Daniel nodded. He had been trying very hard to assimilate the wizarding duties of his to that of his muggles relations. "Can I ask another favor?" he said shyly.

"Can you suggest some readings for me to try? I am finding it hard to find a good book in the vast Library." he sadi looking confused.

Being muggleborn, she knew what alot of the stuff does. She couldn't wait to have her first muggle studies lesson.

Sarah looked at Professor Dumont and smiled. "I'm doing great." She said after awhile. "Though for some reason I do sometimes get lost, I was stuck on the 4th floor a few days ago looking for the Hufflepuff Common Room and another Hufflepuff told me that I was in the wrong place and I must say I must have taken a wrong turn off somewhere because I was way away from the Hufflepuff Common Room." She giggled.

"Of course," Antonio said. "I would suggest searching through the etiquette books until you find the best one, one that explains how people in a higher class should behave. There are definitely some of those there, don't worry. One good one is Comporting Yourself for the World to See" by Hezebah Sizemore, so if you can find that one, it would help.

Antonio smiled. "I'm putting the lesson together now, so it will be up very soon," he said.

"Yes, I can understand that, Sarah," Antonio said. "When I first came to this place as a student I used to get lost all the time, and it was hard even coming back as a teacher. This place is huge and there are a lot of nooks and crannies that you can get lost in here. But you'll get used to it in time, I'm sure. Everyone does."

"I always thought that you would have known your way around this place, like it was your home." Giggled Sarah. "I guess I was wrong." She smiled as she looked at the Professor still sure he had lost someone close to him. "Professor have you lost someone close to you lately." She asked. "It's just you look like you have, I can tell because I have just lost both of my parents." She said as she looked at the wall at the pictures and saw a cute one of a little girl.

Sarah turned back to the Professor. "I love muggle items don't you?" She smiled. "I love learning about there history." She said as she looked around the room. "They have a lot of history don't they." She smiled hoping the Professor wouldn't mind talking to her.

"Well I am muggleborn professor!" she smiled at the professor.

Antonio looked at Sarah. "You lost both your parents recently?", he asked. "That's horrible for you. He was surprised that Sarah seemed to be coping as well as she was. "There were a couple students, twin brothers, actually, who were here last year, and they're both gone now. They were both heroes." Antonio didn't want to say a lot about Jack and John to the students, there was no need to. He made a vow to have some kind of memorial at the school for them as soon as possible, though.

Antonio noticed Sarah looking at the picture of Antonia. "Oh, that's my daughter Antonia," he said. "She's 3 years old now." He was thinking, time passed so quickly she would be grown before he even noticed. "Maybe you'll meet her one day. And yes, muggle items do have a lot of history behind them, some more than others."

"Are you?", Antonio asked. "Well then, you must know quite a bit about muggle toys and games," he said. "That kind of gives you an advantage in a way."

Different subjects, good, good. Not that it wouldn't have been fun anyway, but still. Katie was excited to see what they would be learning about in Muggle Studies, to see exactily how different it was from muggles and what they were taught in muggle schools, and how they linked together. It would interesting to hear about stuff from a wizards point of view, too. "That makes sense. Can I ask another question?" Katie asked politely, a hint of shyness mixed in there. Was she asking too many questions? The eleven year old could never tell. Her mummy and daddy and siblings did call her a little chatterbox every now and then though. Mostily when she was excited or scared, the rambling would begin and therefore she became little chatterbox. Instead of saying anything else, she stared up at Professor Dumont again, waiting patiently for his answer.

"I do, oh hey! Is that something we might learn about, too?" Katie asked as the thought came to her, momentarily forgetting she had just asked if she could ask another question and already she was going on. Poor, poor Professor. Her tanned cheeks turned a faint pink, hardly noticeable at all, she went quiet, focusing on thinking about family heritage.

Sarah looked at Professor Dumont. "Do you really think I would make something like that up." Said said. "I'm sorry, if I sounded rude Professor I didn't mean to." She started to play with her hair. "Yeah they died in a fire at our home, we were at school at the time." She said sadly as she thought about it with tears in her eyes. "Apparently they never stood a chance." She looked at the Professor and realised he had told her his pain. "How do you deal with it Professor?" She asked him hoping he would be able to help her.

"You daughter is buetiful." She said after awhile. "I would love to meet her one day." She said as she looked at the Professor and asked him a question. "Why do Muggles use code names for missions, like there was Opperation Sea-line and there are a few others I could give you, but we could be here all day if I said them all." She giggled.

Daniel put out a quill and a small parchment and said, "Can you say that again Professor?" he said and smiled. At last I will have a much more idea of what I am venturing into. he thought.

"You know, Katie, I think that might make a very interesting Muggle Studies lesson. Our heritages are all different, you won't find many people who have the exact same background as you which is what helps make us all unique individuals. I believe that might make an excellent lesson, and perhaps we could learn some of the customs and traditions of different countries while we're at it." Antonio was actually thinking about lessons which focused on different things such as food, fashion, music and other traditions from various countries, and Katie had just inspired him. "What do you think of that idea?", he asked.

"Oh no, I certainly don't believe that you would ever do a thing like that," Antonio said honestly. "I'm really sorry to hear that, that is so tragic." His eyes expressed the pain he was feeling for Sarah. "And as far as dealing with the pain, that's a very difficult thing." He looked over towards Ruby as he said this. "Not only myself but some students here at Hogwarts were involved with the two boys who passed away. Once you grow close to someone and care about them, it's terribly painful to lose that person. Sometimes it feels like you can't go on, especially in the beginning. And you never will get over that person completely, but you will be able to go on. The pain gets less over time and if you're lucky, you will have fond memories for that person for the rest of your life and be glad you knew them. Does that make sense?"

"Sure," Antonio said. "The book is called Comporting Yourself for the World to See by Hezebah Sizemore, and I believe you should be able to find it in the non-fiction section. It has a lot of good tips on how to conduct yourself in public at diferent social events, particularly if you are a person of prominence. As you yourself are," he added. "So I believe you will find it quite helpful."

Ruby looked at the Professor she had become close with and replied "Sakura is ok i had an owl from her earlier saying she had made some new friends....she promise's me she shall return in my 4th year sir" she said with what could be the first true smile she had done, "i am sorry to drag all this up again sir how is your wife and daughter holding up....if you don't mind me asking?" she said with a worried voice

"Yes professor but I want to see the muggle world through wizard's eyes" she smiled at the professor.

Natasha grinned and sat down. "Professor, I'm here because I really wanted to meet you as I didn't get a chance to last year, and this is a truly fascinating subject. But also, I was curious about a few things you might be doing in class first." She said to him with a curious expression.

Daniel quickly wrote the title of the book and the section he might find it. He then looked at the Professor and smiled. "Thank you very much sir. If something came up, I will not hesitate to come to you again." Daniel stood up and said, "I will go now to the library to borrow this book" holding up the piece of parchment. "Thank you, Thank you very much." He then bowed and proceeded for the door.

Sarah looked at the Professor. "It sort of makes sence." She smiled. "I hope you are okay and this girl here." She looked to where the Professor was pointing. "Is okay." She smiled. "It's really hard to think about not seeing them again, but who knows one day in the future I will rejoin them in paradise." She said. "But until then I still have my two sisters and my cousins to look after me and my aunt and uncle." She smiled as she thought about all
the good times.

"That's good, Ruby, I'm glad to hear that," Antonio smiled softly. He knew that Sakura had taken Jack's death really hard, just as hard as Ruby had taken John's, and had taken it in a different kind of way. He understood that some people needed more time to recover from a terrible loss like that, and that everyone was different. "Well, I am glad to see you back at Hogwarts, I really am," he said sincerely. "And Bethany and Antonia are both fine. It is so amazing to have them back with me. There was a time I thought I would never see either of them again, and it wasn't that long ago." Antonio realized when he saw his wife and child, he would always have the happy memories of John and Jack as well as the sad.

"Well, that's what we'll be doing mostly in our classes," Antonio said. "I can't really explain it, but if you come to class I think it will be a little clearer for you. I hope so, anyway. I have the first class starting in just a few days."

"Well, I'm glad to meet you, too, Natasha," Antonio said. "It's always a pleasure to meet eager new students. Class will be starting in just a few days, and this term I already have some ideas for learning about different muggle cultures and pastimes, including some things we touched on last term but didn't really dwell on that much because my lessons were so general last year. One of the main things I want to focus on this term is muggle music."

"I'm always happy to be of service," Antonio smiled. "And I hope you find that book useful. You'll probably want to read it carefully and take notes on the things you find particularly important. Do that and I think you'll be fine, and it should answer all your questions. But you can always come to me about anything."

"Yes, that's true, and one day we will all be together with our loved ones, that's a very good point," Antonio agreed. "And like I said, all of us are able to go on after a loss of a loved one, well, nearly all of us, anyway." Antonio smiled. "We all find ways to cope in time."

"I will see you at my first lesson Professor" she smiled at him.

"Great. I shall look forward to that," Antonio smiled.

"Ooh, really?" Natasha asked, grinning at Professor Antonio. "That sounds really interesting." She said with a smile. She of course, being a Pureblood, didn't know a whole lot about Muggles. She was fascinated by them, however. "Well, music sounds like a really fun subject."

Before Daniel opened the door he turned around and listened to what the Professor was saying. He nodded and said, "Thank you very much Professor." he then opened the door and left.

"Yes, it really is," Antonio said. "I will look forward to seeing you in class, then."

"You're quite welcome, Daniel. Let me know if I can be of any further assistance," Antonio called out.

Stumbling around the corridors lostly wasn't such a good idea if you were scared of what was in the shadows. Gasping relievedly as he saw a door that said 'Professor' on it, George stumbled over to it and looked through the small crack between the door and the door frame. Seeing Sarah and hearing her voice, he pulled away a little and bit his nail nervously. Not wanting to stay in the shadows or be the center of attention, he rubbed his eyes and then took a breath. Slipping quietly into the room, he walked up behind Sarah "Sarah" he mumbled and then smiled up shyly at the professor "Sir" George nodded to him politely.

"Why, hello there," Antonio said softly, noticing that a very small, very shy looking young boy had just entered the room. Apparently he knew Sarah well, maybe this was her younger brother. "I'm Professor Dumont, what's your name?" He took great pains to be gentle with this boy, sensing that he was the very shy, timid type.

Christian walked into the Office of his Head of House. He had a note for Professor Dumont from his wife. "Professor Dumont this just came for you from Mrs. Dumont." The new boy spoke softly. When Opened the Note simply read. It was sealed with a lipstick kiss and Signed simply, Beth.

He hoped the Professor had a moment. Christian would like to introduce himself.
