"Hmm?" Ocean mumbled, raising his brows. Apparently, Clifford had left the door to his van hut open. Leaning back he peered into his home from a distance. Betty was at it again. "Oh...that's just Betty," he spoke simply to the girl and cupped one hand around his lips. "Don't panic!" He shouted at Clifford. "It's just Betty! She's a bit temperamental. Just introduce yourself. Betty doesn't serve strangers!" A bit was an understatement. Betty began to circle the table, having lost its target. |
Clifford looked up when he heard shouting from afar and spotted Mister. Groundskeeper still talking with Evangeline outside. Twitching slightly with nerves, he nodded and crawled back onto his seat, swerving every now and again as the teapot circled around. Betty was the teapot? And there he was waiting for a waitress to pop out. What. An. Idiot. Following Mister. Groundskeepers' rules, Clifford cleared his throat. "Hi Miss. B-Betty, pleasure to meet you." Oooh, here she comes again. Duuuck. "My name's Clifford." He thrust out a hand, but realised teapot's had no arms and discreetly grabbed another muffin. "Erm - Some tea would be nice, if you don't mind." He said politely. He had no idea how to talk to a teapot and didn't want a scolding from any boiling water. |
There was so much commotion and so many students that Issy felt that she was getting some weird form of a human clostrophobia. Where did all these people come from?! And couldn't they tell that the animal dude was starting to seem prett irritated? It would probably be a good idea to get out while he wasn't yet too bugged by them. "Thanks for stopping my skunks," Issy quickly thanked the man, scooping down and picking up the skunklettes. Flower had decided to coil himself between Ocean's legs, like a cat, and Pepe was busy working on trying to climb his leg, but had been distracted by the shoes and was currently trying to nibble. "They sometimes get really out of hand and like to go wander... far, far away from me," she admitted sheepishly. "At least they seem to like you, though. Flower and Pepe seem to have a good sense in what humans to avoid and who might like them." Then with a grateful smile, she waved, tightened her grip on the skunklette's slightly, and began to skip back off towards the castle. |
There wasn't much he could do about the situation. The girl had spoken so quickly he was unable to get a word in and he simply waved awkwardly at her, a wrinkled and confused expression on his face. "That was sudden," he remarked and turned towards back to the wolf witness. "You were saying, sweetheart?" Inside, Betty calmed down and and hovered over the coffee table, empty tea cups already set on top. Pouring a hot cup of tea for Clifford, it left peacefully towards the kitchen. |
Ponessa was pretty much invisible--one thing she was good at--untill the subject of the wolf came up again, "You c-" She jumped though, when...betty? suddenly made her appearence. She smiled, introduced herself, and chuckled. Flying teapots. Wow. She then remembered what she was saying, "You can't hurt that wolf Mr. Jones." Not as a challenge or a warning, but as a solid statement. She added, quietly, "It's not really a wolf." |
Evangeline seemed unable to leave blinking mode. Everything was just so weird. James’ purple eyes. The wolf. Betty, the teapot. Her mind was screaming to run away, and Evangeline was trying to make her mind think about what had happened with the wolf. Probably every single detail was vital. Stupid disobedient mind. Ooooh. Or maybe not. When Mr. Sea turned her attention back to her, and Clifford stopped being attacked by the teapot, Evangeline was a tad confused. “We were talking about me showing you the spot where I saw the wolf, sir.” She nodded her head and then fell quiet for a minute. “But sir, I believe I did see the wolf run into the woods when I was leaving.” She said, trying not to sound too confused. And failing. “I think I just assumed it was a hallucination my mind produce in order to keep me calm.” Hmmm…okaaaay. Her eyes widened however when the Ravenclaw girl spoke. Don’t hurt the wolf because he – “It’s a werewolf?” She gasped looking frantically between the girl and Mr. Sea. “I don’t like werewolves, sir.” She said, shaking her head. |
Kai turned toward Barry and place her hand in the bag she carried, she then pulled out a blueberry muffin and held it out toward him "Here" she said to him as she smiled "There's no need to stutter, I won't bite" she said softly toward him. |
"Sorry I didn`t mean to its just well you know what just happened. Wheres Okanami" said Barry glad that the boy who hated him so much was gone he had hoped he would have stayed |
Kai yawned "He's in class right now" she said "By the way have you finished any of the homework?" |
"Yes I have havn`t got it back yet. Well how`s the animagus thing going I can`t get past the ears and tail." said Barry trying to get some information. |
There were only two possibilities if the wolf wasn't really a wolf: 1) It was an animagi, which was unlikely. All animagus were to be registered and Ocean was certainly not informed about a student or Professor animagus. It would be something important that the Headmistress would have mentioned. 2) It wasn't a wolf but a really big dog. "It's not a werewolf," he assured the small girl. "Werewolves only come out at night during a full moon." It was clearly daytime if not there wouldn't be a ridiculous amount of students out on the grounds. Ocean stood outside of his hut still and was about to lead the girl inside along with Ponessa and Big Cliff when two students were loitering around his hut. "You two!" He called out, and pointed. "Are you here for a specific reason or do you just enjoy talking in my vicinity?" |
"Me Ocean" said Barry |
"No," he said slowly with some hesitation. "Me, Ocean," continued the Groundskeeper, placing one hand on his chest. "You.....student who was held hostage by my surfboards the other day." |
Evangeline was thinking about Bella. Well, not really Bella but how Bella could ask Edward to come to Hogwarts and kill the nasty werewolf. Yeah, that sounded like a good plan. Maybe she should keep it to herself though. Her mind stopped wandering off when Mr. Sea spoke to her again and she nodded, feeling very silly. She should’ve known that really. “Right. Of course.” She nodded her head yet again, feeling much calmer. "Thank you, sir." She added. No werewolf around. Yay! |
Once he recovered from the shock of almost having his ears nibbled off, Clifford actually enjoyed his tea. Tea served by a rabid teapot named Betty, how awesome! He had no idea of what was going on outside of the hut, but hoped neither gnomes nor wolves had invaded. He would have to barricade himself in this hut thingy if that was the case. He would live off muffins and marry Betty. Wonderful. |
Jason knocks on the van door. " Ocean, I need to talk to you" Jason asks him. |

She almost rolled her eyes...almost, and was about to speak, when she figured inside would be better. Why was it no one got the message? "No, sir, I wasn't assuming he was..." She said, a bit slowly and quietly. |
Quote:
Probably not. What if it was some sort of imposter? Someone who would hurt him? Someone big, mean and scary ... like a gnome! No, it would be much better if he stayed glued to the seat like the good boy he was. |
"You know what I ment and its Barry remmember it " said Barry |

Ocean stared briefly before turning his eyes towards the sky. He had been standing outside of his hut for a good 15 or 20 minutes now and about three students had come knocking to his door. "Ocean is right behind you!" He called, slightly irritated before he was interrupted again by Ponessa. He began to usher them all into his hut when the first year who tried breaking into his hut spoke. The tone in the boy's voice made his nose twitch and unconsciously, that left brow rose threateningly. "Oh, I will remember it, Barry," he spoke slowly. "I'll remember it while you pluck my weeds tomorrow. One more act of rudeness from your part will earn you nothing but a detention. Now what is it that you needed to speak with me? And I'd prefer it if we did it inside." Finished the Groundskeeper, face red as he wrenched the door open. |
"Really to tell you the truth I just came to vist you and I brought some muffins " said Barry who brought out a buket of muffins "And I don`t want a detention ok" |
Jason knocks on the door. " Ocean may I cone in please?" Jason asks. |
Forgetting about the werewolf for awhile, Evangeline watched the scene with interest. Besides the Ravvie firsties that seemed to come for a visit, there was Jason. Knocking on the Van's door even though Mr. Sea was outside. Wow. Did Jason need glasses? It seemed that way for he kept on knocking, even after the Groundskeeper told him he was outside. Jason was certainly the weird one. Walking to where Jason was, Evangeline tapped his shoulder. "Mr. Sea is over there, Jason. He's not inside." She told him, trying hard not to laugh. Mr. Sea seemed quite the grumpy man, and she didn't want to upset him. |
Sorry Evageline and ocean. I am having troubles with girl and this one guy who likes to follow me and take the girls I like away from me. " Anything I should do?" Ocean or Evageline? |
Evangeline blinked. What? He was having problems with girls ... was that why he was knocking on Mr. Sea's door? Was it possibly that all Gryffindors were bonkers? The ones she knew certainly were. She stifled a chuckle and looked back at Mr. Sea, wondering how he would take that. "I'm not sure Jason. Poke the boy?" She shrugged. How was she supposed to help? |
