Headmaster's Office

The ornate door opens into a dark room. There is only one window in the room but, it is completely covered with a enormous wedding portrait of Minister Cooper and Clara Belle. A spotlight from out of nowhere shines on the portrait so that it is the focal point of the entire room. When you can finally tear your eyes away from it you notice the large desk sitting in the center of the room with a shiny brass nameplate.

The walls are made of a dark wood paneling, a rickety three legged stool sits in one corner and an old chair behind the desk. Two modest chairs in front of the desk complete the office of the headmaster.

Argyle pops into Master Braxton's office with his usual tea tray. Master Braxton like English Breakfast tea and an assortment of biscuits. Argyle waits for further orders from Master Braxton.

Doyle isn't sure exactly why he's torturing himself like this but, he murmurs the password he doesn't seem able to change to the door, "Minister Cooper is the best thing that has ever happened to the Ministry." He sighed as the door swung open and he looked around the awful decor. It wasn't that the sight of Clara and Cooper's marital bliss upset him so much as he would have much rather had a portrait of his wife there. She was a thousand times more beautiful, more witty, more kind, more gentle, more perfect, and more everything good and decent and wonderful than Clara Belle was. Maybe if she had stayed with him things would be different Clara had turned out to be the most distasteful woman.

He sighed and shut the door, then moved down the corridor to the staircase, Cooper's mandates be darned.

Ray arrived to the door of the headmaster. He was furious and he wanted to know something for sure... I just hope his master would listen to him. He knocked on the door and waited for a reply.

Jose arrived at the headmasters door he was not happy about what was going on. When he got there he saw another hufflepuff he nodded to him before knocking on the door.

kami12 07-06-2008 01:13 PM

"Hey are you here to see the headmaster?" Ray asked.

Weasley174 07-06-2008 01:14 PM

"Yes" replied Jose "its about the unfairness of slytherin getting 2000 points for nothing"

kami12 07-06-2008 08:19 PM

"Same reason Ray replied as he looked at his fellow Slytherin... I'm Ray Hufflepuff by the way" Ray added.

Weasley174 07-07-2008 01:17 PM

"I'm Jose Moiser" replied Jose "I hope the headmaster will be here soon"

kami12 07-07-2008 01:37 PM

"Yeah me too" Ray replied as he looked around him. "It's unfair you know just because he was at Slytherin he will give them 2000 points... I mean 2000 please"

Weasley174 07-07-2008 01:48 PM

"I know if this doesn't stop soon they will have a riot on there hands" replied Jose.

kami12 07-07-2008 02:02 PM

"Worse they might even change us all to Slytherin" Ray added with a dislike tone in his voice.

Barry had been carful to think about what to get the headmaster before talking with him he carried a book entitled Hogwarts a History having just finished it the night before he might want it thought Barry and it had laminated and contained notes from previous headmasters before Dumbledoor. It might although he douted it let the headmaster tell him what he wanted to know.

He went up to the door and knocked

Everyone knew Professor Branxton hated his Headmaster's office so, that's where he'd locked himself. He'd been living there, hiding out, for weeks now. The house elves brought him food but, he refused to leave. Hate hated this school. He hated teaching. And most of all: he hated being away from his wife and children.

He heard a knock on the door. It interrupted his ruminations. Finally, he jumped up. He was not the Doyle Branxton he had been since his birth. His chin and above his upper lip were stubbly from not having shaved in a week. His robes were askew and there was dust and a scuff on his shoes. His glasses were the only thing that were pristine because he spent his days polishing the lenses over and over and over.

He burst through the door, probably scaring the bejeezus out of the student who had knocked. "No time!" he told the boy as he rushed down the corridor and out onto the grounds. How could he have been so stupid? All he'd had to do was go and find her. Who cared about Cooper, anyway?

Barry was blown back he muttered "Maybe I`ll have better luck with somone else" he was really shoked and forced himself to get up and leave

Ray watched as his headmaster walked past them without even noticing them. "What is happening to this school?" Ray asked as he turned around and left. If he needed to find something about this order, he needed to check with the right people and he had a good idea whom to ask.

Weasley174 08-01-2008 11:14 AM

Jose was shocked surely the headmaster should have asked them what was up "What do we do now?"

milloy112 08-01-2008 11:31 AM

Ross walked up to the headmasters door and noticed that two boys were already standing out side of it "is he in there" he said pointing at the door.
