Proffesor McFarlane

Maidee McFarlane had quite literally floated up the many stairs and into her tower. She looked around at the freshly blank room and put her hands on her hips. This would require some work. With her lips pursed, and a curl in her mouth, she began to imagine just what her office SHOULD look like. Yes. That was what she would do..... Starting with a sign on the door saying When this door is closed, knock first.

Right now, the door is open and as you look in, you spy dark blue walls, with hints of sparkling silver. You can almost see a constellation, on the far wall, but your vision is suddenly distracted as a young woman with flaming red hair and wide blue-green eyes suddenly falls off a shelf and lands in front of you. She blinks for a moment or two before realizing you are there, then she lets out a peal of laughter and introduces herself:

"Hello, I'm Professor McFarlane...."

Matheu was fairly upset that he did not understand the Astronomy lesson to the fullest. Normally, he understands everything, but it might be the fact that he was out of it. He had an OWL in roughly 3 years, and he needed to know Divination, Arithmancy, Ancient Runes, Potions, History of Magic, and others to become a top-notch Arithmancer. He actually started term late because of his father's cryptozoology company!
Sighing, Matheu headed down to Professor McFarlane's office. He had to get some lesson review or something! When he got to the Professor's office, he knocked and waited.

Cadence ran. Okay, now it was more like walking as fast as she could, up the stairs of the Astronomy tower to the Professor's Office. The door was open and she just barged right in. As she began to talk, tears began forming in her eyes out of desperation, pain and exhaustion. "Please, professor. Fighting in the Entrance Hall. Headmaster sent me. They need help." And she took a deep steadying breath. Just the divination tower and the professors on the grounds. Cadence moved her body as best as she could back out of the room and down the stairs.

Maidee looked up, nodded, and flew out of the classroom

Well, not really. But she did move rather quickly.
