Front of the Train The driver and snack lady sit up front in the driver's cab, but there are plenty of other compartments up here. Prefects have their very own! |
WHEEEEEEE. Xander ran happily to the front of the train, unsure where to go first. There weren't many people on here yet, so he would have prime picking for the seats. With a flick of his wrist, he prepared himself to run through the compartments. He could blame his outbursts on having too much sugar. Ohhh yes. Cue hairflip, in case any females were looking. Hehehehe. |
Sloane smiled as she stepped foot on the first step of the Hogwarts Express. She knew her belongings were taken care of and she could just enjoy the ride. Climbing aboard she started towards the front compartments, she figured most older students would occupy the back cars. Coming inside to the first open compartment she moved inside and grabbed a window seat. "Finally..." She said stretching her legs out and getting comfortable. |

She smiled at him, walking into the compartment and sitting down. "Hello" |
After stowing her trunk on the train, Cordelia hugged and kissed her parents good-bye, promising to write often. She hoisted her owl's cage into her arms and finally boarded the Hogwarts Express. She headed to the front of the train, hoping to find some other first years along the way. She glanced in various compartments; some were occupied, others weren't. She hesitated outside a compartment with a single occupant, wondering whether she should go in or find an empty seat. |

He still hadn't sat down yet, but it was nice to be taller than her instead of the same height. Stretching his arms, his shirt lifted up a liiittle bit. COLD AIR. Instantly, he pushed his shirt down, making sure the top few buttons were still undone. "How are you darling?" |

She looked up at him. Couldn't he just sit down? She disliked tall people, especially when she was sitting down. She giggled at him as he pushed his shirt down. oh boys. "Darling?" She giggled. She liked that. "I am very good...and yourself?" She asked politely, as she twisted some of her hair around her finger. This was a very nice way to spend the train journey |

With his left hand, he ran it through his hair and felt it fall back in place. He would have to thank Madame Primpernelle for her wonderful work of products. Ohhh yess. "I'm wonderful, just excited to be heading off to school." Heeheeeeee! |

Well she did. "NNOOO!" She shook her head, pouting at him. "No tickle me." She giggled at him. She didnt want him to be tickled. She didn't like. "Yey school." She giggled with a smile. If she got to go to school with Mr good hair she was happy. "Im glad to be going too!" |

Kate timidly walked on the train. It was her first year at Hogwart's and she hoped she could meet some nice people on the train. She walked into an compartment and said in a quiet voice, "Hello, I'm Kate Shenwick." |

It was time! Tibi had hugged his tearful mother goodbye, promising to write every chance he got. With his luggage stored, save a small bag with a book, some snacks and his coin purse, Tibi made his way to the front of the train. He didn't see anyone he recognized, but there were loads of empty compartments. Choosing one, he dropped his bag on a seat and heard his few coins jingle. Despite the loads of money in the vault and even left over from shopping, his Mum had permitted him only five galleons pocket money. Cozying up with his legs tucked beneath him, Tibi looked out onto the platform at the other families saying goodbye. For a brief moment, he wondered what it would have been like for his dad to bring him to the train, to tell him about being a wizard, to teach him things. Shaking the thought from his head, Tibi pulled out his new copy of Hogwarts: A History and began to read about his new school. |

ESPECIALLY when they were leaning on him. WOOHOO! "Here, my arm can't be that comfortable," he said, shifting his arm to the top of the cushion of the seat. "There, now my shoulder will be comfy." Her hair smelled wonderful, like the apple shampoo he remembered her getting back in Diagon Alley. Hmmm. What would Sylvia think? Good thing they were in the middle of the seat, and he had two arms. Scoreeeee. |

For Marrry and Squashiee <3 Sylvia HATED trains. She would, 9 times out of 10 become travel sick and throw up out the window. But she couldn't this time. This time she was packed with people of similar age, and she refused to show herself up. Thankfully, her father had put a charm on her to ease it up a little, but she felt it wouldn't work. Why did people have to take publice transport? Why couldn't they just floo there? Stumbling from side to side as the train moved, Sylvia gripped hold of a door which was a little open. She needed to sit down and stare out a window with the wind in her hair for a few hours. That would make her feel better, MUCH better. Hearing voices in this compartment, and not caring, Sylvia rushed in and sat to the seat closest to the window, sliding the window a little bit so she could get some air. "Oh thank Merlin." She had never been so stuffy on a train before. "I'm sorry for barg--." Sylvia turned to apologized to the couple who were obviously canoodling or something. Tutut, she bet they were only young too. But once she looked at them, her eyes widened. They were NOT canoodling, thank goodness, yet she was quite astonished at where Brody's head was, and where Xander's arm was. Enter green eyed monster. |

Mary and Ghosttiee Oh. It seemed like she was going to lean on him. Tehhe. She hoped that Torin wouldn't mind. He was her boyfriend after all. But really he should have known that she liked to flirt anyway so. She didnt care, so she hoped he wouldn't. She'd cuddle him later. Teehee. "Yes. Much more comfortable." She agreed with a smile. He was quite comfortable to be honest, and she just hoped no girls walked in and got jealous. Actually that was a lie. She wouldnt care if someone got jealous really. It was make her giggle. "So...what lessons are you looking forward to?" She asked, just as someone walked in. She looked up. It was Sylvia, and she didn't look too well. "Sylvie!" She sat up a little, although her head was still kind of on Xander's shoulder. Wait a minute. Brody knew that look. It was the jealous look. "Sylvie...?" She smiled at her best friend. Surely she wasn't jealous? |
lolol epicccc. I need a nickname :O Quote:
"Are you..." Xander said, moving forward and towards the girl. He would be Brody's pillow later. As soon as he was off of the seat, he kneeled in front of the girl. That was when he realized who it was. The look in her eyes made Xander a liiiittle scared. Green eyed Slytherin. HAHA PUNNY. Ahem. "Sylvia," he said, putting his hand on her knee. "Are you alright?" |
Well, this was it. The end. They were off to that school, and to Woodson it very much felt like they wouldn't return alive.. like they were being thrown into a cage of hungry lions. These people were hooligans and it was barbaric that people as fine as the Whitcombs were expected to mingle with them. Ugh. "Do you suppose this train has a first class carriage?" The fifteen year old drawled to his brother, pinched expression already in place as he sauntered pompously down the narrow corridor. He was unhappy, yes.. but he would still stand proud and confident. Hmpf. |
Stepping onto the train, JD looks around frightened. His trunk having been put into the luggage car, he has nothing at all with him. Looking for someone familiar, he heads down the hallway peeking into the compartments, by getting up on his toes to look in. |

After all, he did have the entire compartment to himself. |
