Caity raised her hand to tell a Yeti tale that she had once heard at camp back when she was a little girl. "Well there was this one family of five people. The dad liked to make inventions and he made up a time machine. Well, while the family went back in time a Yeti (Bigfoot) sneaked into their time machine and the family had no idea, so he went back home with them. When they returned Bigfoot came out of the time machine and lived in their backyard. When the family found out they saw that he was nice and gentle. They named him 'Harry' and they all lived happily ever after. The end." Caity giggled when she had finished.

Jamie raised her hand as she told the one that was most told in her neighborhood. "One day in the summer of 1988 a 12 year-old boy was fishing in the creek near his family's cabin. He heard some trees rusling behind him and the ground began to shake, so he turned around a saw a snow white tall large ape looking animal. The boy was so startled he fell into the creek, and he swam back up the the edge of the creek to see if the tall, large ape was still there and it was so he just stayed in the water until it finally left. And he then ran into the woods, in the opposite direction the Yeti was in, and he went into this cabin and didn't ever come unless he was getting the morning paper."

"Anyone here every see the movie Harry and the Hendersons?" said Serilda. "Anyone? Well, it's about a family that hits big foot with their car...twice...and they take him home; Harry the Yeti wakes up and joins the family practically. Cute movie."

Amber joy raises her hand and says "My grandfather was fascinated with them. He used to hike through the cold regions calling yetiyetiyetiyeti at th etop of his lungs,. My grandmother thought it was funny. She took a bunch of raisins one time and scattered them around their campsite, she called my grandfather over and said "Look, dear, yeti droppings". He was so excited that he tripped over his lasso and broke his ankle. As my grandmother was helping him to mend his bones, a baby yeti peeked from the trees, ran over and stole the raisins."

Rosa raised her hand. 'muggles have a comic book series called tintin. In one of the books, I think it's called tintin in tibet, tintin travels to tibet when he hears about a plane crash of a plane where a friend of him was in. He doesn't find the body of his friend, but he and his friend captain haddock do find a strange pawprint in the snow near the plane, so they go looking for the monster where it belongs to. From tibetans, they hear it is the footprint of the yeti. They go looking for the yeti and in the end they find both him and the friend they were looking for. It turns out the yeti had safed his life by taking him to his cave, bringing him food, keeping him warm and so on.'

I have heard of that all over the place more and more of them do it every year!!

Caity laughed. "Yeah, I've seen that movie a ton of times! I used to watch it a lot when I was younger. It's such a funny and cute movie!"

Ashley was writing notes down.

Serilda laughed. "My family loves it," she said, looking at Caity. "I love Harry."

The lethifold is one of the rarest of all magical creatures. Where are they found?

Jojo kept her face down at the paper ready to write any new information coming.

Alex raised her hand and spoke, "The Lethifolds are found only in the tropics."

Julia raises her hand. "The lethifold is only found in the tropics."

"They are only found in the tropics!" said Serilda, raising her hand.

Angel raised her hand "They are found in the tropics."

Amber joy raises her hand and say "Thye are found in tropical climates, professor. They are also known as a living shroud."

Mattio had read about these before, and raised his hand and said, "Lethifolds are rare, and only found in the tropics."

Mithos raised his hand "They are found in places with tropical climates."

That's right, 2 points.

They are rarely if ever spotted, but from accounts we do have an accurate description of them. What do they look like?

Amber Joy raised her hand and said "the look like a black cloak creeping along the ground".

Lethifold i remeber reading that in a book once.

"They look like a shadow, that thickens after they have suffocated and eaten a victim," said Serilda.

Julia raises her hand and says, "They look like a half-inch thick, black cloak."
