Honeydukes Candy Shop The greatest (and only) candy shop in Hogsmeade. Their world renowned for their famous fudge, but there are lots of other treats too. Quote:

THe sweet smell of the shop pulled Demetria in. She didn't realize it, but she was practically dragging Dag in. "Mmm....." she closed her eyes and inhaled the sweet aroma. She let go of Dagoberts hand so she could collect as much candy as possible. |
Dagobert found Dem's reaction to Honeydukes adorable. He chuckled as he watched her collect as many sweets as she could. Wondering off, he proceeded to do the same except he was a little pickier. Though he liked most candy, he was not too sure at some of the stuff around him. 'Any recommendations Dem?' |
"Uhmm....try that one." she pointed to a blue wrapped candy. "Ooo, and that ones good too." she said pointing to another candy. "And that one and that one and that one." she said as she went down the line. "Oooo not those ones." she pointed to a brightly wrapped candy. "But those and those and those.....actually pretty much the whole store is good." she smiled. Demetria was the stereo-typical kid in a candy shop. |
Dagobert laughed loudly and came up to Dem and ruffled her hair. 'Now I know what to get you for your birthday,' he said still laughing, 'When is that by the way?' He picked up a bag and began filling it with what ever suited his fancy. He'd trust Dem when she said that everything was worth trying. |

Turning her attention onto Plymouth, she smiled at him. She was still slightly fangirly giggling at his little response to her calling him the cute one. There was something completely adorable and endearing about him. She liked him very much, she decided. Fun cute boy. When he decided that she was probably dazzling everyday, she'd replied with a "You're so sweet." instead of a "Yes. Yes I am." That would have probably sounded a bit too conceited, and she was trying to work on that, today was very obviously only day one. "So Plymouth." she started, staring at some really gross looking candy, "Which is your favorite?" Really, there was some gross looking candy here. |
"Cherry center chocolates and toffee." she told him. "Uhm, I recommend you don't get anything under the Oddities section." she told him. "Most of them involve things you wouldn't think were edible." she stuck out her tongue in disgust and continued to look around the shop. |
"Oh that's easy. I mean, it make me sound simple and ordinary, but you just can't beat," Plymouth picked up a chocolate frog and tossed it to her, "a chocolate frog." He rummaged the rest of the chocolate frogs, clearly looking for the best one in the barrel. "You're probably a sugar quill kind of girl, huh?" |
Quote:
"I don't think I have a category." she added, smirking. "But, don't tell anyone. It's a secret." If word got out that Evolette wasn't really as high maintenance as she made herself look, the world as they knew it would come to a crashing, screeching halt. |
Quote:
"Oh a seeeecret," Plymouth whispered loudly. "I kind of love secrets! Especially secrets as scandalous as your personal candy tastes. I promise, no one, not ever, will hear that you're kind of a candy catch-aller." Plymouth picked up a sugar quill for her anyway. "I'm going to get this for you,' he waved it at her, "cause I've just got a feeling that YOU are sugary sweet, EvoLETTEY ooo La la!" |

She tossed the chocolate frog back at him, wondering if he would catch it, or if it would hit him in the face. Oops. "I think the air in here is getting to you." she teased. |
The chocolate frog bounced off Plymouth's head and fell to the floor. "Ohhh. Oops. Did you mean to do that?" Plymouth asked Evolette. He had been busy listening to her laugh and picking out the perfect COLOR sugar quill for her. He wasn't entirely sure she was a pink sort of girl. Hmm. He was thinking maybe... blue. Definitely. Maybe it would turn her mouth blue, too. Hehe "In some countries, harming a chocolate frog is a punishable offense, you know," Plymouth gave the little wounded frog a nuzzle and put it back into the bin. He'd settled on sugar quills for them both of them. The idea of a blue mouth just did it for Plymouth. |
Quote:
Pressing her hand over her mouth, Evolette gave Plymouth an innocent look, her blue eyes widening ever so slightly. "Oopsie?" she offered, charmingly. "You were supposed to catch it." she added. She really hadn't meant to hit him, but it had been sort of amusing. Blinking at him, Evolette decided that this would be an extremely good time for the pout. Afterall, it always got her her way. Pressing her lips together, she stuck the bottom one out ever so slightly. Her full mouth turned down in the famous gesture, "The poor thing." she said, eying the chocolate frog, "Surely I didn't hurt him. Little me." She didn't want to be punished for harming the chocolate frog! She was too cute! Sniffle. |
Even the ever-oblivious Plymouth couldn't escape that look... He kind of stared at her for a long moment. "Well... clearly the fault is with me since I'm the one that didn't catch him. I can only hope now that the Chocolate Frog Police don't come after me. Maybe... if you gave him a little kiss?" Plymouth fished the frog back out of the bin and held it in his palms out to Evolette. "Bet that would keep me out of jail or the gallows." This pout thing was familiar. Very familiar. It kind of made Plymouth powerless. |
Quote:
The corners of her lips turned up again, and she smiled at Plymouth, it was as if the pout had never graced her beautiful face. "Well." she started, looking down at the chocolate frog in his hands, "As long as you promise me and Mr. Frog that you won't get jealous." Brushing her hair off to one side, she held it back with her hand, she bent over, and gave the chocolate frog, or the chocolate frog wrapper, rather, a quick kiss. There. Now whoever bought the thing would have a special surprise. "That should keep you out of jail." she said, dropping her hair, and letting it fall back into place perfectly. |
"It's a good thing I didn't make that promise," Plymouth grinned. "Cause... I think I AM a little jealous. It makes me want to go outside and fall down to see if I can get a booboo kiss." Plymouth supplied his own kiss to the lucky frog and then gently placed it on top of the bin. "Good luck, little fellow!" Quickly, he paid for their sugar quills and then brought Evolette (OOoo LA LA) her very own blue one. "For you, Ms. McKenna." |
Quote:
She wondered who would end up buying that chocolate frog. Whoever he, or she was would have no idea that the little guy had been thrown, fallen on the floor and kissed by her and Plymouth. But, her attention was brought back to Plymouth, when he handed her a blue Sugar Quill. "Why thank you Mr. Morgan." she replied. Blue. It was going to make her tongue blue. |
Victoria walked in hand in hand with Kevin, she had never been in Honeyduke's before. |
Kevin walked in with Victoria and said "This is Honeyduke's you can get all sort of wizard treats here i especially love chocolate frogs and bertie botts every flavour beans" |
"I have bertie botts on the train and chocolate frogs!" she remembered the journey here with her friends. |
Kevin nodded and said "Yeah liquorice wands are pretty tasty too" |
"I will have to try one!" she looked round, she was so excited. |
Kevin grinned and picked up a few and gave them to Victoria while taking a few himself and picked up about 20 chocolate frogs he wanted to collect the cards |
"Thanks baby!" she picked some chocolate frogs and a few packets of bertie botts. |
Becca entered Honeydukes with Natasha close behind her. "Man oh man, don't you love the smell of this place?" She took a deep breath in and sighed happily. She headed straight for the chocolate frogs and called over her shoulder to her new friend, "So, uh, what year are you? Who's your favorite professor? Tell me all the good stuff." She laughed at this. Hey, what better way to get to know someone than have them just tell you everything interesting they chose? |
