Party to Celebrate Gryffindor Win!
 

Antonio was just as excited as the students who had played in the game today and who had witnessed it. Gryffindor had won the match 3 snitch grabs to one, and the win had been against Ravenclaw, which only made things sweeter!

The room had been decorated with maroon and gold items, and there was a gold table covered with all manner of finger food and sweets as well as butterbeer to celebrate the win.

Everyone - come in and mingle and celebrate! It is time to have fun and party! You guys did great!!!!

" All of you did great" Jason said in a slightly hoarse voice to the Quidditch team. " I was out there outrooting and outscreaming the fans for Ravenclaw" Jason said to them. " I know Ravenclaw has won the last three terms and you could not have beaten a better team" Jason said to Jack.

Winnie climbed through the portrait hole, pink-cheeked from the cold and glowing with what was either pride or extreme happiness from being back inside. She flung off her crimson cloak and beamed.

"Alright, alright, we need sweets," Winnie said. "We need SWEETS. We've beaten the Ravenclaws!!! We're going to the championship oohhh I hope I don't wet mahself."

Chris walked into the celebration room with the biggest grin he had worn in a very long time! "You guys did it! I'm so proud of you guys!" he shouted to his fellow team mates. "I wish I could have flown with you in the match." he added.

PARTY TIME!!

Ella smiled at Chris. "Same here," she sighed happily. GO GRYFFINDOR!!

"Thanks Jason!" Jack said, grabbing himself a butterbeer and turning to the 7th year. "I saw you a couple of times in the stands as I was flying by! I'm sooo glad we beat Ravenclaw too!" he said. Even though he liked the Ravenclaw's and all, it felt SOOOO good to have beaten them, especially when they were so notoriously good.

"Chris! Ella!" Jack exclaimed, waving at his two beaters. "Have a butterbeer!" he added, definitely starting to warm up now and really get in to the partaaaay mood. "It's ok, cause now you'll get to fly in the CHAMPIONSHIP match instead!" he cried, practically bouncing on his heels.

"Hey Jack! Thanks!" he added as he grabbed a butterbeer. "I can't wait for the championship match! Could you imagine if Gryffindor won the Cup this term?! Well we already know it won't be Ravenclaw, we've beaten that record!" he said raising his butterbeer as if toasting that exciting fact.

"Well, if it isn't Chrissy-Poo!" Rafe exclaimed as he patted Chris on the back. "You should have been there man! But, you will...next time fo' sho'!" Rafe took another large mouthful off food. Crumbs were all down the front of his Scarlett Quidditch robes. "Ee in-nince-ity uz issay-na!" Rafe swallowed. "Sorry, the intensity was insane! Jack said that Ravenclaw hadn't been beat for like 3 years! I guess a bunch of newcomers to the game is all Gryffindor needed!" Rafe drank down his butterbeer and drank his second one. The match really made him thirsty and hungry.

Josh hurried into the Common Room, our of breath and still sweaty despite the cold weather. ''Wha- wow!'' that was what he could utter when he saw all the change in the common room and said bigger ''Wooooow!'' when he saw all the sweets , food and butterbeer. ''Wicked!'' he murmured and walked where his housemates were all together, around a table. ''What did i miss?'' he asked them looking around. He had been speaking to Rose and her best friend out in the grounds.

" Hello Chris and Eva" jason called to them
" We will win the championship because all of our players are interchangable and the best" Jason said to them.
Jason swilled his butterbeer.

" Hello Alexandra" Jason said to her. " I bet you might have been under the stands watching" Jason teases Alexandra. " I missedd you, you must have been very busy with homework and stuff" Jason tells Alexandra.

Playfully pushing Jason she said, "I most certainly was no tunder the stands! I am a lady!" She flashed him a toothy grin anyway and started to laugh heartily. "I was IN the stands actually. I didn't see you though or else I would have said hey." she said.

" I was in thestands the whole time" Jason told Alexandra. " If you did not hear me, you might be going deaf" Jason said to Alexandra. " I was the most vociferous person rooting for Gryffindor in the stands and even made up cheers" Jason explained to Alexandra. " I am the most passionate lion since my granparents Ron and Hermoine and my cousin Harry" he told her. " I know you are a lady, I was just surprised by the two penalties mby Ravenclaw, a very diaciplined team, so maybe you had some magic under the stands for us"Jason laughed

"Thanks!"Ginny said and hugged her..."Well if it wasn't the Captain,and the others of course we wouldn't be here now!"she smiled"Plus, we have an awesome Keeper!!!"she said and looked at Rafe...."can't wait for the championship"she laughed

"Haha, it's Ella," she corrected Jason.
"JACK!! 'Sup?" Ella laughed, watching her captain enter. "Nice playing!"
"Carter! Same to you! We did awesome!"

Boy, was she excited.

"Hey Ella!" Jack said, waving at his beater. "You did awesome out there during the first half as well!" he added before turning back to Jason. He took a sip of his butterbeer and nodded. "Yeah, you're right! We really CAN change up the positions of our players," he said. Josh immediately popped in his mind as he took a sip again, remembering how he had done amazing as Chaser AND Beater. AND he knew everyone else could handle all the other positions as well.

Lilly walked into the common room to see the party in full flow. of course it was, we had won! she walked around and grabbed a butterbeer. there wasn't anyone that seemed up for a conversation with her, so she went along the was and leaned against it. then she had a sudden burst of energy and screamed "CONGRATS GRYFFINDOR! YOU DID AWESOME OUT THERE TODAY!" then she slinked off to a corner a little embarrassed of herself

Ginny turned around and saw the girl."Thank you very much!!!"she said and hugged her."You're very kind!"she smiled
"I'm sure we can win more games"

Food, food, food and more food. That was what Josh was concentrated on. Once he was done with eating though he yawned some and leaned back on his seat. ''Ahhh this is what i call a life now'' smiling happily to himself he closed his eyes as he listened to other's chit-chat like a lullaby.
