It was quite amusing how everything worked around her. Still staring at the Professor she felt quite odd and out of place. It had almost felt as if the Professor has almost missed her. Because it was so weird, yet not entirely rare Allison had been staring at their instructor for the longest time when Arya had asked about being in the same group. Finally returning her attention to her close friend Allison realized that she had missed what had been going on. First of all Ivory and Arya hadn't even waited for a response. Cela had actually joined their group and again Allison was considered a part of it.

Wanting to retort that she had never agreed to join the group, and that she had no intention of sitting with Ivory, Allison decided against it. After all every time she playfully told the girl something, Ivory would believe it. With her friend being so gullible Allison knew it was probably the inappropriate time to joke around, especially since it seemed several people in the classroom were afraid of Professor Bunbury.

Another thing that amused Allison was the way Ivory's face lit up when Cela said she was in their group. It seemed that she was no longer the only fan of Cela, and that made her feel a lot of things. Jealous because she believed she had seen her first, happy because she had someone to share Cela stories with, and content with the idea that if she wasn't there for Cela, Ivory would be. Not that Cela would ever need the help of either first year, but that was Allison's mentality and one's job is to say what is going on in their silly heads.

Rubbing her hand in eagerness she grinned at what in her opinion was the best group ever, "Lets DO this!" What they were doing she had no idea. However she still stood up and indicated she'd get the plant.

Going towards the front where Professor Bunbury stood Allison looked at all of them undecided which to get. Choosing one that the sunlight was hitting on, the young girl nodded towards the Professor indicating that she would be very careful and carried the plant. Allison had no earthly idea that the plant would weigh or feel like it weighed almost as much of her. Struggling she hugged the pot tighter and laughed awkwardly. She would make it back to her group. She WOULD.

Taking baby comical steps Allison dragged each step. To any insect, Allison would look like Godzilla invading the city: with the ugly distorted face--in this case because she was struggling to take the plant back, with big slow steps, and steps that were practically stomped. "UEEHHHHHHH!" Pant. Pant. Pant. "UUUUU-ehhhhh!" Reaching the table Allison somehow managed to lightly place it at their work station. Slightly out of breath she gave another awkward laugh and retook her seat beside her friends, "So...heh...uh heh. Let's start on this shall we?"

Caressing the plants leaves Allison began to look for the smallest buds and nudged the girls to help her pluck them.

Why was Raiden still looking for people? Staring at him pointedly from where she sat, Daphne rose a single brow. "Lonely?" she asked, pouting slightly. "What happened to your friends?"

...how did she do that? Right as he'd been thinking about her, she'd appeared. Like she was psychic. Raiden moved to where she was quickly, almost frowning at her pout. Instead he grinned and shrugged.

"One's right here. Dunno about the rest. Could be anywhere." It was easier to just pretend that they didn't take this class than it was to wonder where they were, really. "Work with me? It's been a long time since I've had to make tea."

Well, tea like this. His father had gotten them the little pre-made tea bags, so he could drink it before work and stuff.

Nice to meet you, Aaron." he said as he watch him goa nd get for their group a plant for them to collect tea.

He then started picking the buds very gently as to not stir in the anger of the Professor, who apparently loves her plants very very much.

Adrienne was honestly surprised when Professor Bunbury had said her answer had been an excellent one, since she hadn't personally been sure of its value when everyone else had been spouting off scientific names and the like. But at least she'd shown up to class, and gotten to see some of the professor's shoes up close. And now she was stuck having to find a group, when most of her friends weren't even apparently there. Inwardly sighing as most of the others grouped up around her and started choosing their tea plants, her blue eyes scanned the greenhouse for anyone who looked like they were having trouble finding groups as well.

And hopefully she'd find someone who knew more about what they were supposed to be doing than she did. She knew how to drink tea, but beyond that she hadn't ever really thought about it often. If only I could just conjure people up, or there was some sort of spell to accomplish what Professor Bunbury wants us to do, she thought futilely.

Emily looked quickly around the room and saw a boy who look about her age. She walked towards him smiling slightly, and the when she was losed enough she said politely "hello, would you like to work together?" then as an afterthought she added "I'm Emily by the way, Emily Black"

Ivory stifled giggles as Allison walked resolutely up to the get their plants and even more so with how she walked the pot back.

Grinning as Allison began to pick out the small buds, her eyes turned warm as she gazed upon the little plant.

"Hello lovely." she said crouching down so she was face level with the leaves. "We should probably get the pleasantries out of the way."

Taking a leaf carefully in one of her hands, she cautiously shook it as she would a person's hand. "I'm Ivory and these are my friends Cela, Arya, and Allison and its an honor to make your acquaintance."

As Allison's hands gently combed through the plant for the small buds, the action rustling the plant, Ivory's eyes twinkled and she pretended as if it was a response.

"Nice to meet you too." she smiled. "Don't worry we don't mean you any real harm."

Leaning closer she whispered assuringly, "I'm sorry, I know we're taking some of you little buds but I promise you'll be taken care of and in no time you'll have grown new ones."

Humming and singing under her breath, she helped with meticulously plucking, as lightly and carefully as she could, the smallest buds.

Evelyn hugged Ginny back. "Well, I'll go grab a plant and we can get started!" Evelyn skipped over and carried one of the 'camellia sinensis' pots back over to where Ginny was. "So, Weasley, ever picked tea leaves before?" Evelyn asked, just being silly.

She looked around the greenhouse, seeing if anyone was alone that wanted to join her and Ginny.

Cela smiled at the girls and payed her respect to the tea plant, giving its leaves a tiny caress before she started to help out harvesting the little buds, cheerfully enjoying Ivory's little song. She held one of the small buds up to her nose and sniffed at it thoughtfully.

Mmmm. Smelled good.

"No I haven't. Have you Ev? I wonder what it's like?", said Ginny looking at the Camellia Sinensis.

"No, never," Evelyn shook her head. She looked at the plant with raised eyebrows as if it confused her, trying to decide where to start. "Uh, I think I'll start down here." Evelyn grabbed a leaf near the bottom, and gently picked it off. She held it up with a big grin. "That's one!"

"Brilliant", said Ginny smiling at Evelyn like she nevered had done before. "I'm not sure if I should pick one out", she said looking at Evelyn for some sort of help. "I think I might break it", she whispered.

Patrolcus turned as a blond First Year, came up to him.
"I would love to work together", Patroclus smiled, "I am Patroclus Hudson, Second Year, nice to meet you Emily."
Now the group only need one more member.
"Do you think we will be right with just two of us," he queried " or should we wait for one more to join us, before we get our tea plant?"

Patroclus just wanted it to be Tea Time!!

"Ummm...Hi, could I join your group please. My names Kay and I don't have anyone to work with." She hope that they wouldn't mind her joining.

Lucy was still with out a group, she needed a group to start with so she looked around to find one and saw someone still needed a partner she went to them and said "Hello, I'm Lucy Smith, i need a group can i join you'll?"

Groups of 3 or 4, why couldn't they just work with one partner, Marie would have been just fine working with Evan. Now they needed to work with someone else too. Who to work with, hmmmm.

Looking around the room she sees Destiny and Evelyn still need one or two more for their group. "Looks like they still need a cople more for thier group, Should we go work with them?" she asked Evan as she pointed over to the two girls. Hopefully they wouldn't mind Evan working with them cuz well......she really wanted him to be in her group.

Groups? All of the lessons required groups, Evan realised. Anyways, he knew who to group with. He automatically turned to Marie, who had just asked him a question. He nodded. "I'm fine with anyone." As long as you're in and it's not Violet.

Oh lookie, Aaron was back!

Gold beamed at Keeper Rose, when he returned with their plant. "Good job, Keeper!" she said, all brightly. She wished she was wearing a pair of sparkly, new heels to show him. But she wasn't.

Only her Mary-Janes. Not that they were boring Mary-Janes. Pretty cute ones, you know. Well-polished, too.

"Righto!" she said with a little nod, when he asked if they had to pluck the smallish buds off. That said, she bent a little to inspect their tea plant better; and, once she was all sure that she had spotted one of the teeniest buds, very gently plucked it off.

Hoorah!

Arya watched Allison go grab a plant and walk back with an amused expression. The girl seemed to take forever with her baby steps trying not to drop the plant.

Arya giggled as she watched Ivory greet the plant while Allison began looking for buds.

She gently ran her fingers over the tips of the leaves, smiling at the plant. "Why hello Miss. Lovely, it is a pleasure to meet you."

Now that they had there greetings out of the way, she began to carfully comb the plant for buds. Her curiosity got the better of her when she saw Cela sniff the plant. Bending close to the plant she sniffed it as well, satisfied with the wonderfull scents that filled her nose. Arya went back to combing the plant, wistling along to Ivory's song.

They had to make tea today? Boring for Herbology but still Professor Bunbury could make anything interesting to him. And he didn't mind tea at all. It would be nice to have some on a cold day like this.

But he needed a group...

He got up from his seat and headed right over to Adrienne. "Work together?" he asked as he took a seat. He was adding himself to her group, but still asking at the same time. hehe.

Marie walked over to Destiny and Evelyn when Evan said he didn't care if they all worked together. "Hey, do you mind if we join your group?" she asked the girls. She looked over at Evan knowing that no matter what they said she was going to work with him. They would just find someone else to work with if Destiny and Evelyn already had other partners. She didn't see Josh anywhere when she looked around so hopefully they still had room for two more in this group.

Tea! That got a thumps-up from Kiri. Only a mental one, though, she was busy snuffling into a tissue again. That she'd develop a cold just now was a shame, she loved the invigorating smell (and taste) of tea.

Hey, you might get well sooner with a nice cuppa, though she thought to herself, getting up and looking around for a group to join. While she'd been off sneezing and all that fun stuff, most of the other students had already found partners to brew tea with, so Kiri was left hurrying past group after group until she discovered one that wasn't yet full.

She did. Two prefects on their own, that figured. Well, she had her own shiny badge to show off. And a broom to beat them up with if they decided to be smart about their powers. Although, seeing as one of them was Torin, that probably was not about to happen.
"Hey, mind if I join?" Kiri asked, smiling and sniffling simultaneously. "I promise I won't spew bacteria all over you," she added. "Or the tea." She eyed the small plants.

Making tea didn't sound so boring. Becca'd made it before, but that'd been from packaged tea. It woudl be interesting to try something new. Looking around for a group, Becca wondered how this would go down.

Looking around Alexa spotted a lone Ravenclaw and approached, "Hey, wanna be in my group?" she asked with a smile.

Get in! Jake fist pumped the air, mainly because he wasn't criticised for his answer. Alright! There was one part he didn't understand, the bit about British culture. To him, it was just something people drank, not... you know... cultured. Whatever that meant.

Paying attention again, Jake's face fell when he realised they had to work in a group. That was... dangerous territory for him... groups...

Still, the boy sighed and looked around.

"I nuhh-need a ggggroup," he announced, realising that it was times like THIS that he regretted his old trouble-making self.

And... you know. The current type of trouble-making...
