what to say."Like I said before..I don't know. All I now is that whatever it was she was REALLY upset about it, she looked awful, Ella. I kind of felt bad for her."Lies. She did feel bad for her. She then rasied an eyebrow,"You made if offical ? Since when ?" |
Quote:
Pfft. "Why do you feel bad for her? To be honest, she brought it all on herself. Maybe if she hadn't done that stupid fake relationship, then things would have worked out better for her." Like maybe Patrick would have chosen her instead. Ughh, bad thought to think of. "Only a few days ago. It was just after he stupified Trixie. Can't believe I agreed to it actually." She sighed once again. |
Quote:
Olivia let out a sigh,"Because Ella, she is my friend. You need to remember that. I know you hate her but that doesn't mean that I have to hate her."Olivia said, simply. Her brown eyes looked at the hourglassesss again except this time she wasn't in a trance."Oh..why can't you believe you agreed to him ?"she asked. She thought Ella liked Patrick...? |
Quote:
"Oh whatever." Ella said in a frustrated tone. "Uhh.. because he hexed my cousin." She said in a sort of 'duhhh' voice. Okay, for serious now, Olivia was bugging Ella. Now.. how to solve this? "So... found a guy yet?" She said after taking a deep breathe. |
Quote:
"Ohhhhh...."Olivia said, nodding her head. Now this made sense now. "Uhm..no."Olivia said, rather flately. No one interested her right now and if there was a boy that did Olivia wasn't going to tell Ella. Olivia knew it would not end good if Ella knew any personal details. |
Quote:
Thou art more lovely and more temperate." " Drew said saying some of the poem from memory. "My family is good. Jenna is actually moving out soon and I'm sad about that." He said with a small shrug. |
Could this be more lovely, more romantic? Nah. Drew was overflying every possibility of a perfect boyfriend. "Wow..." Annie whispered, feeling that little tingle in the palm of her hand and that wicked smile in result of her weird mood and the perfectly memorized poem. Jenna, moving out? "Why is she moving out?" Wait, that was a weird question, but yes...Drew's sister was obviously older and probably wanted to have a life outside the family of her own. "I'm sorry. But hey, it's her way to face the world...she'll be fine..." She sat down, though still holding Drew's hand in a cheerful, kindful way. |
Drew just smiled to Annie's wow. "Well I am kind of a nerd soooo." He said with a small laugh. Drew watched as Annie sat down and he soon did the same. He sat close to her their sides touching as he too held her hand. "Yessss I know it's her time to leave. But she's my big sister and I am going to miss her. I mean who else is going to take care of Matt when he starts picking on me?" He said with a small smile as he made a joke out of it. |
"You're my nerd boyfriend...and I just love it." Annie smiled, wide. "Keep being like this, and I might just get stuck to you..." She said, letting out a giggle, though kind of talking seriously. Annie was so happy to be with Drew, and during these moments, she felt the urge to be with him, to share her happy moment. Annie thought a bit about Drew's answer, then laughed. "Maybe it's your time to defend yourself from Matt. Jenna has always been there, so she defends you in times of those weird picking on you moments...but anyways, she's always going to be there for you. Just give her time to get in line with her new life and then she will come back, to defend her little brother..." She said, giving Drew a small squeeze in her hand. |
"Soooo you like me being allllll nerdy?" Drew asked smiling to Annie. "Stuck to me? Gosh but what happens if I don't want you stuck to me?" He asked raising an eyebrow as he teased Annie. "Hmmm I guess you are right. It's time for me to protect myself from big old scary Matt." He said laughing slightly. "Yes I know Jenna will come back. But it will still be odd not having her around all the time." He said but had no choice but to smile as Annie squeezed his hand. |
"Yes...I like you in every way..." Annie said, immediately raising an eyebrow as she sensed Drew was teasing her. "Well, I will just stick to the idea of seeing you almost everyday, though knowing I can't be stuck to you...'cause it's already impossible due to all this work we are doing, studying...and such short time..." She rolled her eyes. Her fifth year, was going absolutely rushing. And Annie didn't like that...because that meant Drew would be graduating a year before her. Annie nodded. "Besides, you only get to see Matt...for a summer..." She commented, giving her boyfriend a wink and making such statement true. |
"Now do you? Well I guess that's a good thing because I like you in every way." Drew said smiling wide. "That's true we do have a lot of work. You being in your OWL year." Meaning Annie was a fifth year and Drew was a sixth year. Sighhhh. Drew didn't want to leave Annie first! That wasn't going to be any fun what so every!!! "That is true." He said returning the wink with a small chuckle. |
"You know, I hate the part of your being a year older. You're leaving Hogwarts...and it will be such a long year without you..." Annie said, now frowning. "Not even writing to each other will solve the deal that I'll miss you..." With a sigh, Annie let go of Drew's hand and hugged him. She gave a small shake to Drew's hand and thought for a moment. "Besides, you must have something...to tease him...it's always great to have reserve..." Evil smile or not, Annie meant it. |
Quote:
"Oh whatever." Ella rolled her eyes at Olivia's denial. She HAD to of met at least one guy within the last few days. "It seems that everybody is moving on from this huge drama thing." With Trixie and her new 'boyfriend'. The only person who hadn't made any progress was Vanessa really. Hehe. |
Quote:
Olivia let out a sigh,"Look, I'm telling the truth. To be honest I am still having trouble getting over Aiden !"Olivia said and then her eyes grew. Ella didn't know and she wasn't supposed to know. Oh no...this wasn't good. Wince. |
Quote:
"Hmmm yes I suppose I could always just pick on him, but there's the small fact that he is bigger and stronger than I am." He said but smiled as he saw Annie's evil smile. "That smile suits you." He joked. |
Quote:
Bigger or stronger..."He can't do that much damage to you, unless he has already commited some bloody damage worse than Copito did...or something else.." Which Annie doubted. Matt would have been grounded for life for hitting his younger brother, right? Taking a long breath, Annie smiled. "Hey, ignoring...is like the best weapon...at least to me when I deal with Enrique, or Emiliano...or one of my older cousins...it's odd...but it's easy when you know they tease you for their own fun, which ends up being your own..." Annie said, laughing at Drew's comment about her evil grin. "Really?" She asked, raising her eyebrow a couple of times. |
"Hmmm I don't honestly think I'm going to fail a year and I don't think you can skip your OWL year." Drew said still quietly. "But writting will just have to do and we can see each other on Christmas break." He promised. "Well we've had our fair share of fist fight when we were younger and my dad was still around." He told Annie. "Ahhh yes ignoring is probably the best thing to do to Matt mostly because he looooves attention." He said smiling wide. "Hmmmm yeah I think it makes you look even cuter." He said in a soft tone of voice. |

Pause. "I didn't know you liked Aiden.." Ella said with her eyes narrowed. So after all that quizzing in their previous conversations, Olivia still didn't give in. "Thanks for telling me that Olivia. Shows what a wonderful friend you are." She said sarcastically. She still hadn't mentioned her feelings about Olivia crushing on Aiden. To be honest, she hated the thought. |

Olivia let out a tiny sigh and looked at the hourglasses, she had nnot even told Ella that Savannah was coming here and that Olivia was leaving. Why was she leaving ? Because of Savannah Conrad coming to Hogwarts."Also..."she said with another sigh,"This is my last day at Hogwarts."She said while biting her lip. Oh no."Oh..well I do...?"Eh, being honest wouldn't hurt about now. Olivia then shrugged again,"I was scared what nyou bwould say ! anyway, it doesn't matter because I am leaving..."she said with a roll of her eyes. |

"Oh come on, i'm not that pathetic. I wouldn't of cared if you liked Aiden or not." Ella huffed. O'course she was a little bit wary of it, but she was with Patrick now. Patrick. Patrick. Patrick. She nodded. "Yeah I guess so. Does Aiden like you back then?" She said calmly. This was the killer question. |

Olivia blinked. Ella...wasn't...mad ? Well....this was weird. Then again, Ella was dating Patrick so she really shouldn't like Aiden."Er...no."Olivia said, being honest."He likes some other girl..." |

"Who? Who does Aiden like?" Ella said quickly again. All this information was making her brain hurt. Gah, Olivia was such a gossiper. But that was a good thing sometimes. Especially times like this. |

Olivia shrugged her shoulders as she heard Ella speak."No idea. He wouldn't tell me."Olivia said, totally honest. |

Argghh. "Oh. Fine, I guess i'll have to get it out of him." She said with a nod. Oh wait, she did ask Aiden who he liked and he straight out said he didn't like anybody. Why was this school full of liers! |
