2113 {turns 45 years} - completes fourthyear as DADA professor; Aryan and Jansher became certain there was something going on between Dhruv & Ean. The boys made it their mission to find out the truth. Dhruv vacationed at Ean's place where Aryan was invited by Jan to spend the holidays as well. The boys took it up on themselves to spy on Dhruv & Ean, which resulted in them being caught. The boys revealed what they had been up to and why, to which Ean later commented that anything happening between him and Dhruv 'would not be a bad thing' {summer}; Those words replayed constantly in Dhruv's mind and for the first time in a while, considered the possibility of an actual relationship {which they purposely kept away from due to personal reasons}; As the term progressed, Dhruv dismissed the idea since they surmised that Ean wasn't serious about his comment.
2114 {turns 46 years} - completes fifthyear as DADA professor; Aryan eventually was forced to admit that there was nothing going on but he and Jansher were determined to change this. They sent flowers and chocolates to Dhruv & Ean under the pretext that the Valentine's Day gifts to Dhruv were from Ean and vice versa. The adults eventually figured out that the gifts weren't from each other but it did result in Ean saying that Dhruv is practically his 'Forever Valentine'; attended the Woodcroft Games together where Ean commented that it made a 'nice date'. This left Dhruv confused over Ean's mixed signals since they thought they had imagined the possibility of anything happening between the two of them. {during the academic year}; E & D took Jan, Ary, Zen, Idris and Paul to amusement parks, giving the kiddos a bright start to the summer holidays. Ean planned another road trip to neighbouring countries for the pair, which began in the last week of June. However, during mid July, they were unfortunately attacked during which Dhruv was knocked out. This resulted in them receiving a memento of the attack in the form of a 'half moon' scar below the right eye {the attacker that knocked them out had been wearing a ring at the time}. Ean was able to revive them using CPR; upon coming back to their senses, the two hugged. Dhruv noted the concerned/relieved look on Ean's face, they quite forgot all about the mixed signals and kissed him. Much to their surprise, Ean kissed them back. Despite the setback to the start of the vacation, the two opted move ahead with their plans. When they did return home in August, Dhruv and Ean downplayed the events to the kids but Bea and Firash are aware of the harrowing details {summer}; Monochromatic Hogwarts which affected everyone and everything {academic year};
2115 {turns 47 years} - completes sixthyear as DADA professor; Ean asked Dhruv to officially move in with him during breakfast one morning in the Great Hall, via sliding an envelope with a key inside- to which they immediately said yes. Sometime soon after, the adults of the Feirgrund/Grunt family decided that everyone would move into a larger house. Calliope is a determined and sharply ambitious young witch, the kind of person who can’t not strive for excellence even when she pretends not to care. Born into opulence as the daughter of a globally recognized rock star and an effortlessly elegant supermodel, Calliope was raised in the glittering eye of the public. Paparazzi flashbulbs and high-profile parties were her version of normal, but she’s never been fully comfortable in that world... nor entirely disdainful of it either. She moves through privilege with practiced ease, knowing how to wear the mask, how to give just enough charm to pass, all while maintaining an emotional distance. Her poise is curated but not false or purposefully snobbish ― mostly. Calliope’s spoiled, yes, but not in the careless, tantrum-throwing sort of way. She's sharply aware of her own advantages and plays them like a well-tuned instrument. She knows how to leverage charm and pedigree when necessary, but she'll just as quickly turn her back on wealth if it compromises her sense of self-worth or agency. She’ll wear a thousand-galleon cloak and then sprint through mud just to prove she can. She’s got a point to make, always, and she is stubborn to prove it.
Fiercely independent, Calliope is driven by an inner fire that no one else can claim credit for. Despite the silver-spooned upbringing, she refuses to coast on her family name. If anything, it fuels her refusal to be underestimated. She’s the type who will over-prepare for an exam (of subjects she actually likes) just to prove she didn’t coast. The girl who trains harder than her peers not because she has to, but because she needs to know she earned it. She's quick to reject anything that feels like hand-holding or pity, and even quicker to recoil from unsolicited emotional exposure. Emotionally, Calliope is... complicated. She doesn’t do vulnerability in the traditional sense and physical affection is a near-foreign language outside of family. Hugs are tolerated (barely), hand-holding is bizarre, and talking about feelings earns you a flat look and a strategic subject change. But what she lacks in softness she makes up for in fierce loyalty. If you're lucky enough to earn her trust (and it does take time) you'll find yourself part of a small, tight-knit circle she protects like a dragon with its treasure. But with that loyalty comes high expectations. She believes in mutual respect, and anything that resembles betrayal or disloyalty (even if unintentional) is met with ice-cold detachment. Once the bridge burns, it's ash. Bye bye. And Calliope doesn't do forgiveness for free.
Animals are........... not her favorite. An understatement, truly. She doesn’t enjoy things that drool, shed, or require much maintenance. But birds fascinate her and jut maybe because their high-strung, clever, free-spirited selves remind her of herself. She’s especially drawn to ravens and hawks for reasons that are simply none of your business. Sometimes you may see her sitting quietly, hand outstretched, waiting for a feathered companion to perch. Calliope’s fondness for frogs and toads is unexpected, which is exactly why she allows it. In a world where image is everything (and she’s spent her whole life being perceived a certain way) frogs and toads represent a kind of rebellion against superficiality. They’re lumpy, unpredictable, and certainly not beautiful in a conventional sense, which makes her affection for them feel oddly intimate and personal. They are creatures that live in two worlds, water and land, and adapt to thrive in both. There’s something poetic about that duality that she relates to it deeply. Also? They don't need any cuddling. Big bonus.

Jae-hyuk Anouilh is the kind of presence that settles into a room before anyone quite realizes it has. Effortless in his charm and quick with a smirk, he carries himself with a fluid, almost practiced ease. Playful, flirtatious, and laced with an easy sarcasm, Jae thrives in motion, in attention, in the subtle art of reading a room and becoming exactly what it needs him to be.
Raised within the foster system from age four before being adopted as a teen, adaptability was never a choice — it was survival. He learned early how to be liked, how to soften edges or sharpen them depending on the audience, how to remain just memorable enough to matter without ever being too much to keep. It is a skillset he wears well, though not always consciously — performance, after all, is easier when it feels natural.
Beneath the ease, however, is something far more deliberate. Jae is observant to a fault, quietly perceptive in ways that allow little to slip past him. He does not often confront directly, preferring instead to circle, to prod, to tease truths into the open rather than demand them. He listens more than most realize, collecting fragments in the form of half-finished sentences, careless confessions, the kind of details people only offer when they feel at ease. Secrets have a way of finding him and he has learned the value in knowing them first.
It is not cruelty that drives it, but caution. Knowledge, to Jae, is a kind of insurance — a way to stay one step ahead and ensure that no one ever holds more power over him than he does over himself. If he chooses to use what he knows, it is only because the opportune moment has forced his hand to.
A dancer at heart, he processes much of the world through movement. Precision matters to him. Control matters. There is a quiet insistence in the way he refines himself — physically, socially, emotionally — as though mastery might grant him something permanence never quite did.
That same instinct draws him, perhaps unsurprisingly, to stories of those set apart. He has a particular fondness for the X-Men, finding something uncomfortably familiar in their existence on the margins — power and otherness intertwined. Of them, he gravitates most toward the one who looks the most monstrous and remains, somehow, the most human ― Nightcrawler. It is not something he speaks on often, but the connection lingers all the same.
Jae is someone who has learned to make himself easy to keep… while never entirely believing he will be.
