Um, well I have a baby brother and my sister and I mean I wasn't really popular at school, I was always different, I was the rich kid with the money, I was just a thing, no feelings, primary wasn't easy basically, and my family, well I'm closer to my cousins best friend, but I'm close to some of my cousins I guess, Amy thought, I mean despite all the wealth my family has, well it's hard, people think having the money is great it's not, it isolates people and my faily put pressure, she told her blankly, it's just, I'm close to my family, but mostly my brother and I don't know how long I'll get to have that closness, her voice broke slightly and she held back any tears that were fighting to come free

Lissa listened to Amy. The rich kid with the money, what about Maddie. She thought that Maddie got it worse, unless she didn't go to school. Never mind. She actually thought that money was alright, she wasn't rich or poor just under average and it was hard but her family could afford things, but not everything. What. "Hey, hey," she spoke softly when she saw Amy eye's about to water. "Look, er I understand if you don't want to talk about it. I respect your decision," Amy might of wanted to talk but Lissa knew it was something bad and she couldn't just take it in right now. Maybe tomorrow...

Yeah it's really not good so always look on the bright side and all that Amy smiled weakly did you go to charms? I did it was so much fun but we got homework Amy pouted

Miranda made her way up to the commonroom after the tryout. It had been alot of fun, but she was feeling pretty tired these days. Like the brainz and body had a shock of having to study and do homework after the summer. Heh.

She took a deep breath and opened the common room door, dragging her feet and finally collapsing face first onto a couch. Aaaaaaaaaah. Rest.

She could totally fall asleep here.

Torin needed to find someone to give a cupcake too. He wanted to get good on his homework, and he was determined to find at least two people to share with. Because otherwise he would eat them all, and that wasn't good as he was a diabetic.

Ooh, Miranda.

"Hey you. Cupcake." He smiled as he went up to her and poked her. "No time to sleep. Eat it." Aah, he could be so demanding sometimes.

Miranda's droopy eyes were helping her drift off towards sweet sleep, and she sighed content because she soooo wanted to sleep.
But, alas, it wasn't to be so.

Cupcake?
"No...I'm Miranda. Now, leave me to my sleep." Her voice was muffled by the fluffy couch, her one cheek pressed against it. She tried to shoo him away by waving a very lazy hand. And now she was being told no sleep. Awww. "But I waaaaaaaaant too..." Groaaan-whine. Eat it? At this she peeked through one eye. She saw Torin...aaaaaand...cupcakes?

Slowly, she sat up, eyeing the pastries.
"What's that?"

He blinked at her. What was she talking about? Obviously he knew her name. He wasn't stupid like that.

"Well, obviously. These are cupcakes. I want you to eat one." And hopefully she would understand now and eat one because he wanted to give them away and she was amazing and she should have one.

Miranda streeeeeeeeeetched and then rubbed her eyes, followed by a YAWN. Ugh, tiredness. Bleh.

Cupcakes. Well yeah, obviously they were cuppys, but...why was he giving one to her? Cue squinty eyes. "What's in them?" She asked, licking her lips and feeling her stomach getting all eager for the yummyness.

"And where did you get them?"

And also, "Are they chocolate?" Hehehe.

There. She was getting up now. He smiled.

"They have poison in them." Obviously joking because he was rolling his eyes. He liked being a pain in the butt at times. It was rather fun and he liked bugging Miranda. Maybe she would be his Reese substitute since he hadn't been able to torture her for a while.

"They are vanilla. But they are good. And they have coloured frosting and sprinkles."

He waved the tray in front of her face to entice her. "Aren't they yummy looking?"

Blink.
Miranda looked confused and a slight jutting out ofher lower lip was visible. Poison? Ugh, she was reminded of the weird people who liked to put love potions and crap like that in food. Not that Torin, or anyone else, would do that to her. For obvious reasons.

"Vanilla." Hehe. A smile slowly spread her lips as she looked up at the boy. "Allright. Sounds delicious!" Reaching out a hand, she grabbed a cupcake and sniffed it before taking a bite. Sniiiiiiiiiff. Oh, it smellered nice. "Did you make it?" She asked and then took a large bite.

Oh. Delish.

Nymphy walked in, saoking wet, from a long practice session. "I really am improving!" he said to himself. With a little more practice and some luck I'll be on the team for sure. He went to the dormatory to change and shower!

For a moment he thought that she wouldn't take one. Did she think he was serious? Because he would never give anyone a cupcake like that. Though there was that cake he gave Reese that had love potion in it... But that was in Fifth Term, and it was best to burn that from his memory.

"I made them with Cadence. And you know they are amazing because I am a brilliant baker." Yeah, he was so being modest there.

Sniiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiff.
The muffin was awesome, it tasted like...goodness. Yesh. Miranda chewed happily, absentmindedly nodding at Torin's words. "Whadenshe?" Hm, had she met that girl before? "Ish goot. Tell 'er. Mm." COMPLIMENTS TO THE CHEF.

Wait, what? Was he serious? Swallowing the cupcake, Miranda raised her eyebrows at the boy. "You're a baker?" Were ALL boys bakers? First Brant and now Torin. Hehe.

He blinked at her. "Miranda, I speak English. I don't understand you're weird language. Change to either English or Greek." But then he didn't think that she knew Greek, so that could be a disaster.

"Yeah? I want to have a bakery. Going about getting the business." And he was happy about it.

Huh? English? GREEK? "How'dyou say cupcake in Greekish?" Hehe. Hm, she didn't know Greek. Just Quidditch.

But oh, how cool. "A baker...that's awesome Tor." She smiled and took a smaller bite of the muffin. "What yer gonna call it? The bakery I mean." PErhaps... "Tor-tellini." Snort. She wasn't even sure if that was a pastry.

"Greekish? I'm not gonna tell you if you can't even say the language name right." He stuck his tongue out at her and smiled. She was silly to think that he would tell her when it was more fun not to.

"Yep. I'm pretty good." He was underplaying it a bit because he was pretty boastful about it on the most part really. "Tortellini is a kind of pasta though." So that wouldn't really work.

Hehehe. Greekish. She made a silly face when he stuck his tounge out and giggled. Ofcourse, she knew the right language name...but it was funner to make up your own words. Type. Hehe.

Oh, well aren't we confident? HEHE. Miranda nodded lazily at the pasta thing. She was pretty sure it hadn't been a pastry...but catchy name, yeah? Totally concentrating on her CUPCAKE. She took another big bite ofcourse. "Are 'ou goinck to shpeshalishe in shugar fwee bakey thinks?" Nom nom nom.

Teegan was in one of those odd moods as she walked into the Hufflepuff common room. All she wanted to do was to do her homework...but she didn't want to stay here...at Hogwarts. She wasn't sure why she was beginning to dislike Hogwarts, but she had run into some rude people that she didn't care for. All she really wanted was one friend that was the same age as her, that she could connect with...but obviously that was not going to happen or it would've already done so.

Teegan plopped down in a chair in the corner of the room, wanting a quiet space to work in that wasn't the dorm room. She wanted a background noise beside her pen scratching against her notebook paper and her flipping the pages of her book.

Nymphy walked in after a seriously awesome Quidditch tryout.... "Oh, I hope I make it!!!!" he said to himself. He sat by the fire and started his Charms homework. He had to think of who to share his cupcake with, but after some thought, it came to him... Avery!!! He went to find her.......

It was hard to figure out what she was saying when she was eating a cupcake, so he squinted a bit, thinking that maybe if it looked like he was thinking hard it would give him some idea of what she was trying to say to him. "Sugar free? I'm not sure. Why?" He smiled.

Cadence walked through the Portrait Hole into the Common Room, searching for some of her favorite Huffies. She needed some Huffie time. Yep. Most definitely. Across the room, she spotted the back of a very familiar head. Making a beeline for Torin, she jumped on his back, and then saw that he was holding their cupcakes. From where she was wrapped around his back, she reached forward and grabbed a super!special!secret!RA!NBOW! cupcake. "Don't mind if I do!" she said smiling, still clinging to his back with her free arm and her legs.

As Nymphy was leaving he saw Cadence. "Hey, Cadence! Wanna try my cupcake? its really good......and its green!!!" he said, in an over-excited fashion.

"AAH!" he called out as suddenly there was something huge jumping on his back.

"Cadence Ballard! You monkey." He knew that it was her a second after it happened, because only she would do that. He knew her very well, why they were best friends.

"Haven't you already eaten enough of those things?" He rolled his eyes, but figured it didn't matter how many she ate seeing as she had made them with him.

Cadence giggled and licked a little icing off the cupcake. "Oh, hush, Nirot! I'm just helping you with your homework!" she said, smiling brightly and trying to figure out how she was going to eat a cupcake one handed without getting it all over Torin. As he tried to give her a lecture about eating them, she rolled her eyes. "Don't make me shove it in your face!" she threatened teasingly.

Then she heard a voice and she turned her head from her position on Torin's back to see Nymphy standing there. "Oh, hey, Nymphy! Sorry I've got my cupcake quota for the day right here, I think," she said, giving him a sad smile and showing him the cupcake in her hand that she and Torin had made.

And all the while, she stayed clinging to Torin's back. Heh... gymnast strength for the win.

He rolled his eyes, pretty sure that there was no way she could see it perched up on his back. So he was safe. hehe. "Well, you are a big help eating a cupcake." He smiled, really glad that she came even if she was clinging to him. "Just don't get any in my hair." He didn't really want frosting in his hair. It wasn't very appealing.

"Shove it in my face, and I'm gonna hex you." Nothing like a Prefect threatening his best friend. but he didn't really mean it and she knew that, so no harm there. He wouldn't hex her anyway, because she was super amazing and he loved her.

"Why not stay on my back and I can carry you around the castle." He'd get tired though. Too bad.
